After you found some good sector and clone it you let the mycelium grow and fill almost all the petri dish like I did last week. So now you're ready to move forward. Making grain spawn!🍄🍄 For grain you can use Organic Rye Berries, but you can also get away with wheat berries, or brown rice or even corn kernels(which I used myself) ! And you'll need some mason jars or honestly I used some jars that I had home just clean them very well and sterilise before using Making a grain spawn can be broken down into 6 easy steps. 🍄Hydrate Grain By Soaking 🍄Make Specialized Lids 🍄Simmer, Drain and Dry The Grain 🍄Sterilize 🍄Put your agar in the jar 🍄Colonize 🍄Soak the grain by placing it in a bucket, covering in water, and leaving it for 12 -24 hours. Easy. 🍄Drill 1 hole on top of the lid. Right in the center and cover with a small dab of high temperature silicone sealant, and leave it overnight to dry. And your jars are done. There other diff types for different methods like liquid culture etc. But I'm just going roughly through what Ive done. 🍄The next step is to simmer the grains on the stove. This will thoroughly hydrate the grains, and will soften them to make them easier for the mushroom mycelium to consume. Cook soaked grain on the stove for about 15 minutes. You don’t want to cook it too long, because eventually all the grain will crack and you’ll get some mushy grain spawn. We don't want that. 🧐After the grains have simmered on a low boil, you’ll need to drain them off. What I did is I drop them in the sink with the drain cover on. The grains will drain over an hour or so, after which you can go ahead and fill your jars. 🍄Once your jars are filled, they need to be sterilised.This kills off all the other nasty contaminants in the grain cover the lids in tinfoil (to prevent water dripping into the lid) and then just pressure sterilise them for about 90 minutes at 15 psi. 🍄After that let them cool down. Get your SAB, wipe down the walls with some alcohol wipes and place the jars inside. And wait untill they will be warm to the touch... not hot and painful 😤patience is key. Bring in your plates that had been stored by you in a dark place. And what u have to do is sterilise your scalpel and just accurately and efficiently decide your mycelium into about 10 pieces and quickly place them in your jar. And complete for every jar u make. You have to be very quick. The more you keep you're jar and your agar plates lids open the more cans they will get contaminated. There certain technics you can see online.. 🍄Ones you're done close all your jars lids tight and Jake your jar so the mycelium pieces will mix around the jar and place them in the dark place to colonize. And just keep waiting... 😅 Untill the mycelium will conquer your grain. Keep your eyes on the jars, any weird smells or colour during the waiting time.. because that would mean you got a contamination going on. Oh yeah and when about 55% of your jar is filled with mycilium shake the sh*t out of it so it will break the mycilium inside and make spread more faster.

Just noticed as I was putting the gsc away that its got 3 branches coming out at every node ive heard of it but never had it so I'm looking forward to seeing her flower as I assume she will have more/bigger flowers will show in the video next week

7/6/2021 - Trimmed lower fan leaves as they were being blocked completely, and a few tips were yellowing. - Continuing to lightly bend the upper branches so the lowers can catch up. - Bought some Gaia Green veg + bloom dry fertilizers as I expect I'll be flipping to flower soon. 7/7/2021 - Watered in a little bit of Gaia Green's veg fertilizer. - Foliar fed w/ DIY kelp extract. - Yellowing/browing on a new leaf, can't identify what it is. - Staked down the branches on the upper mains this evening to open her up for more light penetration, she was gettin' real bushy. 7/9/2021 - Trimmed out middle to expose canopy

Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grows First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable theme in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. But there are no cultivation rooms to be displayed here, so I continue with what is most important. Today I have put my seeds in my moisture dome and hope the seeds have germinated within a few days. Everything about this strain is excellent. Explosive lateral branching and vigorous growth makes this strain live up to its name. She was daunting to keep up with defoliation at times. Her smell is pure diesel and tastes of diesel and skunk. Smokes great, comes on smooth then busts your lungs.

DAY 85 - 92 (F31-F38) Lots of progress on the flowers this week. Not much stacking on her but the buds are super hard and covered in trichomes. Honestly the frost on her is incredible, even on the poorly half of the plant. I did my best to cover the mold with the agricultural sulphur I bought, but I could only really cover the top of it. The mold is still exposed and visible in some places. I really hope the sulphur works. I also added an extra circulating fan on the tent floor to increase air movement in the bottom half. The plant again doubled in size. Not sure if it’s the light, but the plant is growing super bushy. I have already started removing some of the inner shoots, to focus the energy into building some length. The roots are developing phenomenally and she seems to be overall quite happy. Once she is a bit taller, I will probably top her to make sure that I can fill the SCR.O.G. Properly. Light intensity is currently set to somewhere around 80% veg only.

29.03.21 hab heute die ersten weissen terpene entdecken können vorblüte is in gange. Biegen und binden wird immer mehr stand heut fast eine Stunde vorm Zelt bis ich einigermaßen mit der Positionierung zufrieden war. Ist ein ziemliches wuchs monster bis zu 5 cm am Tag die jeden neuen Tag runter gebogen werden wollen mal schauen was Woche Nr.2 so bringt..... 30.03.21 biegen und binden ich werd irre davon...... 32.01.21 hab heut wieder Luft unterm Netz gemacht hier und da Blätter entfernt Ach ja und nicht zu vergessen der biegen und binden horror.... 01.04.21 hab mir heute weichen pflanzen Draht besorgt um die einzelnen Seiten und Hauptbestände besser fixieren zu können damit sie auch da bleiben wo ich sie haben will die Pflanze wächst ziemlich rasant ich Weiss langsam garnicht mehr wohin mit den ganzen Ästen. Hab mich heute dazu entschieden kein Vita race mehr zu Sprühen obwohl laut Hersteller bis Ende der dritten blüte Woche 1x wöchentlich gesprüht werden kann, hab Schiss mir die Blüten Geschmacks massig zu versauen...... 02.04.21 das Wachstum ist enorm Habe heute 2 1/2h Arbeit investiert in biegen und binden. Ich hoffe das sich die ganze Arbeit am Ende lohnt und ich mit schönen klebrigen nuggetz belohnt werde... 03.04.21 hab heute das ganze einfach mal laufen lassen wollte eigendlich heute giessen da die Ladys gut durstig sind hab aber heute verpennt und dann noch der ganze feiertags Kram hab somit das Gießen auf morgen verschoben die Ladys werden es sicher überleben..... 04.03.21 hab heute ein bißchen die Blätter unters netzt gebogen und gegossen sieht gut aus soweit bin zufrieden für die 2te Woche....

8e Semaine de floraison impeccable grossi bien chargé en résine irrigation a l'eau uniquement durant les 2 dernières semaines. J'ai vérifié les colas es celle-ci c'est fait polinisé par le male Sour tangie dawg mais rien de grave quelques graines, cela me permettra d'avoir une nouvelle génétique issue de ces deux plantes donc a voir ne pas ce précipiter. Elle dégage une plus douce odeur durant ces derniers jours.
