This week was half veg half bloom. I may have to find a new home soon so I've decided to flip all my plants into flowering by the middle of week 08. The GBK is looking awesome, standing proud with her canopy ring and creating a lot of nodes. She is already showing pre flowers and she started to stretch.

We have passed the month and we are madly in love with all our autoflowering plants, we have two per strain, one worked with a mainlining adapted according to the characteristics of the plant and one that grows straight, we can't easily give up the main cola. For now we show you those worked with the techniques that are more interesting to see and later planted earlier to make them finish more or less together with those that will grow straight and fast. Our Ghost Train Haze is a spectacle, the main lining fits her like a glove because she is a plant with a wide internodal distance. I managed to bend the branches very well and the laterals have already lengthened in a very effective way and the lateral branches are already rising upwards, amazing this plant will have many effective branches. I am quite sure after this experience that this tactic is more suitable for plants with a wide internodal distance. So topping at the third internode, main lining, no pruning until the third internode and topping them again so we have multiplied the buds adequately. The application of the techniques is a delicate moment also for fertilization. Topping slows down the growth of the plant a bit and does not make it require all that Grow fertilizer that is normally recommended. So you have to go really slow and understand when to reduce the nitrogen. Better to prepare the soil with fertilizers to mix with the soil probably. The problem is sweeping now that it is going into flowering, the plant has shown the first fluff, declared the sex, and the fertilizer will soon be needed indeed. You have to inflate. In any case everything is under control and I will demonstrate it to you during the flowering phase. Wait for the Uncle BreadandBuds and see what he does. Remember that cold temperatures make the girls absorb food much more slowly than in summer so be careful to give the right amount and let the plant dry in maximum 2 days or you risk imbalances. The sun has been away again this week and the heavy humidity has caused some error on the cola of one of the random autoflower plants, I tried to cut out and dispose of the bad bit but it got too the stem so I've cut it off completely. More mould showed up on her so I've cut her down. Hopefully the rest won't be affected!

Last week of flower amd flushed for the week. Buds are all cloudy and trady to go. Put them in darkness and will leave them there for five days. I have another plant drying and trying to stagger trimming. First plant dryed for 14 days and was about right. Trimmed it up and it is now and curing. Been in the jar for two days and humidity is 57%, good for me. Waiting for the cure now. It was kinda nice to do a stagged harvest so all the trimming did not have to be done at once. I think I will try to do it this way again. The final weight for the first plant was 102.78. The quality of the buds is the best so far. Not sure if that is attributed to luck, strain or growing is getting better. Time will tell. Next post the harvest. Cheers

Final stretch for the girls, almost time to get them a haircut and make them look nice for the pictures, can't believe we made it so good throughout that heatwave without a AC unit, strong genetics I have to tell you !

My camera doesn't quite do it justice just how beautiful this plant is. Id say moderate amount of frost if I were to guess maybe 21-22%, but the Terps are out of this world. When you walk into the grow room all you smell is dank rotten cherrys and gas. The nose has transformed and changed so many times in the past 3-4 weeks it's been incredible. Opened a palette to me I never knew existed in weed; it has a smell that's Rich in Red Fruity Wine, hash/rosin (like when you hit a rosin disposable or you smell some good fresh press), with a cherry- black cherry fruit punch forward Superboof. Truly incredible. I pray these trichome heads stand a bit taller within the next 3-4 weeks, so we can get a nice wash + press going to make sum DELICIOUS Super Fried Applez Live Rosin

Going to do some dark time before the flip. Should boost the phytochrome A before starting the 12/12 schedule. Opened up some new growth with the stress clips. Time to flower for my first time! I’m very excited to learn this stage! Any comments please add thanks all!

8/30 Rained yesterday and pretty much all night. Plants looked happy this morning. I'm thinking about feeding today or tomorrow. The late flowering special kush doesn't have much longer and it will be done. I'm going to need to do another treatment for the thrips. Nights are so cold that I think they aren't a major problem. No signs of septoria either. No signs of ANY molds or mildew. Even where I took the pillar out but I removed a lot. I am noticing (especially on the pink kush and the special kush in the back) the wierd "top hat" lower buds like I previously did. I don't think it's the chipmunk. It's like they eat fresh buds and leave the top there. I think it might be earwigs but I haven't seen ANY. Birds have been keeping my garden pretty clean. Almost everytime I walk down there it's like a flock of birds takes off lol. I was watching the little finches all perched on my cage. I've seen them dart in and grab a snack. It's pretty cool how it works. Symbiotic relationship. I feed the birds amd they help keep my garden pest free. EDIT: Went to check the girls around 430. It seems like everytime I see the flowers they've swelled in size. Especially the natural mk ultra. Everything is really coming together. Pink kush is behind but it's starting. I'm getting lots of fall colors but I'm losing lots of leaves too. I wouldn't have defoliated as good as I have if I hadn't had problems. I thought the plants were done getting taller or stretching but after this rain they ALL seem taller. The buds are swelling as well. I'm on the home stretch with the early special kush. Few more weeks. Everything looked amazing tonight. I wanted to take some pictures but I left my phone. Smell is greatly increasing. 8/31 I don't get how we got NO rain the ENTIRE summer but it's rained the past few nights? Maines bipolar weather I guess. I see the same shit as prior years. Something crawls up and eats small shoots and developing buds but leaves larger ones alone. I thought it was earwigs before. I'm not sure now. I'll have to go look at night and figure out what's eating shit. It's just small secondary shoots mostly. Stuff I should've pruned but I leave on so the won't eat my fucking colas. I got some work to do but I'm getting closer. 9/1 Well we made it to September. Pink kush is finally STARTING to form little buds. After some research (and watching those fucking locusts try to fly into my cage but can't because they are to fucking big. I was lucky I found that enormous one on the stalk of the furthest special kush right where the tip cola starts. Luckily I was able to get him. Didn't have to take pics or a video or even check if they need water. It rained a little last night and the buds were a little wet. I'm planning to feed when I get back. If they need water I'll give it to them. My early special kush is getting real close. I want to harvest at peak timing but sometimes exigent circumstances screw that up. However i think I'll be able to let this girl finish properly.

I went ahead and gave them a lil bit of voodoo just one watering with it. I am doing leaf tucking or leaf breading whenever I see possible. They all seem to like it especially #1 and #3.😊

Day 24 since sprout 3rd of April was delayed transplanting these as I was waiting on my pots to arrive, all done now there looking happy in the new pots 😁🍁

Just feeding the botanicare pure blend pro grow now , her soil ppm has been pretty steady on the one lady. he lighter color bigger girl has been super hungry . She's gonna be a monster the nodes swelled up to support some monster branches. Can't wait to see how they fill out. Gotta water them later so I'll snap some photos of the stalk and limbs just to show how bulky they have gotten. But they are looking great , been stupid easy so far just keeping the soul free of salt building up aswell as trying my best to not over fertilize .. (nitrogen is pretty high I've noticed the darker green on the other girls. Besides the smaller plant it's PH is low from the automatic watering thing im trying out) Really trying to get more time so I could be alil more detailed. New growers ask about my water routine but it's hard for me to explain atm . Gonna work on it and see of I can do these any better. If ur reading these and have any kind of input please comment and let me know. I'm always looking for constructive criticism/ feedback.. But I appreciate anyone's time checking my mess out lol. Hello GD Crew!!! I’m glad to finally be back with a new diary. A LOT has happened since my last diary. The large room I was using back then got infested with spider mites. For a while I thought I had them beat, but they came back with a vengeance. So I thoroughly cleaned my 2x4 tent and set it up in the opposite side of the house. However, that part of the house is also now my new man cave and was under construction until a few months ago (its still not completely done yet, but close enough). I have also switched back to LED lighting. I’m using a pair of Spider Farmer SF1000’s (100w) LED’s. I was using a 315w CMH fixture but felt I was getting better results with my old blurple ViparSpectra’s (both of which have died). Also, it was getting too hot in the tent with the CMH. To be completely honest the best weed I’ve ever grown was using a 1000w HPS, but that could possible melt a 2x4 tent and I’d be tripping circuit breakers all the time again. After a lot of research it looked like the Spider Farmer SF1000’s were the best bang for the buck in the LED market these days. They have the right components (Samsung LM301B diodes and MeanWell drivers) and have great specs. I was able to purchase them on Amazon Prime Day for $129/each (USD). For soil I’m using Coast of Main Stonington Blend Grower’s Mix. I had been previously trying to amend and reuse old soil or mix old soil 50/50 with new soil and in retrospect that was a mistake. The PH was totally unpredictable as were what nutrients were available or deficient. I felt like I was always trying to fix soil problems and one thing would lead to another. So, from now on its fresh soil in every pot. I’m using 3 gallon pots with self watering reservoirs at the bottom. In addition to the Coast of Main Stonington Blend I’m also using Sungro Black Gold Seedling Mix. I filled the 3 gallon pots with the Coast of Main Stonington Blend first, then dig out a hole in the middle about the size of a grapefruit and filled that hole with the Sungro Black Gold Seedling Mix. Then I planted the seeds about knuckle deep in the middle of the Seedling Mix. This seemed to work great, both pots had small seedlings appear in 5 days. This diary will focus primarily on FastBuds BlackBerry, but I am also growing a DinaFem Critical+ Auto at the same time. I’ve grown both of these strains a few times in the past with mixed results. But, I’m hoping this grow will be far greater than those in the past. My plan is to allow the Coast of Main Stonington Blend act as the ‘super soil’ it is supposed to be and not add any additional nutrients. I will however be adding RealGrowers Recharge on a regular basis (I love that stuff, it really makes a difference) and will probably also add some CalMag once in a while. But that’s all. Additionally, I do not plan on doing much training with these girls. I will LST bend them over at a 45 degree angle around the time they hit their flowering stretch, but that’s all. Bending at a 45 degree angle gives better exposure to lower branches and allows those lower branches to produce larger tops. Hoping for the best!!! Please feel free to comment and follow.
