26.12.24: I have noticed light stress on my plants. I had moved the lights further away and increased the light intensity to 70%. Unfortunately that created some issues. Namely severe palour of the leaves. To try and rectify the situation, I've dimmed the lights to about 30%, staying at the same distance, about 30 inches away. I measured the par levels, after I did this. They should a reading of anywhere between 40 and 150, at the canopy of the plants. They are all different sizes. This seems to have improved the colouring on all plants. After this evenings watering, I will monitor recovery and increase lighting intensity again slowly. I am also using the light cycle of 21/3, so the plants have many hours more light to absorb, than for example 12/12 or 18/6. 29.12.24: So I finally gave LST a shot, it's probably a bit too late, however I really want to get the most of the triploid pheno, and I went a little crazy and LST'd all plants except 2, as they're too small. I did that late last night, this afternoon I was amazed to see the plants turn their leaves back to the light source. I'm glad I overcame my fear of trying it. I'm very excited to see them adapt and progress! 😁 there are videos above with before and after of my LST process. I am pleased with the progress, considering all of my mistakes! Thanks for checking out my diary 🍃 ✌️

The pictures and video are the start from week 2 flowering, the light is an apollo 10 full spectrum, plants vegged for only 3 weeks. if i veg longer i feel its a waste of time because the buds are very small inside the plants where the light cant reach. purple haze got defoliated during week 2 of flowering (the last 3pictures)

Raspberry Cough and Candyland are sprinting out in front of the holy punch. They both seem stronger and denser. I’ll do a second run of the holy punch next grow to see if I can get a better outcome!

Has a way loud gas sweet smell and are just so sticky they almost stick to ur fingers!!! These girls have been fading Out all nice on their own just let the soil do its thing. Will chop these girls and give them a quick trim all the big leafs and let it sit and hang for 14 days in the cold. Got around 15% amber so it's time woop woop.

FASTBERRY (Fastbuds) 21 Days from sprout. Still a little easy with the nutrients this week. She seems to be doing well. I tore a small piece of a fan leaf by accident! Was considering some LST, possibly pony tailing. Although I did start some bending and securing of the main stock to try and open up some of the mid level to the light.

I did not expect anything special from this crop, but !!! The expectation met all expectations, the growth and formation of bumps continued as usual, until this happened ... the bumps began to increase sharply and grow on top of each other, this is wonderful, they are very large, a lot of sugars, the color is from orange to purple, the smell is pleasant, while sheared, rolled hashish, this is a buzz)))) waited until you can try the cone for taste and I was not mistaken! The taste is amazing, the effect of the bomb))) I would give it for testing, but ....))) Thank you all)

WEEK 14 — WEEK 10 FLOWER Final Week Before Harvest – The Grand Finale What a journey… from the tiniest seeds to this breathtaking final chapter. Here we are, my love: the last week before harvest. The girls have spoken, and their trichomes are almost fully there — cloudy, sparkling, just a kiss away from perfection. We’re now on pure water, letting them finish their last dance with all the grace and beauty they’ve built over these 14 weeks. A Quick Recap: From Seed to Now We started with two gorgeous blueberries, strong genetics shining from day one. Veg was steady, lush, full of life. Then came the transition to flower — explosive stretch, structure forming, and soon those first tiny white hairs welcoming us into the next phase. We faced challenges. We faced heat. We faced bud rot. But we also faced everything together, and we acted quickly, smartly, and with love. And the girls rewarded us — every week fuller, denser, more fragrant, more colorful. Their personalities came alive in the phenos, and now they are standing in their final glow. This Week’s Highlights Oh my God… they are shining. Absolutely shining. Trichomes: Mostly cloudy, a few amber, perfectly on schedule — harvest any day now. Colors: Yellows, fiery reds, deep purples, fading leaves telling us nature’s clock is ticking right on time. Aroma: Classic, old-school blueberry. Sweet, berry-rich, nostalgic, absolutely unmistakable. Buds: Fat, heavy, dense, dripping in trichomes. Both phenos are glowing — one brighter green, the other with deeper shades of red and purple. Fading: Beautiful senescence on both girls — natural, graceful, textbook. We are right at the finish line. Harvest Expectations In the next few days, the scissors will sing. We’ll be harvesting full plants, hanging whole trees to dry — slow, gentle, respectful. Their size and colors will make it a little tricky, but we’re doing everything we can to give them the perfect drying process they deserve. Drying time will depend on the room conditions, but we’ll aim for a slow, even dry to lock in the terps and the beauty they built during this whole journey. What to Expect Next Harvest — very, very soon Whole plant hang Slow dry Monitoring temp & RH A cure worthy of these colors Final bud shots Wet & dry weights And of course… the big smoke report What Not to Expect No more feeding — only water No more big changes in color or structure No more pushing — they are done building, now they’re finishing No surprises — just the smooth landing toward harvest day Gratitude – From My Heart to Everyone’sTo the lovers, the haters, the curious ones, the loyal ones, the new followers, the silent readers, the loud supporters — thank you. 19/07/20 (Sunday) 7AM - Set 4 seeds to germinate in cups of water (Trinidad and Tobago, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Jamaica, Columbia) 7PM - St. Vincent and the Grenadines seed shows taproot 9PM - Trinidad and Tobago seed shows taproot 10PM - Seed from Jamaica shows taproot 11PM - Set the 3 germinated seeds into individual half gallon pots filled with promix. 20/07/20 11AM - SVG seed rises to the soil level 8PM - Jamaican follows suit 11PM - TT also exposes itself 21/07/20 The weather and forecast for the week show scattered showers and the seedlings are showing early signs of stretching so I decide to build a makeshift grow tent to supplement their light cycle while bringing them outside for a minimum of 4 hours every day to acclimate them. I decided on a 75W output LED bulb with a temperature of 6500K and 1055 lumens while using my room fan to simulate wind for healthy stem growth. 22/07/20 The plants show slowed stretch symptoms but still not to the level I want, so I revamp the 'grow tent' with reflective material (crumpled aluminium foil for more reflective surfaces) and upgraded the bulb to a 100W output LED with the same temperature and a higher luminousity of 1350. One cotyledon on the SVG strain was broken but not completely sheared off, but I'll leave it to its own devices. 23/07/20 Columbian seed has yet to germinate so I added another from my backups. 24/07/20 Seedlings have shown normal rates of growth so I think the current grow tent is sufficient. When I took them outside they endured light gusts and rainfall for a half hour during their sun bask. I decided to add foil to the door of the tent to trap more light in. 25/07/20 Tropical Storm Gonzalo may make landfall today and the skies are set up for thunderstorms so I decided to keep the plants in their indoor setup for the full 18hrs of their light cycle. Since both Columbian seeds still show no signs of germination, I decide to go collect another strain. I got my hands on a 21 day old Dominican Republic strain that was grown in a seedling tray and left there; It was fed once with 20-20-20 and calmag. The cotyledons were white, the stem red between the top nodes and yellow the rest of the way down, the leaves a light green, and it was no taller than 2 inches excluding it's 1 inch sq root cube. I immediately transplanted it into my remaining half gallon pot upon returning home, dampened the soil with my spray bottle and left it to sit with the others and finish the light cycle.

Week 1 has started off well. The seedlings got planted with only one having a long tap. The all day 1 cloudy, drizzly, wet weather allowed for the taps to run without the top of the soil drying out. The outdoors game is real. Grasshoppers are already trying to take these out. Several were killed hanging on the outside of the pot this morning(day 3). I suspected the grasshoppers were nibbling on these but it turned out to be pharaoh ants. I found some slowly dying beside the plants. The Dr. Earth Bug Stop worked. They got sprayed at sundown and apparently the ants attack at night or early morning. They were barely moving and dying at 7.45 am. Pharoah ants are plant terrorists. They can nest up to 100ft away from where they feed and once they find a food source they are determined to eat it. I'm staying organic and trying to stop these guys but here on day 5 they've eaten some more including the seed leaves off of some Peach Crescendo seedlings. It's day 6 and I think I've beat the pharaoh ants. I had to spray liquid seven on the ground in a circle around the plants. Day 6 and no more of the plants were eaten. Overall it was a good week. Everyone survived the rigors of the great outdoors and are digging deep for next week.
