Hello, hello! Hope you're all doing well. Welcome to Week 7, Veg w/ Space Cookies. The Deets: The Good: -Space Cookies is moving well. I was able to make her quite a bit bigger by training her out this week. She took the space well and is filling up the new open space quickly. -Full transplant and first transition's feeding went very well and she took every drop. No burns, no dipping out, no attitude. -Strong like Bull. Every week she gets thicker and thicker. During transplant I buried a small portion of her stem to shore her up and it has proven to work very well. Smallest plant but has the thickest laterals and main. I really like this little one and I feel she has been the easiest to work with so far. Haven't faced as many issues with her as I have with the others (so far). Hope she keeps it up👌. -Pistil party! It's a girl! Yay!! So there's pistils. Not heavily pronounced yet, but clear as day. Will add in a picture tomorrow, but a little to shaky to take a proper photo, at the moment. Soon👍 -pH and PPM's are in check. Not too concerned about my ppm reads, as the new soil is warping these run-off numbers, but I'm very pleased to see her Run-off come back at a solid 6.2pH. A long road from the 5.3 I was battling for 1.5-2 weeks. The Bad: -Get atta here with that 'bad' nonsense. She's doing good😊 The 'Meh': -Got her to be a bigger bubble, but she lost some more height. Propped her up on the same ceramic pot that Do-Si-Dos was last grow. Almost a perfect height making an even canopy. -Really bushy. I open her up and it seems she's filled the empty space within 24 hours. Going to do a quick bottom to top defo and prune before moving her to flower. Still trying to learn what to take in Veg that will end up being nothing but LARF in Bloom. I feel I did a little better this time... but I'm positive there will be a lot to take in the early weeks of flower, during the stretch. -Before the transplant, I was running 24/7 extraction due to a weather change in my area. In her shorter 3 gallon pot, she picked up a bit of wind burn on the low end fans. I knew it was being pretty battered around, but I didn't really have a choice. I really needed that air exchange. These fans will be removed in near future if/when she needs/wants to cannibalize them. Notes of the Week: -All transplants were done with a 15mL/Gallon soil of Gaia Green 2-16-0 Bone Meal for slow release P/Cal throughout Bloom. Added bonus of keeping pH in check (somewhat like a dolomite lime). "Stim Root #1" for softwood applications has been used sparingly as well. Allows for zero delay when transplanting. Roots tap into new soil immediately. No stunting, no lost time. -A water feed was given to each girl in the past two days as I am back to my feed-feed-water schedule (and working well). I did include a small dose of GP3 Bloom, Humic acids, molasses and potassium silicate to keep her moving until the next feed (Bloom and Humic halved). Cut the Cal/Mag and pulling my Mag from the Bloom's 1.5%. -Training is pretty much over. PSK has a little work to do, but this week all the training ties will slowly be released and replaced with bracing cables. 5-6, 2 foot sticks of bamboo and 1, 3 foot main bamboo line have been inserted and will be used to pull laterals back inwards, give them strength, and help them carry their flowering weight. All bamboo sticks (except for the 3 foot main) were inserted into the new transplant soil where there would be no roots and no root interference. To reduce root interference on the 3 foot main, I sharpen to a point in order to push roots aside, not bluntly destroying them. -The flip is on the calendar. PSK is even in good shape now. It's time. Either Sunday, May 31st or June 1st these girls will be put into 12/12. I'm really looking forward to this, but as per the usual, I'm a little nervous. It's been a battle with them so far and I'm really, REALLY hoping Bloom goes a tad better then early Veg did. -Oddly enough, these plants are larger in size then grow #2, at the same period of time (49 days). Attributing earlier training and the SF for these changes. Keeping the girls shorter and using more LST has pushed them to move a bit faster. Noted. -Hygrowzyme and King Kola will be introduced into the new Bloom schedule in the coming week (s). I did not use the PK booster as early as recommended last grow and looking to see what changes I will see with proper applications, throughout flower. Hygrozyme will only be used for the first few weeks of Bloom. If anything feels amiss or my gut tells me somethings off, I'll stop it's use and just use what I know. Day 30 Feb. 18th- I feel like everything is going great -all plants are now in final 7 gallon containers..have used a lot of soil! -I have been tying the plants down as much as possible -March 2nd will be 42 days and I think that is when I will switch to 12/12 -Day 35 Feb. 24th- I need trellis netting soon I retie branches constantly for inner growth HULKBERRY and GREEN GELATO are growing similar...LSD and ROYAL GORILLA are growing similar! -Very interesting!! * I have color coated the plants like I should have a couple weeks ago -GREEN GELATO has all green pipe cleaners now...HULKBERRY has all yellow pipe cleaners. very long branches and small inner growth LSD is in all purple pipe cleaners. tying it down has done wonders! it has awesome inner growth! Now the ROYAL GORILLA in all orange pipe cleaners! This plant is a pain in the ass lol. The inner growth and spacing is insanely close!!! so many shoots all tightly together. I have tied down anything I can. Unsure how it will work in budding next week

Been a lil busy. Haven't been on here or in the garden as much as i need to. The girls are growing all natural. I have literally taken no leaves off their entire lives. Some of the old fan leaves die during light drybacks. Inuse deybacks for stacking nutes and some light drought stress which can increase oil production. They just have a small cage at two levels. I have cut nutrients to most of them, going for quality smoke as its already more than I can consume lol. Two look like they are still bulking. Some are getting close. Everyone is still getting bokashi/ffj for the terps and ethylene found in the ripe fruits. It helps with senescence.. I turned the lights and temps down to help crop steer ‘em. We are getting close! 7/29 - Week 9 of veg is starting. At this point, it is just let them grow up a few inches, and also fill out the pots some more with roots before transplanting to 5 gallon fabric pots (their final homes). I also plan on mixing a 'flower blend' soil to fill up the 5g pot around the rootball that is transplanted. This recipe for the soil is taken from MaximumYield: Enhanced fruit/flower potting soil recipe This soil recipe is designed for plants that are ready to fruit or flower. In particular, this recipe works great for ornamentals that are already in bloom and for fast-growing annuals that are entering their fruiting or flowering stage. Parenthesis indicate small changes or products I'm using. 1/2 cu. ft. (60 cups) sphagnum peat moss (Promix BX) 1/4 cu. ft. (30 cups) coco coir (Mother Earth Coco Peat) 1/4 cu. ft. (30 cups) compost (either compost or manure) 1/4 cu. ft. (30 cups) perlite 10 cups pumice (likely to just use perlite here) 5 cups worm castings 3 cups bat guano (high phosphorus) 1 cup fish bone meal (using regular bone meal, got Jobe's Bone Meal) 1 cup oyster shell 1/2 cup seabird guano (likely to just add as the high phosporous guano) 1/4 cup alfalfa meal 1/4 cup fish meal (Down to Earth Fish Meal) 2 tbsp. langbeinite (Down to Earth Langeinite) 1 tbsp. glacier rock dust (Azomite ordered from Amazon) 7/30 - While technically the morning of 7/31, lights haven't gone out yet, so it is still the 30th ;) It almost hurts posting pictures today, because they were really thirsty, but I honestly hadn't looked at them for a couple days. Anywho, the plants were watered with ~1.25 liters of water each, about 90 minutes before lights out. Will be interesting to post the 7/31 photos after a couple hours of lights on, and see the difference in appearance. I also mixed the soil for flowering, and it will now have a couple weeks to 'cook' and become ready for the plants. I did make a mistake and accidentally added 1 cup of fish meal instead of 1/4 cup (oops), and the alfalfa meal just smelled too good, so I added 1/2 cup instead of 1/4. Hopefully those 2 'changes' don't add too much nitrogen for flower, but I imagine it won't. I also instead of adding perlite (didn't want to buy a 4 cu ft bag when I needed at most 2.5 gallons (1/3 cu ft), so I opted to add 1 gallon of pumice. Since the coco peat and promix both have perlite in them, I didn't want too much added. There were also some worms from the compost that made it into the tote that is now storing the mix, so life has already started in the soil. 7/31 - It wasn't just after lights on, as I didn't have time to photo earlier, but this is just about 24 hours after watering, and praying/looking good. I had noticed that it looked like the fan had slipped down the pole a bit, and was causing some wind burn/clawing of the leaves yesterday, which probably attributed to poor looks, but looking better today! While I am not that versed in checking preflowers, from what I can tell, if I had to guess, CH#1 could be either (maybe slightly leaning towards female, thought I might have saw a couple hairs), and the #2 actually looked male to me. 8/4 - After getting home from work, and realizing I hadn't checked on the plants in a couple days and I knew they were due for water either yesterday or today, I saw some THIRSTY plants. They each got ~1.2L of water, and also a quick trim back. After checking preflowers again, I am afraid that both Chinook plants may end up male :(

Buds are growing😁 I think I might have nutrient burned my plants a bit, especially the Wedding Cheesecake. I've decided to listen the advices from @nonick123 and remove the BioGrow. I'm still searching a good way to water them, they seems to drink more some days, so I try to adapt. The smell is super strong in the room now, it smells really good 😎

Day 27 flowering: I am so glad i stuck with this lady now. seeing her stacking ready for her huge colas coming is a relief. She has not skipped a beat in the heat and has continued to build those beautiful stacks. I have hope she has restored my faith in Hulkberry as a strain now

Our beauty is now 6 weeks old and has officially entered the flowering stage! She has gained noticeable height and bushiness, showing off her healthy growth and vibrant energy. We've installed a net and gently guided her underneath to maximize the potential of each branch and ensure even light distribution. The light schedule remains 12/12. Daytime temperature is a steady 28°C, nighttime drops to 21°C, and humidity stays at 65%. We continue feeding her with Xpert Nutrients, providing all the essential elements she needs during flowering. CO2 supplementation also continues, supporting her vigorous development. A huge thank you to Xpert Nutrients for their top-quality fertilizers — it’s thanks to them our girl is entering the flowering phase with such strength and confidence .

The end of week 1 has arrived. We all know how it goes. Just playing the waiting game. At this stage these girls are just working on building their root system. The roots should be hitting the reservoir in the bottom of the buckets soon then they should take off. Got the water pumping and the lights beaming 24 hours a day. Running a low dose of maxigro. Keeping the ph around 6. Will probably be topping them around day 12. Would be amazing if I can get them ready to switch to flower at the end of week 3. But for now I'm just going to check on them 420 times a day hoping they don't die. Might be back next week if they are alive. Happy growing!

Noch immer habe ich und die Pflanzen den Schock über den ungewollten high Stress nicht über Wunden 😪 Leider war die Wachstum Phase zu diese Zeitpunkt fast vorüber. Zum Großteil hat es ausgerechnet die stärkste Pflanze erwischt. Diese ist nun die kleinste und schmächtigste geworden 😭 Meine Lampe bekomme ich nicht mehr höher, dieses Mal habe ich sie mit Hilfestellung ein letztes Mal höher gestellt. Ich war kurz davor diese Grow abzubrechen, doch dann packte mich wieder der Ehrgeiz. Da dieser Grow auch schon sehr Zeit und Energie aufwändig war. Meine größte Befürchtung ist jedoch ein unbemerktes zwittern und nachher alles voll mit Samen ist 😱 Am 75 Tag musste ich den unteren Bereich entlauben, dieser bestand nur aus Fusselärmchen und die ersten Blätter waren auch schon sehr hell.

Fed my girl her last flowering compost tea about 3 days ago. She is absolutely beautiful. Loving her environment and thriving. Bud production looks lovely and even producing tricomes already. I'm very please with this week. Will water with recharge on day 21 and then one last defoliation. Very easy going plant.

Day 83: After being in the dark for like 4-7 days, they where ready to harvest. All plants getting cut by the machine, big buds are cut by hand. I never weight wet buds because that doesnt make any sence. I will update soon on how much it is dry weight. My friend helped me with the harvest since it takes many hours of work. I have many buds that are as big or bigger as my hand. Quallity so far looks promising even thought there are shitty buds as well, but thats normal and oke. They have been cut freshly so I won't lose much weight when cutting. This will happen when cutting dry buds. The remaining small leafs on the wet buds will dry in with the buds and will be barely visible. More info soon.
