Time to harvest the Gelato. In this run, it turned out to be one of the best-performing strains. The main cola is rock hard and super dense, with the branches bending under the weight. Now it’s time to dry it and see what the final result will be. Cheers!

What another great week it’s been , today is Day 39 from seed an the lil ladies have jumped into preflower 😍! Yesterday gave em the trim up of the unders , kinda popsicled you can say to each one, cause we want to focus on them colas ! 😎Week 3 8/2- Here we go into week three and I'm looking to see some explosive growth happening in the tent soon!😃 The girls are all running 2 1/2" to 4" in height with the Seedsman Gelato OG's and FastBuds Purple Lemonade currently kicking all the others butts!💪 Gave a good watering this morning 2hrs after lights on with non-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.4. I plan on maintaining that watering schedule from here on out. I refilled the humidifier with non-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.5. Love the new setup with the two HLG quantum boards, 4 plants per light, and currently running at 400w per light. I'm looking forward to some record yields with this new setup using these 650R's! Temp's/RH/VPD are where they need to be at this point with daytime temp's maxing @ 83 Deg F/ nighttime @ 68 Deg F, RH @ 55%, VPD @ 9.0😀 8/3- Started compost tea last night, ingredients were; 5g de-clorinated 7.0ph water & 5tbsp unsulfured molasses, 4 cups worm castings, 1 cup alfalfa meal, 1 cup kelp meal, 2tbsp bat guano, 1 scoop Great White mycorrhiza and 3tbsp Neptunes Harvest seaweed extract which were added after the air was turned on and the 'bag' was in the bucket. I fimmed the FastBuds Purple Lemonade #2 and Seedsman Gelato OG #1, LST'd the FastBuds Crystal Meth #1 & #2, and the Seedsman Zkittles #1. Whilst doing all that I noticed my old friends the fungus gnats so I immediately placed sticky traps in all pots....little bastards! I went online and ordered Nematoads who will have a field day with the gnats! The girls all got watered in from the top and bottom with de-chlorinated straight water ph'd to 6.6 @ 76deg 225ppm, lights still @ 36" above the soil and running @ 400w each.😎 8/4- Gave the girls compost tea for breakfast. The tea had brewed for 38hrs., had 854ppm and ph'd @ 7.1...PERFECT! I split 4g of the tea between the eight ladies @ 1/2 gallon each. I also topped the FastBuds Crystal Meth #2 and Seedsman Gelato OG #2 and checked and adjusted LST on all. Temp's, RH, and VPD all on point with the girls are showing it! 8/5- Soil felt moist so skipping water today and will feed early AM. All the ladies have taken on a deeper shade of green and are really starting to take off since receiving the compost tea yesterday and they'll be going crazy by the end of this week going into week four. The FastBuds Crystal Meth #1 & #2 are both showing early flowering signs already and are starting to get some purple coloration in new growth which looks natural, not a deficiency. I topped the FastBuds Purple Lemonade #1 and Seedsman Zkittles #1 and checked/adjusted LST on all. 8/6- Gave a good watering this morning with 4g of de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.8, went through, and tucked leaves on all the girls to keep exposing lower bud sites to the light so that we have a nice even canopy for flower! All the girls have either been topped, fimmed or LST'd at this point and all I'll be doing from here on out is tucking leaves and possibly some very minor defoliation if needed, 8/7- All the girls look very happy this morning and are starting to get ready for that stretch at the beginning of flower. The FastBuds Crystal Meth's are the shortest, along with the Seedsman Zkittles #1 and the CM's are already showing pistils but I'm not declaring that they're in 'flower' quite yet. 8/8- Gave all the ladies a good water in this morning with .5g each of de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.9 @ 76deg. Went over all the girls and tucked shade leaves to expose bud sites, removed a couple of the ones that couldn't be tucked, and were blocking numerous bud sites. I also continued with LST on all bending branches outward to expose them to more of that HLG 650R goodness!

This week I cut a lot of foliage off. This way the lights can get to more buds. Weed inspires creativity.

Things are looking good. I started counting Day 1 before the dummy leaves even shed the seed, also, I think the 3 gal pots are probably holding back the above ground growth a tad. Been watering about .5 gallons each in a ring just outside the plant every 2-3 days. They look healthy and I'm sure by the end of the week, they'll be screaming along. Not sure if I'm more excited about the ganja or the melons. Lol. Can't wait to enjoy both ☀️🍉💨

Blütewoche 7: Nachdem ich den Großteil meiner Frustration über den Fehlschlag verarbeitet hatte, entschied ich mich dazu den Plan doch nochmal zu überdenken und separierte die gezwitterte Übeltäterin ins leere Nebenzelt um diese schonmal auf die letzte Reise zu schicken. Wie man auf den Bildern erkennen kann kontrollierte ich die Pflanzen an Tag 100 noch einmal genaustens auf Pollensäcke. Diese ließen auch nicht all zu lange auf sich warten und es waren doch mehr als gedacht. Aber als ich mir die Terpene anschaute und feststellte, dass der Großteil schon milchig ist und die Pflanze im Vergleich zur ChocolateHaze beispielsweise von Samen wirklich verschont ausschaut, stellte ich mir folgende Frage.. Ist es unter diesen Umständen nicht sinnvoller , die Pflanze zu nehmen wie sie ist und dafür das Risiko zu minimiere nur noch mehr Samen zu züchten? Natürlich würde ich sie lieber noch 2 Wochen in Blüte lassen, aber wer weiß wie viel Müsli in 2 Wochen nachkommen können.. Ich will es nicht herausfinden 😒😅 Also bereitete ich einen letztzen Trank zu, welcher der Pflanze für die kommenden Tage etwas " beruhigen " sollte. - To be Continued -

Depuis la fin de la semaine 10, j’avais commencé mon rinçage après avoir observé les trichomes à l’aide de différents appareils, microscope de poche vendu dans les Growshops, microscope à fixer sur son smartphone ou encore les lentilles macro de type Apexel lens 2 en 1.... Les lentilles macro m’ont permis de voir de manières assez aisées que ceux-ci étaient pour la plus pars laiteux, j’avais donc pensé que c’était le moment pour moi, d’entreprendre ma période de rinçage. J’avais lu sur différents sites qu’il fallait effectuer 2 semaines de rinçages afin d’éliminé tous trace de nutriments et d’avoir un weed savoureuse. Je pensais donc que le timing était bon et que mes 2 semaines supplémentaires me donneraient les 15 à 20% de trichomes ambrés mais j’arrive à la fin de la première semaine de rinçage et très peu d’ambré. J’ai donc ce weekend redonné un peu d’engrais, car les feuilles sont en pleines sénescences et la maturation des trichomes demande encore un peu de temps. Un peu perdu, pour être honnête, le contrôle de ce jour montre un stress plutôt bénéfique pour les filles qui vont être à nouveaux rincées. Afin de m’aider au mieux, j’ai commandé l’appareil Higrade analyseur de cannabis que je recevrais lundi, je vous donnerais donc plus de détails par la suite mais cet appareil est sensé nous donné de précieuses données quand coupé, taux de THC, carence, maladie bref un gadget qui promet de belle prouesse à voir donc. Cependant après plusieurs recherches, j’ai appris que l’on commençait son rinçage seulement quand les trichomes devenaient ambrés et après 10 jours de rinçages et après on coupe....

Growth still slow. LST started in earnest, I didn't fill the soil high enough in the pot so the pot flexes too much to pull the stems down. Note to self, fill the pot more next time. Flowering has started!

So this week i harvested the orangesherbert so sticky and stinks of orange, 50grams dry of 🔥 bud. Curing in a big jar at 21 degrees and humidity of 60% dark cool cupboard. Watermelon zkitles is bouncing back, the runts is doing amazing with the lst and leaf tucking. I had to kill the purplelemonade due to it herming on me I dont have space for that so I'm going to run a ethos genetics seed in its place.

1 of the autos is finished and hanging. Maybe 2 weeks to go for the other one. The candy kush will get a haircut in the next week👍 the future one looking good so far but 1 is a little bit behind. Same with one of the candies🤷‍♂️ but i have no rush as long as they look healthy. Im still impressed with the lights and the new tent was a good choice too😁 i think they will finish around christmas
