Hi Guys, Grow Diaries for whatever reason won't allow me to upload my complete harvest video which is a real bummer because I mainly do the videos for my YouTube channel but decided to also include them on grow diaries to give other growers who might be considering growing the same strain in the future. Helps give people an idea of what to expect when they grow it. But honestly I can't be bothered to re-edit it to fit to Grow Diaries setting which I don't even know what they are.... Didn't think they had any! Maybe it's the length of my video..... 🤔! I don't know, but I like to give growers a good description of the strain and smoke review. I hate it when I go to others peoples pages to have a look at a strain I'm thinking of growing and them not having hardly any pictures that properly show you the growth stages of the plants.... Really annoying. Which is why I chose to properly document mine to give you guys or try to give you guys the best view of my grows..... Another freezing cold week !! Before having this plant, i thought that a plant would never survive with this temperatures... but this Afghan Kush proved im wrong, whats amazing because this plants strenght is remarkable, the buds i noticed, are not developing as fast as in September/October, basic grower logic but we are having between 8-14 ºC during the day and 2-5ºC at night.. Wider range of colours, i spot like Purple, Deep green, and even shades of Violet and blue, its incredible :D Last feedings, finished like in the middle of this week and the buds developement degree is telling me, its flush time ... Spotted a few white aphids, but only on the leaves, so not a problem.. Having in mind the temperatures they are not lasting so much hahaha its the good thing Last weeks of life, and i suppose she will be yellowing more during the next week. THe photos are progresive, so the first photos were taken at the beginning of the week and so ... Have a Nice Week Guys :D

-Start of Week 7- 8/30- Here we go...Week seven should end with ALL the ladies in flower, I hope! The Seedsman Zkittles #3 is the 'last girl out' having been a week behind the others. The Seedsman Gelato OG in Natures Living Soil is not as robust as its sister in the SOHUM Living Soil. They are both visually extremely similar in appearance except the one in Sohum is roughly 25% bigger!...interesting! The ladies received Compost Tea for breakfast @ 1/2 gallon each but before I fed them I added 1 cup of Diatomaceous Earth to each pots medium which I worked into the soil by hand (this will cut the Fungus Gnats and any other undesirables in the medium to shreds! Muahaha!😈) then watered it in with the tea. The Crystal Meth #1 is showing nitrogen toxicity and possibly the Purple Lemonade #1 as the Crystal Meth #1's leaf tips are 'clawing' and she's deep green. The Purple Lemonade #1's also really dark and shes got some yellowing of a few leaves happening but no 'clawing'. I'm just going to let her eat as she's a short, stocky little biatch with some heavy, stanky buds forming!. The FastBuds genetics are appearing to be very sensitive to nutrients, more so than the Seedsman strains which haven't shown any real issues other than being slower to flower and BUSHY as hell!😁 *On a side note, I popped nine photo-period beans today- Dutch Passion Power Plant, White Widow & Meringue / Archive's Poochie Love and some Blueberry Skunk from bag seeds🙏 8/31- I moved the fans directions to avoid too much wind on the girls this morning as it was blowing pretty hard on the Crystal Meth #1 and Zkittles #1. Going to put pot elevators under all the fabric pots today to allow any water/nutrients to drain out and not be reabsorbed. Gave the Crystal Meth #1 a 2 gallon flush with straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.8 to try to leech out some of the nitrogen from her. I gave the other ladies a lite water if they felt dry and tucked shade leaves on the Gelato OG's, Zkittles and Purple Lemonade's. Conditions in the 4x8 are right on point for Week 7: 64-82 deg., 65-70% RH and a 11.1 VPD Heights as of 8/31- FastBuds: Purple Lemonade #1- 14" Purple Lemonade #2- 19" Crystal Meth #1- 24 Crystal Meth #2- 19" Seedsman Seeds: Gelato OG #1- 24" Gelato OG #2- 21" Zkittles #1- 17" Zkittles #2- 21" Zkittles #3- 20" 9/1- Lite water: 2 1/2 gal. de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.7 @ 74 deg. divided evenly between all but Purple Lemonade #1 as she was still very moist and the Crystal Meth #1 which got flushed with 2 gal. of 6.4 ph de-chlorinated water @ 74 deg. I did a heavy defoliation on the Crystal Meth #2 taking off all the crappy looking shade leaves that were damaged from the ph'd imbalance she had. I also defoliated both the Seedsman Gelato OG's and Zkittles #1 & #2 as they are SO bushy and leafy they needed it to get the light down into their canopies. 9/2- The FastBuds Purple Lemonade's are displaying to vastly different phenotype's with #1 growing short, squat with THICK indica leaves and the darkest green color. #1 also is exhibiting fox tail structure on her buds which are extremely resinous already. The #2 Purple Lemonade is tall with wider node spacing, a traditional bud structure with the flowers exhibiting rich purple hues contrasted by snow white pistils...beautiful! Both ladies have an extremely pungent citrus aroma to them! The Gelato OG's are both putting their energy into the multitude of bud sites that both have and both are tall, bushy plants with multiple branches although the #2 in SOHUM Living Soil is doing slightly better than #1 in Natures Living Soil. The FastBuds Crystal Meth's are both stacking nicely although the #2 will never be the beautiful specimen her sister is I'm hoping she'll finish out with a decent yield of quality smoke. The Seedsman Zkittles #1 & #2 are both doing well, both into flower with their buds just starting their development. The #3 Zkittles is doing her best to catch up to her sisters but is still about a week behind them, just coming out of pre-flower. Gave all the girls a drink of de-chlorinated water which had a ph of 6.7 @ 75 deg.. I evenly divided 4 gal between them, then went over all tucking leaves. 9/4- Gave all the girls 5 gal. of de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.7 @ 74 deg. with 3 tbsp/gal of unsulphured molasses added to it and divided evenly between all. Daily branch coaxing and leaf tucking. The FastBuds ladies are all way ahead of the Seedsman girls and are well into flower. I'm guessing that the FB's will be harvested within the next 7-10 days and the Seedsman's 1-2 weeks later. All the Seedsman plants are doing fantastic! They're all bushy with good color and a ton of budsites! 9/5- Cleaned the pre-filter on the Terra-Bloom carbon filter as it was clogged. Watered all today with 4 gal de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.6 @75 deg. with 5 ml/gal CalMag+ added. Goodbye Week 7...Here we go into the home stretch!!!

End week 7 veg just moved her into flower room now & shes looking healthy & happy. Under 600 watts hps for the rest of her life. Not topping this girl because shes shorter than everything else in the flower room. 🤷‍♂️🏽 🌿

* ********* Week 11 - June 20 to 26, 2020 - Days 71 to 77 from germination *********** * It is the end of flush week and she went into darkness on Wednesday night, day 75, for two days. Saturday will be harvest day and start and the dry process👍 She has certainly been going through the beautiful stage of senescence and her fade is gorgeous. The purples and yellows coming out are great......covers up the brown spots😂😂 Her buds are densing this week as we work on bring down the humidity. Running in the mid 60’s for humidity late in flower is a different experience and one that takes some getting used to. Bring down further to low 50’s has really helped to bring out her frost as well. Kept the humidity high to form big buds......now lowering to make them more sticky👍👍 I am feeling very strongly that the big part of the pH issues this run was a change in feed water. I have always used bottled RO water for all my grows, except outdoors, but this grow I switched to tap water. Dechlorinated the water with air stone and gave it 24 hours min before using. Wanted to save some money and tired of lugging bottles downstairs a couple of times a week☹️ This is worked out nicely and a lot more convenient. However, the city must be putting some crap in the water that is causing issues in my media and raises the pH after the watering. Out of the tap it is 8.4pH and 275ppm. Since ppm were not too bad in my opinion I moved forward without filtering the water.......oops🤬🤬🤬 Out of options on what is causing the issue, I switched back to RO water late last week........all the girls are happier!!!! F......missed the cause for weeks. Always learning from this plant and my own mistakes to get better every run😉👍 Also wanted to add a little more stress to girl to help push out some increased resin. I drilled a 5/16” hole into the main stem to cause her stress. I did this rather than trying to break a branch and will see how it goes this run. Sterilized a new bit in Alcohol and went for it. They went into darkness about a couple of hours later. Excited to see what happens when she comes out to get chopped😃😃 Little more detail...... June 20/20 - Day 71 - Rezin and Liquid Weight @ 2ml/L = 285ppm and 4.0ph - 8L given to get a good flush - Runoff in pots already were 7.8pH and 485ppm. - after 8L water runoff was 7.0pH and 370ppm. - she is 29” tall and 30” wide. - tricombs still mainly cloudy.....review again in couple of days. June 21/20 - Day 72 - Dry out day - buds are firming up......squeezed a couple🧐 - temps are nice outside so tent able to hold 75 degrees and 51% humidity. June 22/20 - Day 73 - Rezin @ 1ml/L = 120ppm and pH the water to 2.7!!!!!!!!! - Given 2L watering. - No runoff water and I am good with that as I want the low pH water to stay in the medium. - She will be ready soon. Thinking darkness on Wednesday and harvest on Saturday?? June 23/20 - Day 74 - 2L plain water feed - 80ppm and pH to 2.4!!!!!! - not excited about these crazy low pH numbers but doing what we can - her tops are getting really pointy now and her leaves are very yellow. - checking tricombs, I think we are done and tomorrow will be her last day so that I can take down on Saturday. June 24/20 - Day 75 - 2L plain water feed - 80ppm and pH to 3.0 - Going into darkness tonight so this was her last bit of moisture. - drilled a hole into the stem.....was going to do a couple of holes but not trying this method before I decided to leave it with one hole. - into darkness tonight So we finish up the week with her in the dark. Hello growers, Another week down. Nothing major happening so keeping it short and simple. After stretching she is 83cm from base to highest cola thanks to the training. I measured the main stem and it comes out around 1.4m in length. Flower development has gone into full effect. Decrease in temperature outside so hoping to get tight and dense nugs. Water 1.5L per day.

I am getting a noticeable smell now in my tent. To put it into perspective, it smells like someone is smoking weed in my tent all day. I am also giving the girls spring water, as our water is fairly hard and full of chlorine and they are coming on great. It's a little bit expensive but I'm finding the end justifies the means. I have started LST too. Perhaps a bit late but she is responding really well. By far this is the most enjoyable grow.
