Hello. This is the end of week 4 and the beginning of week 5. Wow! It's been a good week of growth. The plant are sure drinking alot of food this week. Indicia's do that about this time in flowering. I took some 1/4 inch doweling and tied cord around the ends and tied the plants back out of the light so they don't fry. The resin production has kicked in. Some of the plant are looking frosty already. As usual I'm hoping for some strong smoke to come out of these girls. Seeds are supposed to arrive today according to my email. and the address is from Spain. Have my seeds finally been sent by OA Seeds? And I thought I was getting ripped off by them. It's been 3 whole months. I've been asking about every week or two where are my seeds and I was always getting the run around something about we don't have those seeds so you will have to pick something different or wee have a problem with seed delivery so you will have to pick something else or taking days to respond to my email responses. I'm expecting the seeds to be old and that they won't sprout. So I'll start some straight away to see. I forgot what I ordered and I had to go back and look at the email receipt and remember but who knows what I'll get? Till next week. Chuck.

D43 - At the beginning of the second week of flower and the girls are loving life. Overall, I'm happy with the flat canopy, but there's one branch higher than the rest on the first girl. I've never super-cropped an auto, so I figured, why not give it a go and see what happens? It's only one branch after all and we still have weeks of flower to go. I also lightly defoliated the girls further. Nothing extreme, just cleaning up here and there. I've been lazy and haven't brewed any compost tea in a while, so I hand-watered the girls with 1.25-liters of water @ pH 6.3 with 25 ml EM-1 to boost the microbes in the soil. I'll brew some tea in a few days and feed the girls then. D45 - Minor LST. The first girl is bouncing back nicely from her super cropping. D46 - I started brewing a compost tea last night using a pretty basic recipe of worm-castings, rock dust, kelp meal, and molasses. Today each girl got 1.25-liters of tea @ pH 6.5. I set up automation to control the RH in the tent using an Inkbird controller a while ago, where the humidifier and the extraction fan are hooked up to the controller. If the RH goes above the set value, then the fan kicks in to extract the humid air, while if the RH goes below, then the humidifier starts. With a stable temperature, it works like a ghetto VPD controller where the tent is in the ideal VPD range during the 20 hours of light but still in an acceptable range during the dark hours. Controlling the environment is always a headache in a tiny tent, but this system works exceptionally well, considering it is cheap and basic. D49 - We have reached the end of the second week of flower and everything is going great in the tent. The grow is pretty much running itself now that most training is done and the watering system takes care of the irrigation. I'm still dialing in the system though.

Entering week 2 of flower! She did A LOT of growing and changing in the first week and I was able to get her canopy laid out nicely in the 4X4! This week is a continuation of that. Slowing tying down branches as not to stress her out. She came down with some broad mites last week ( I can only assume despite all precautions, I brought them home from work, as we had a problem with them in our veg room a couple weeks back) Steady, heavy Nuke Em applications is showing improvement! 3/28 Update: We seem to have won against the bugs! I will continue preventative sprays for a week or so just to be sure they are gone, but I think we are in the clear. I believe I have successfully managed her canopy as well. We are two weeks into the stretch and she has plenty of room to go up now (which was my main concern with her)! I actually brought her down from 43in in the last week of veg to 40 inches this morning through dropping a net and slowly tying and spreading branches! 😁

Over all this was really fun to grow ! I had a good time and I learned a lot from growing this strain . The yield was pretty good got a wet weight of 412 grams ( no stems mostly just solid buds ) they smell faaaaaaannnnnnntaaaaassstic Im going to let them cure for a good bit then put in my dry weight . As i described earlier when I was checking trichs Id take little nugs away as i smoked them GG#1 tasted like disel and GG#2 tasted like disel with a hint of chocolate and berries . Overall a deffinate recommended strain to grow for anyone out there be it a beginner or pro . Id like to give a big shout out to ALL the people who come down to diarys an help me learn you guys are the bomb . So week 4 of flower has come to an end. I have finally started feeding full nutes with 50% N this morning. Plants seem to be handling it well. The double cola Malasaña in the back has an amazing bud structure, and such a heavy resin production on her, I really wish I had cloned her. I include 3 pictures of that one. Also, I tied down a bunch of taller colas so I could turn up my light to 100% with an even canopy. Buds have not been swelling much this week ! But with the reintroduction of feeding at a regular level I hope to see lots of progress in the coming weeks . Also I noticed substantially heavier trichome production on the plants nearest the UV light, might just be coincidence though. Well have to see the outcome of future grows during a monocrop .

So, with the harvest complete and the dry finished, the rest is now going into jars for the final cure and storage. Overall I enjoyed this grow, it needed minimal interventions and had a smaller work load compared to the other grows. The amount of dried flowers is 752g (1.11gpw) so a decent haul, I threw a lot of B grade buds in the hash bag due to the large number of low level flowering sites (I need to rethink my canopy management) and also with the lack of stretch after flipping made the internodal spacing a bit too tight. Managed to extract 215g of grade a hash from her as well which I have pressed into a slab (pictures). I learned many things along the way, namely root health and the importance of keeping organic additions as low as possible. I also decided to try out clones for my next run, just to get a little more canopy and growth consistency - those of which are in an aeroponics tub at the moment waiting to root (picture). Took the cut as I said I would got 6 off the galato and 4 off the MCMOG....it amazing how 2 becomes more would have more tree of the same to cut nxt cut🔥🔥💨💨💨

the seedling seems rather weak at this point, and i had a little oopsie where the fan fell on it. thankfully it was alright afterwards. i watered the plant once per every two or three days.

Moin liebe Growgemeinschaft! Die dritte Woche beginnt. Leider musste ich aufgrund von einigen Umständen die kleinen auf Urlaub schicken 😉. In ca zwei Wochen sollten sie aber wieder Zuhause sein denn ist auch etwas mehr Platz für die kleinen da. Soweit entwickeln sie sich normal sind etwas gespargelt aber das ist noch in Ordnung für die Umstände. Gegossen werden sie mit angepasstem Wasser auf PH 6. Werde die Milkyways die Tage in 11l Schuhe stecken, sollte noch nicht so schlimm sein da sie ja noch nicht den topf voll gewurzelt haben.

Week 10 - The Plants has shown so much growth within a week those buds are really now starting to form and pack on a scent. I have cut out using the formulex.

Beginning my flush this week. Starting to see amber trichomes here and there

This strain is certainly giving me its fair share of problems. First, it was the yellowing of leaves. Now, I'm noticing early signs of bud rot. Just a few colas are affected right now and I'm hoping it doesn't become too widespread. I've cut off affected areas and I'm hoping for the best. On the bright side, one of the plants isn't presenting with any of these problems. In fact, the buds on this plant in particular are looking quite beautiful and have just started showing off its purple tint. Being a first time grower, I expected I may run into problems. That's why I decided to hedge my bet and plant four seeds instead of just one. I suppose that insurance policy is paying off.
