This week I decided to recruit my husband to get a proper look at this girl's roots. She's gotten so damn big that it's impossible for me to get a shot otherwise. Her root ball is massive. She's large and in charge. I went through and gave her another thorough round of defoliation. What I removed was any droopy leaves in the underbrush, as well as any fan leaves that were casting shadows and blocking light from my bud sites. When I was finished, I was able to stand over my plant, look down, and visibly see through to the base of my plant and grow media. Being able to do this suggests to me that my light source is also able to penetrate down throughout the plant as well. The removal of these leaves also contributed to improved air circulation and decreased humidity - both which are important as we progress through the flowering stage. This week I also caught my first whiff of this plant's sweet aroma. I'm excited to see how her terps develop over the upcoming weeks! 😋😋😋 I cloned another branch off this plant. 31 Aug. I start the third week of my autoflower. The plant is growing well, but I noticed small yellow spots on the leaf tips, which seem like a mild calcium deficiency. This is probably due to the fact that so far I have been giving water with a slightly low pH, around 6, while the ideal range would be 6.5–7. At the beginning, to lower the ppm of the tap water (which was around 211 ppm), I mixed it with demineralized water. This brought the ppm down to about 109–140, making it harder for the plant to absorb the available calcium. Additionally, the soil I am using, Biobizz Light Mix, is lightly fertilized but does not contain enough calcium to correct this small initial deficiency. For this week, I will not add any fertilizers. I simply want to raise the pH to 6.5 and use water with higher ppm, so the plant can better absorb the nutrients already present in the soil. The lamp is positioned about 35–36 cm from the plant and so far there are no burn issues. Temperatures range between 25 and 30 °C depending on the day, while humidity in the room stays between 40–60%. The humidifier is always on because I keep the window open, but the dehumidifier is not being used, as it is not necessary at the moment. I also have a new oscillating fan arriving to replace the current fixed one, and I’m waiting for a regulable extractor (90–145 m³/h), which will allow me to control the air perfectly during winter if needed. This week my main goals are: Increase the water ppm without overdoing it Adjust the pH to 6.5 Keep observing the plant without adding any fertilizers Everything else seems fine and growth is regular. With these corrections, I expect the new leaves to grow healthy and free of spots. ==UPDATE 31/08== To control the calcium deficiency, I will administer an eggshell solution until I reach 300 ppm (I will boil some eggshells and administer the solution in tap water).

Incredible strain this, grew hassle free from the start. Keep her healthy and give her what she needs and it will produce some dense, trich covered goodness. The smoke is Incredible but has a massive kick so be warned. Estimate these girls will be 25% THC.

Currently waiting for the soil to dry out after the flush last week so only foliar feeding . It seems to be helping, I need to put aside a few hours to give both my remo chemo and purple CBD some love. Both got lockout from salt buildup and I need to sit down and trim any dead growth, some light LST and TDS and pH the runoff. The old growth is yellowing fast on this one so it better be soon! Otherwise she will lollipop herself! Day 70 - fed nutrients and pH water 6.2. Looks like I will have to do a bit more topping, she's stretching for the sky! Day 66- no water no food, just letting her dry out a bit as I suspect root issues, she's stretching to the sky though so aside from the nitrogen deficiency we're looking good! Day 68- she had dried out nicely, gave her some fish mix and liquid seaweed, 3ml/l and 4ml/l respectively, 2l feed. Have trimmed dead and dying growth. Just going to leave her to it for a week or two

Welcome to the downgraded version of the growing area. The Green Gelatos are still growing, but these plants were evolving in a strange way. They look bigger than the rest, but there is not as much resin on the buds, as the others. The smell is weak, I hope it will be better after curing. It seems like that this weed is more about the quantity than the quality this time, but I don't know why, maybe I underfed them?? Anyways I started flushing, next week I will harvest two of them, because my little retarded daughter still needs some time to finish.

-Flowering is going well. Gunna try and test the ph of the runoff this week to see if I have an issue. -BC1 has some yellowing leaves near the top of the plant. -WW1 (the bushy plant) has had 2 major haircuts this week. I’m having a really weird issue with some upper leaves turning red! They’re turning red, not dying or falling off just turning red, it’s weird and only happening to this plant. -WW2 and BC2 are doing amazing! Pretty much all green except for the occasional old yellowing leaf -Time to pack on some weight -Midget has started to flower, doubt it will be ready before the cold, we’ll see what happens
