Day 21 Veg today and all 4 ladies are looking mad for it !! All vibrant and green with plenty of strength in their stems. #1 has been trained this past week by pulling her 5th node over horizontal and keeping it held down by moving the peg along each day. Ideally it will need to be kept lower than the developing nodes from 2,3,and 4 which will be evened out as they progress to be the tops. This will avoid the topping and possible recovery time and also keeps the main intended stem. 7 healthy long thick colas is the intended aim using l.s.t and any other means necessary to get the best I can from this vigorous girl. #2 and # 3 are n on par with each other amd just about hitting their 5th nodes. I am going to try topping 1 and doing the same as #1 to the other. #4 has got more size to her now but looks a way behind her sisters. hopefully she will catch up when she sees the attention her l.s.t siblings are getting.lol So far an impressive few weeks for these genetics. So glad I have another few strains of the exotic auto range to play with too. Happy days. The #1 has been pulled further down and has a lot of willing competitors for main stems. #4 is still way too small to upset yet and may be left with no cuts and just some supercropping ( auto style). Be interesting to see the Fimming results when done too. F.i.m = Bro science term coined from missed attempts at a straight topping of the maiming stem. "Fuck . I .missed" became the term for this method that can produce some really huge tops of multiple heads if caught at the sweet spot of the node lets see what we get.

Greetings my dear Jungletamers, So a major surprise came when @MarsHydroLED contacted us and asked if would like to try out their new SP 3000 light. Being a fan of Mars Hydro for years, we of course accepted their offer. We are totally in love with this light. I was when I saw it in another grower's setup and was in awe of its output and results. So with much pride and thankfulness for the presents the Universe bestowed on us, in the form of MarsHydroLEDS offer and the bountiful harvest of the last grow, (which I am thoroughly enjoying btw, such a great weed to have grown ourselves) we start out on a new adventure that we can't wait to share with you. With many lessons learned from the previous grow, a mighty producing strain in the form of Expert Seeds Gorilla Glue #4, a.k.a Expert Gorilla's and a tweaked super soil mixture, we are setting out to hopefully get over a gram per watt, preferably 1.5. The Setup A 4.5 (140 cm) x 2(70) x 6.2 (200) grow tent, giving me a .98 m2 workspace. This space is customized to my needs. A standing fan will provide airflow through the whole grow, a top fan will help guide cooler air past my lights onto the grow. 3 56 ltr pots will be the home for the plants when they are 2 weeks old, up to then in smaller jars. The Light The leading role and star of the show will be played by the Mars Hydro SP-3000, so kindly provided by MarsHydroLED, which we will test and review here and I might say, endorse. I'm very careful with who I endorse and support these days, but a company with that many wins in design, I'm talking ever since their first range came out in 2009 these guys have been raising the bar for the whole industry, I did not hesitate to support this leading brand. If you want to compete with these guys, you better bring some quality AND affordable pricing. Why do I endorse the SP-3000 without ANY hesitation? It is seriously THE BEST light on the market in this price range and size group. It has an enormously effective output in U/Mol and with 30% less energy waste comparing to older LED lights. Prove me wrong! And with a company holding a considerable market share selling thousands of units every month, competing on price and quality, one would think that customer service would suffer. Of course, also Mars Hydro is not perfect, but check the sheer amount of people that not only praise the light but also the service received, should the light somehow not perform up to par. Because of the great results, we are going to use the same recipe, adjusted some more with some new ingredients that will complete the mix and give an even more sustained super soil buffer. 20% Atami Bi-grow (very similar to ocean forest) 20% Atami worm castings 20% Atami Coco Coir 10% Hydrocorn 10% Peat powder 1 cup Fossil seaweed chalk 1 cup bonemeal 1 cup bloodmeal 1 cup Microlife 3-4 teaspoons of epsom salt 3 cups of activated biochar (activated with our own permaculture tea) I just made layers, starting with hydro corn on the bottom to aid airflow/run-off. On this I started layering the coco coir, Bi-grow, peat, castings, and amendments in a way that the more mature the plants get, the more phosphorous and less nitrogen they will find. Every time I made three layers, I would mix them by hand. This way we simulate natural soil, which consists of humic layers, composting plant waste, fungal and microbial life, and nutrients from fossilized sources. The Nutrients I will start with just adding 6.4 PH water, although this soil should buffer ph itself and regulate, after 4 weeks, I'll slowly be adding: - Biobizz Grow - Plagron Alga Grow - Biobizz CalMag - Biobizz Flower - Plagron Alga Flower - Biobizz Topmax - Melasses The Tea Some of you might remember the permaculture tea from my previous grow, I have a short video in my harvest page showing how we make it), it will star again in this grow. - (Rain)water - Comfrey (whole plants) - Dandelion leaves - Roots and leaves from the earlier grow - Minor periwinkle (Finca minor) is a plant we have in our garden, it contains an alkaloid that is associated with increased brain function but also is a light toxin for wee beasties and other unwanted guests like gnats (who hate it). - When flowering I add some wood ash to this mix Thank you for checking in on one of my grows again! Esta semana la laughing budda empieza a hacerse sentir su olor cítrico afrutado, una delicia que ya quiero disfrutar, se siente como a naranja, los cogollos van aumentando en su tamaño según el breeder tiene tan solo 65 días de floracion este fenotipo, así que ya estamos a mitad de camino😅🚀🤞😁

Still chugging along even though I've neglected them a little. A fun little side experiment, I learned a lot. At least I'll have flower from 6 more girls, not a complete waste.

The auto flowering have started to flower...The feminized ones are growing very fast.

Day 85. All is good, could be a bit better, but no care brings such things ... AK's all grow like twins, solid and strong 40-50 g plants. I like them. Og's : one is violet and big, great plant. One is very small, one is okeish. Very variable strain, lets see how different product will be .. Happy Growing !!!

Day 26 - LST and light defoliation. Day 28 - Tucked the leaves, and noticed some perspiration between where two leaves were laying against each other. 1 gallon dosage of the above listed nutrients should last about 5 days before drying out, to be ready for the next dose.

Everything is going well I got a raptor hood for my 600 watt so I was able to drop my light right on top of my plants maybe 6 niches away . Noticed she was getting a bit lighter in colour so I brewed up a tea first 1 ever just switched to organics tea looked good hopefully not 2 strong . I also pulled some branches out to open up more branches to get light as she was bushy and I did not want to cut most of the branches off because I'm not trimming larf lol. Now it's smooth sailing to the end I got 1 more top dressing next week and all I gotta do is water once a week

Day 57 of flower and she will definitely be pulled day 60 - 62. Her trichomes are about 5% amber, 95% cloudy with very little clear. I reiterate what I said last week: this pheno STANKS like grape soda and gasoline.

Las ramas inferiores están creciendo como un cohete! 🚀😍 Riego con 250 ml H2O pH 6,5 Día 39 (10/07) Las plantas se muestran sedientas! Creo que el cepellón está lleno de raíces y piden el trasplante! El crecimiento no se ha visto afectado de momento Riego con 500 ml H20 pH 6,5 Día 40 (11/07) Paso a regar con 500 ml / día, ya que hace mucho calor (30 ºC) y efectivamente las plantas ya han copado la maceta de raíces OnionOG y KS1: Las ramas de nodo inferior se han quedado enanas tras el entrenamiento, de modo que las elimino y aplico canela en polvo en los cortes Riego con 500 ml H20 pH 6,5 Día 41 (12/07) Riego con 500 ml H20 pH 6,5 Clones! Mi experimento vuelve a demostrar que NO necesitas complejos productos de clonación ni sistemas para obtener clones! Hace 15 días puse 2 clones con el tallo sumergido en miel durante 5 minutos en una maceta de 400 ml con PRO-MIX HP BACILLUS + MYCORRHIZAE He mantenido la humedad alta con una cúpula de humedad casera hecha con una botella de agua PET de 5 litros cortada por la mitad y pulverizando a diario. Han estado los 15 días en mi terraza con luz indirecta, y temperaturas que rondan los 30 - 32ºC durante las horas centrales del día Hoy los he trasplantado a una maceta de 1 litro porque ya habían formado raíces y empezaban a formar nuevas hojas! 🐥🐥🚀🐥🐥 Día 42 (13/07) Riego con 500 ml H20 pH 6,5 Día 43 (14/07) Trasplante a maceta definitiva de 21 litros de ROOTPLUS Pot de GSKOREA GLOBAL! Estas macetas son una maravilla! Proceso de trasplante: Se prepara con 17,85 Litros (85%) de sustrato PRO-MIX HP BACILLUS+MYCORRHIZAE + 1,05 Litros de Humus de Lombriz (5%) + 2,01 Litros de Insect Frass (10%) + 210 gramos de Earth Vibes Super Soil (10 g/L substrato) Se llena la maceta de sustrato con las manos (limpias) y rompiendo los trozos más gruesos, para que el sustrato esté aireado y esponjoso, sin presionar Se coloca una maceta vacía de 6,5L para que quede la forma perfecta de la maceta donde están actualmente Se espolvorea la parte proporcional de la probeta de microorganismos sobre el agujero de trasplante Se saca la planta de su maceta actual (bonitas raíces 😍) y se coloca en la maceta final Se riega muy lentamente hasta percolación profunda con H2O EC 0,5 pH 6,5 Una vez asentada, complemento con un riego de 500 ml con 25 ml/L de Humus de Lombriz Liquido Se coloca mulch (acolchado) de paja para evitar traspiración excesiva y cuidar a los microorganismos del suelo A ver como reacciona al trasplante! Aplicación foliar Kelp hidrolizado de Lurpe Solutions a 0.25 ml/l Realizo ajustes de LST aprovechando el trasplante a la nueva maceta.
