😎Week 3 8/2- Here we go into week three and I'm looking to see some explosive growth happening in the tent soon!😃 The girls are all running 2 1/2" to 4" in height with the Seedsman Gelato OG's and FastBuds Purple Lemonade currently kicking all the others butts!💪 Gave a good watering this morning 2hrs after lights on with non-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.4. I plan on maintaining that watering schedule from here on out. I refilled the humidifier with non-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.5. Love the new setup with the two HLG quantum boards, 4 plants per light, and currently running at 400w per light. I'm looking forward to some record yields with this new setup using these 650R's! Temp's/RH/VPD are where they need to be at this point with daytime temp's maxing @ 83 Deg F/ nighttime @ 68 Deg F, RH @ 55%, VPD @ 9.0😀 8/3- Started compost tea last night, ingredients were; 5g de-clorinated 7.0ph water & 5tbsp unsulfured molasses, 4 cups worm castings, 1 cup alfalfa meal, 1 cup kelp meal, 2tbsp bat guano, 1 scoop Great White mycorrhiza and 3tbsp Neptunes Harvest seaweed extract which were added after the air was turned on and the 'bag' was in the bucket. I fimmed the FastBuds Purple Lemonade #2 and Seedsman Gelato OG #1, LST'd the FastBuds Crystal Meth #1 & #2, and the Seedsman Zkittles #1. Whilst doing all that I noticed my old friends the fungus gnats so I immediately placed sticky traps in all pots....little bastards! I went online and ordered Nematoads who will have a field day with the gnats! The girls all got watered in from the top and bottom with de-chlorinated straight water ph'd to 6.6 @ 76deg 225ppm, lights still @ 36" above the soil and running @ 400w each.😎 8/4- Gave the girls compost tea for breakfast. The tea had brewed for 38hrs., had 854ppm and ph'd @ 7.1...PERFECT! I split 4g of the tea between the eight ladies @ 1/2 gallon each. I also topped the FastBuds Crystal Meth #2 and Seedsman Gelato OG #2 and checked and adjusted LST on all. Temp's, RH, and VPD all on point with the girls are showing it! 8/5- Soil felt moist so skipping water today and will feed early AM. All the ladies have taken on a deeper shade of green and are really starting to take off since receiving the compost tea yesterday and they'll be going crazy by the end of this week going into week four. The FastBuds Crystal Meth #1 & #2 are both showing early flowering signs already and are starting to get some purple coloration in new growth which looks natural, not a deficiency. I topped the FastBuds Purple Lemonade #1 and Seedsman Zkittles #1 and checked/adjusted LST on all. 8/6- Gave a good watering this morning with 4g of de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.8, went through, and tucked leaves on all the girls to keep exposing lower bud sites to the light so that we have a nice even canopy for flower! All the girls have either been topped, fimmed or LST'd at this point and all I'll be doing from here on out is tucking leaves and possibly some very minor defoliation if needed, 8/7- All the girls look very happy this morning and are starting to get ready for that stretch at the beginning of flower. The FastBuds Crystal Meth's are the shortest, along with the Seedsman Zkittles #1 and the CM's are already showing pistils but I'm not declaring that they're in 'flower' quite yet. 8/8- Gave all the ladies a good water in this morning with .5g each of de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.9 @ 76deg. Went over all the girls and tucked shade leaves to expose bud sites, removed a couple of the ones that couldn't be tucked, and were blocking numerous bud sites. I also continued with LST on all bending branches outward to expose them to more of that HLG 650R goodness!

On Tuesday last week I burned my plants, particularly #1. Everything was going very well so I thought I'd add a little more nutrients to get some bigger blooms. That was a mistake! I flushed them with just tap water and trimmed off the leaves that were badly burned. Yesterday the plants were looking much better and I introduced a fraction of the nutrients that I was feeding them before. Plant #2 is starting to get covered in trichomes though there aren't any on #1. With a jeweler's magnifying glass and my phone I did my best to take pics of #2's trichomes. It's not so easy to see in the pictures but in person they all look clear. I'll wait until they're all cloudy and some are amber to chop it down.

This week I noticed a good and healthy growth. I decided to Top one of the plants and on another one aI applied the “main line”. On the third plant from the next week I will try an “LST”. The temperature on the grow box is under control and umidity is good. The only problem we found was on the “Tangie n.2” that is developing quite slowly and showed up some yellow leafs. 20/03 we apply LTS on tangie 3 and 4.

Experiment explanation see week1 was able to stop the expansion of CaMg deficiency by increasing the ph to 6.4...currently give this: Plagron sugar royal 1 ml/l Plagron power buds 1 ml/l Plagron alga bloom 4 ml/l Plagron green sensation 1 ml/l Aptus regulator 3 drops/l Aptus CaMg booster 0.7 ml/l Drinks appr. 2 litre per day at the moment...nutrified

Hallo und willkommen in Blütewoche 6 Die Damen machen trotz allen Strapazen ihren Job sichtlich, außer bei der einen Dame, da sieht man das ein Drittel nicht mehr wirklich mitarbeitet bzw. versorgt wird und hat sich somit auch qualifiziert, dass warme zu Hause ggf. eher wie die Zeltpartnerinnen zu Verlassen. In den nächsten Tagen wird definitiv bei der ,,Zicke,, die Teile Pflanze abgenommen, die keine Versorgung mehr genießen und somit dem noch arbeitenden Teil auch die Kraft nimmt. Auch ein Vermännlichen möchten wir Vorbeugen. Wo gehobelt wird, fallen auch spähne ^^ ehrlich gesagt auch nicht so verkehrt, denn falls, gibt es dann neuen Platz :-) Einfach nach staken, sobald Luft ist, grins. Ansonsten zum Gießen, wir gießen zweimal am Tag und jede trinkt etwa gesamt 1,8 Liter innerhalb 24 Stunden. Da die Nährstoffe gut verarbeitet werden, erhalten sie innerhalb 24 Std. zweimal Nährung und anschließend zweimal Wasser. Es ist jetzt die Blütenwoche 6 wo wir auch mit P/K 13-14 ausklingen werden. Gegeben, falls werden wir große Blätter kurz vor der 7ten Blütewoche entfernen, da die Blüteperiode mit 8- 9 Wochen angegeben ist. Temperaturen, im Moment zum Glück hat es sich etwas abgekühlt. Aber letzte bis Mitte dieser Woche war es selbst Nachts kaum auszuhalten. Selbst das Klimagerät kam an seine Grenzen. Wir werden jetzt noch ein paar Tage das kühle Wetter mit 600 Watt nutzen, danach werden wir Zeit und Wattzahl noch einen bisschen Reduzieren (11 Std./ 400 Watt). Die Main Colas haben eine entsprechende Größe für und können dann entspannt Abreifen. Zum Geruch, also Hut ab, es drückt schon sehr intensiv in der Nase. Budstruktur: Sieht schon sehr robust aus, die Farbgebung ist in jetziger Phase wirklich faszinierend. Budaufbau geschieht noch, gleichzeitig reifen die ersten Trichome ab. Thema Trichome: Richtig frostig ist steht die Secret Source da, dennoch mit zunehmend mehr Nährung bilden auch die Green Gelato immer mehr aus. This was a beautiful week. Massive THC production my trichromes are covering the white widow plant in crystals. Its an icy plant with its sunscreen on. Looking absolutely gorgeous. I finished defoliation. Removed most all of the fan leaves so the plants can focus on bud production and amp up those clusters. The blueberry plant is starting to fruit up as well. It will end up going an extra week so its production is right on point. The white widow plant is just some crazy good genetics. Of my 7 new nursery plants the two white widows that I have are head and shoulders above the rest of the plants. I am excited to see what the 12/12 from seed does for them with our new super soil setup. The plants have received their full doses of flower food and flower finisher. They are going to ride out the week on just water because they started to burn with the influx of the flower finisher. It seems to absorb more potently than the regular flower food does. I will does the plants some of the flower finisher food about halfway through the next week so as not to burn the plants. After that we will flush the soil with just water for the remainder of the grow so as not to have any extra nutrients flooding the plant before harvest.

This plant is just Grrreat!! She’s a hungry girl though. Hard to keep up with her appetite. She is really smelling quite wonderful at this point. Very citrusy and sweet!! 😎

Defoliation is a critical part of the flowering stage, and I typically wait until Day 21. However, this week, I tackled it earlier on Day 17 because: 1️⃣ The room was simply too full. 2️⃣ And most importantly—the Papaya Zoap had other plans! She’s a fighter—determined, defiant, and constantly reaching for the moon. Despite intense training like super cropping, she’s still pushing upward, nearly outpacing the LED lights. Challenges like this remind us of a simple truth: gardening mirrors life. It’s about resilience, adaptation, and unwavering determination. 💪 This week, I added a second SCROG layer. While this net will support the flowering colas, it’s also there to strategically manage the Papaya Zoap. Why? Because experience has taught me that if she grows out of the LED’s range, she won’t finish properly—and that could disrupt the balance for every other plant in the tent. It’s all about teamwork, even in the garden. 🌟 Defoliation was intense, removing nearly all the leaves with stems to clear space and boost airflow. The tent now looks dramatically different!
