We are in the middle of winter and despite growing in an area that isn't the warmest in Europe, it's really cold now. It's 16-18 degrees Celsius in the house and we need to bring the temperature of the propagator growbox between 20 and 25 degrees Celsius. So we first placed a layer of those 1 cm thick "rubberized" floors that are used for gyms, they are easily found on Amazon and are very useful for insulation. Then a heated resistance mat and then the closed propagator on top. Inside with our seedlings and the light on at minimum 20% we reached 24 degrees, not bad in fact the germination is proceeding very well. 100% opening of the seeds in water and almost all of them are opening in our biodegradable peat pots. ----- Our Purple Urke have started, really smooth as silk, no problems with the placenta, it's there nice and straight going towards the light, we trust you a lot baby! It's like most purples, an Indica predominance. WARNING: Placenta Problems ---- ALWAYS look very carefully at the seedlings, if the seed or the placenta prevent the opening of the cotyledon leaves the plant dies after a while. Remove it delicately as if it were a condom or almost. I apologize for the example but it gives the idea, remove slowly and delicately please. WARNING: If you choose biodegradable pots, choose the largest possible ones and not paper/cardboard ones, there is peat which is the main component of most of the soils we use. If you want to avoid transmitting vibrations to the neighbors I recommend you install one of these gym floors under your growboxes, I did it and I also feel safer not to disturb. They are easily found on Amazon in different thicknesses, I took a gym model that is assembled like a puzzle, they are also found in children's shops, they are those floors that are assembled to make children play safely, or to train and to avoid vibrations of the equipment or of any kind. Pure ice cream clone 1 has roots and started growing finally. She has some deformities in new vegging leaves. I imagine it is nutrition related. She kinda lst to herself when she fell over several days ago. She was showing signs of growth so I didn't want to disturb her, and mess it up. Everything is looking good for this clone now. I am not sure how long I want to veg her, and her sister if she pulls through. Nothing else to report at this time. I found this seed in bud that I harvested from my Barney's Liberty Haze plant. It was grown in my grow room and you can see my GrowDiary log of that plant. I am not sure exactly how I ended up with seeds... maybe there was light or temperature stress which resulted in a herm. In any case, I decided to grow this seed as a fun experiment. I didn't even know if the seed would germinate... but it grew just FINE. I didn't top it, or give it any special treatment. I guess you could say she grew 'native' or 'au natural.' I have never grown outside before, but I had space in the garden, and the seedling looked healthy, so I hardened her off and popped her into the dirt. She ended up going into a huge monster of a plant. Standing over 9 feet tall I had to laugh out loud each time I climbed the ladder to inspect her top cola LOL. I had so much fun growing this plant. I called her Majestic Haze (we live on Majestic Drive) because I'm not sure if Barney's would want me calling her Liberty Haze. I can't verify the genetics for sure :) I wonder how plant breeders handle those kinds of things??... This bud is fun for parties and conversation. It starts out with an energetic vibe and then settles into a relaxed chill stoned feeling. We vaped our dried bud, and then we tried some of our hand rolled hash... then we settled in for the night. Woke up a sit high still LOL but it's Saturday and we don't need to go anywhere so it's all good LOL... This one is the bud of choice for house parties and silly Netflix watching. PS if you haven't see The Good Place... you need to get stoned and watch it. The total dried weight of bud from this plant was just under one pound @ 310g and we also ended up with around 120 g of frosty trim. We also rolled up about a gram of hash which has some serious kick :)

Used 300 watts, produced over 400 grams of dry, extremely dank cookies. Thanks to top quality genetics, lights and nutrients.

The first days of this week I added some monster bud mix (watch video) and trained the plant. She is growing fast and she looks good 👍 No defoliation, No Ph-down (or -up), only water and monster bud mix in a light mix soil 💪 We can see the first pistils in the nodes.

Start of Week 3 7/20- Defoliated at the end of week three. Stretch ended about 12” from the canopy.

End of week 3, last week we removed bottom node and this week removed last node from bottom tpp, heavy lollipoping for pre veg for 2/3 weeks then flip to 12/12

Another week has gone by. She’s stacked pretty good and fairly dense buds. Be interesting to see if they fill out or frost up more. We shall carry on waiting it out. ✌️🏻👊

Phed reservoirs to 5.8 10/11 Trichomes are are getting near half cloudy, no signs of amber yet. Phed to 5.6 10/12 Water added and Phed to 5.8 Trimming finished on chopped plant that's drying. 10/13 Adjusted Ph to 6.0 and topped of the reservoirs. Harvested plant will be drying for another day or two. 10/14 PH was really low on the Flushing plant. Adjusted it to 6.2. The other plant had its reservoir topped and PH set to 5.8. 10/15 Started the flush on the final plant. Will probably do a shorter flush this time and test the difference. I think a week in DWC feels long. 10/16 Reservoirs topped and PH adjusted to 5.6. Flush started on the Final plant 😎 Extremely excited for the smoke review of these badgirls. So far so good! Two of Three plants remain. One of them has less mature trichomes the other is coming down any day now. These plants are amazing to handle. You can Smell that these girls are not playing around one bit.

Welcome to 📅 Day 22 of veg 4/5/2021 and boy am I happy with the growth on the girl under the MH TS1000 she is growing fast and strong and that's just what I want to see later today I will be mixing a new batch of nutes but that's about it Update 📅 Day 25 of veg 4/8/2021 she is still growing very fast under the TS 1000. I have done some more LST as she grows. I have noticed some problems in the leaves but it is very little and I hope it will not get worse only time will tell. Hello Diary, What a trip. I read a lot about the new F1 hybrid strains when they came out and was really interested to see how quickly they would develop. And indeed, in the end I can say that I am very satisfied with the Medusa F1. I planted three seeds but one did not sprout so two remained on the farm. The first Medusa was ready to harvest 68 days after the seed was placed in the ground, the second Medusa stayed a week longer. All the time the vegetation and flowering grew happily and contentedly. I didn't feed them too many additional supplements and they grew as if they were on steroids. After harvesting the first plant, I put it in a cardboard box to dry to protect it from light since the second plant was still on the farm. Drying lasted 14 days, after which I trimmed the flowers and put them in jars. The final result is 116 grams of dried flowers. Medusa F1 #1 - 47 g. Medusa F1 #2 - 69 g. In the end, I can only honestly recommend everyone to try growing this great strain. Thank you all for your support and see you soon with new F1 strains.
