I've mixed silica with other nutes before but I had read something earlier about bioavailability issues and I didn't want to risk it. My plants are the healthiest I've ever grown. I'm considering transplanting the large 10th planet that I'm light depping. I also need to develop my ipm and my nute schedule. Still gonna have to keep an eye onvthe water situation. Luckily I have a buddy in my corner that's co tinualkt Bern a great help. WENT BACK OVER AROUND NOON. BEAUTIFUL OUTSIDE AND THE PLANTS WERE LOVING THIS SUN. Went back over to put the girls to bed at six and if was still 90 degrees. The water from yesterday had dissipated. The tops were dust dry. I mixed two gallons of kelp you kelp me and fed it to the garden. Afterwards I pointed qbd found a couple plants that were more open to the wind were a little lighter. I know tomorrow will be very hot. Maybe quarter inch of rain. However after that it will rain (showers) off and on for days. I wanted to make sure the girls had what the needed to make it through tjis heat wave until they get that rain. I had another gallon mixed up and I'm thinking I should've given it to them. Oh well. I'd rather underwater than overwater any day. I did notice a burnt top on the plant furthest from the tarp that the sun JUST BARELY TOUCHES when the rest are in shade. I'll just raise the tarp a little. These are tiny problems. Can't upload video until tomorrow. 6/24 Good thing u gave the plants that water. I know it wasn't much but we didn't get any rain. Suppised to get a qtr in today and another qtr in tomorrow. Then rain a couple more days. It's working our really good for my watering schedule lol. Yesterday the girls got there first dose of a bottled nute. They got two gallons of kelp me kelp you (1/3 tsp per gallon) and another gallon of just phed water. I was going to do another gallon but held off due to the threat of syring rain. Didn't get it bur it looks like the plants loved the kelp. It had reached 90 yesterday. They look better today. It's 70 at 9 today. I LST the 10th planet in the 3 gallon. It's getting huge. I should start a separate diary for those three light dep plants. Its cool as hell watching this. One of the purple punches is flowering pretty good. I probably should start another diary for them. I'll be starting to feed my plants soon. Wondering if I should pinch plants again. I'm surprised how well these girls withstood this storm. They are certainly resilient. The 2 purple punch 1 10th planet that I'm light depping are flowering nicely now. They missed all the commotion from the storm as they were inside. It's smelling good. I'm happy. 6/26 It's what a friend would say is "maineing") out. That mistcthe plants love. I'm surprised the plants are doing as good as they have been considering the wind. Will be adding nutes soon. Need to add extra supports too. Light dep 6/27 Brief periods or torrential downpours. Light depped 3 gallon 0lants are under an overhanfcwhete the hatsxrain can't hurt them but they still get sun. They are really starting to flower now! I'm going to begin feeding with a base nute and a flower nute I think. I'm thinking about giving the light dep some open sesame or something similar. I need to set up a nute program soon but the plants ALL look so healthy! And it's been raining! I've only watered like once or twice since they've been in the big pots. I've seen zero pests aside from a chunk missing from a grasshopper. Usually by now I'd have battled half a dozen things and be battling another half dozen. However I was posing from clones. These are seeds and boy don't I see the difference!

TF has never looked the healthiest with the first time using HydroSol + H202 water soluble feed. I think i have the ratio/some sroted to where I've seen improvements. These are the last pics I have from the grow. There are 3 more from the police press release but I won't upload them here. To sum up, 5x Big Bang on DWC(4 inside the 1.5x1.5, 1 inside the 0.6x0.6) 1x Gorilla Glue on DWC 1x Green Crack on DWC 4x Big Bang on soil 1x Green Crack on soil. Out of 10 Big Bang seeds the 9 sprouted. (90% Rate) 3 Green Crack Seeds, the 2 sprouted 2 Gorilla Glue seeds, 1 sprouted. total harvest is 113+72=185g from 2 Big Bang plants on DWC. The rest were never harvested. I have to take note on the fact Big Bang could manage to carry its weight. Green Crack and Gorilla Glue had to be tied up cause they just couldn't manage it!. Good job on that GreenHouse Seeds. The life lessons learned from this experience. #1 : Do not bite off more than you can chew (or less is more) #2: Do not trust anyone. #3: Mother Nature gave us cannabis in rather low-THC content and sun for growing it. All the current strains and techniques of growing indoors are a product of human greed wanting more and more and more...I don't want to support this anymore, I'd rather stick to a few landrace seeds picked up from some old stoners and growing guerilla instead. Where flower? lol. Seriously though, I've been on a flowering light cycle for a week already now with zero signs of flower. I suppose it is quite similar to their mother, which also took quite some time to kick into flower while the days were shortening. Either way, we're luckily not in a situation of needing flower nor lacking space in the tent, so we can keep on keepin' on. Normally I would start to incorporate a low dose of bloom booster starting this week, however due to the lack of any flower formation whatsoever I'm going to hold off until next week. Updates as per usual, timelapse is out, Happy Growing all! -10/2- Finally noticing some bud formation starting, very minimal but noticeable. About goddamn time, 3 weeks under 12/12 and all.

Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. Hey Y'all! I Hope the season is treating you well! My plants are getting big!! Hindu Kush is the tallest at about 2 feet and 4 inches from the soil. Skywalker Ghost Kush is the second tallest, and it's still growing. Hindu Kush is stretching too as she flowers! The GSC is stretching but not as much, I can see her sativa qualities a lot more now that she's beginning to show her flowers more. I'm still having issues with Nitrogen Toxicity specifically with this plant as well. She's got burnt tips, but after getting some advice on reddit I was told the nutrient issues aren't that bad. Will be ordering the pH tester, and jewelers trope, and some dedicated flowering nutrients for the plants this week. I am hoping to harvest GSC and Hindu Kush are the same time before the baby hindu kush and the Skywalker Ghost Kush. I'm anticipating the Skywalker Ghost Kush to be ready by October, same with the second Hindu Kush. The first two plants I'm expecting to be finished within a month to 6 weeks! I started feeding them more water, about 2 cups of water each feeding. The big Hindu Kush and Skywalker Ghost Kush need fed twice a day now, they're so big they take up their food so quick! If you have any questions please ask! Impatiently waiting for more buds to grow lol. EDIT: So this is at the end of the week. There's been a heat wave this week and my Skywalker Ghost Kush has not been happy with it. Her fan leaves have been wilting down a bit from the heat, it's hard to keep the heat down in my tent it's been up to 85 degrees F. So I got an air conditioner and had that running with the tent open for a bit and that helped. Just bought some General Hydroponics Bloom Nutrients to help with some of the Nitrogen burn, hopefully that can balance out the nutrients. I just got a carbon filter as will that I will be installing next week! I will do my next update after I install it!

Day 49) 11/11 first week of flower has gone and still no pistils but I have no reason to think there won't; in due time. All waterings this week were 1/2 tsp of each nutrient per gallon of dechlorinated tap water ph’d between 5.5 - 6.5 and watered once a day and she just thrived on everything I gave her. OH! I almost for forgot my local hydroponic store gave me a sample of a beneficial bacteria conditioner called FishSh!t There are lots of diaries using this Sh!t and you can find them under the nutrient tab and search Fish Head Farms. They have a website with info and dosing and today was first day using so will update if I notice a substantial change. Dosing called for 1 ml per gallon of water mixed in with all other nutrients during bloom phase. I'm not really in bloom phase just yet but going light on the Sh!t till I test the effects. Tied her down this week, was a little too aggressive in doing so & partially snapped 2 branches off. Might try using fishing line & sinkers for lst rather than tying & retying every week with twine.

All of the plants have started to flower already minus one of the Lemon Pies. Although indica she is taking her sweet time and growing unbelievably. 2 of the LSD25s have already started showing an amazing amount of black/red/purple colour on their leaves and flowers 💜💚 We have implemented some super cropping trying to prepare her branches for stacking. LsT as usual. Started using the delta 9 on the ladies too, in decreased dosage, keen to see the effect on autos. So far, mighty impressed with the consistency, vigor and resilience of them all. Slight Thrip issue at the beginning of the week, but an immediate Cannacure Foliar spray seems to have fended them off (for now?) Plenty if wonderful smells already filling up the tent, gonna need that carbon filter on the air out ASAP !

Holy Moses! This girl is starting to pack on the weight and I couldn’t be more happy with how things are going. Unlike the blueberry, the hot weather did not affect this gal at all. True indica genetics holding strong and now she’s packing and loading. Right now each main has started to basically develop into its own plant, structure wise. I’ll be chopping her in multiple sessions. Taking the big mains first and letting light in to finish the rest off. Right now the trichomes are 50/50 clear to cloudy. Hopefully the wind stays away the coming weeks because if she doubles up again I’ll be looking for support. ❤️ I was so happy with this plant that I had a friend clone her, and now we have a tent of these. Home stretch!

Week 11 is here early this time, as i did some stacking stuff in photoshop today! Watered the Afghan with 2,3 Liters, ramped up the dosage to final. The smell also now i comfortably classify as "strong". They smell really good! More updates and pics at the end of this week. Im starting to check trichomes, feeling wise i'd give the blueberry 1-2 more weeks, the afghan kush is probably at least 2 more. still lots of clear trichomes on both of them though. given that they were a lot slower than my previos run in everything, i also wouldnt be surprised if we take it to 3+ weeks on both. Sadly, the blueberry is already starting to swell a bit, but all the flowers are still really really small. Hoping for the best, and luckily im not out after maximizing yield, as long as they taste, smell and smoke good! 31.01.25 Added Timelapse. See you next week!

After 4 days of heavy rain, the first mold appeared... So I spent about 18 hours searching for plants and picking out mold with tweezers After last year's experience with another seed bank, I expected the plants to be very affected by mold, but I have to say that Fast Buds genetics coped very well! Mold appear mainly on blisters to which the stem of the leaf leads water, which then collects between the stem and the blister I trimmed the plants more so that the air flows better and that water does not stick to them The plants look healthy and the flowers are gaining strength Especially the dark purple phenotypes look very dense and hard. it also looks very resistant to mold Very pleasant sweet fruity scent I haven't seen my children for 3 days, it's raining extremely ... the last time I was chased out by swarms of ants in the early evening, I've never experienced this before, there were maybe a million of them and they sat on me and on the plants I'm finally going to visit them tomorrow, I expect I'll have a lot of work to do with mold and I hope the swarms of ants haven't harmed them in any way
