My plant now smells even more intense every day. I am very happy to use an activated carbon filter, so you smell absolutely nothing outside the tent. I have now started to hang a camera in the tent and am experimenting with different durations for a timelapse recording. Currently I take a picture every 30 minutes, but will go up to one every hour.

I finally got them in the garden! It was a trip getting out there, so they don't look the greatest because they're stressed. I broadforked the bed because I have very hard clay soil and put down Ocean Forest potting soil. I have some wire support hoops for the AG19 row cover I'm going to be using for the transition. It's lightweight and breathable but it will cut down on some of the sun so they don't burn and it will also keep them warmer at night since it's still pretty cool. And please disregard my comment about the Chamomile and Nitrogen... Chamomile sequesters Calcium, Potassium and Sulfur, not Nitrogen😜. Clover sequesters Nitrogen. I added about 5-10% Biochar in with the Fox farm potting soil which is an excellent source of carbon and helps retain soil moisture. I added some lime to stabilize ph and try to deter lockout which I had last year. I also added mycorrhizal inoculant for root health, it helps to reduce stress in plants and helps them to uptake more sugars which is exactly what we want.

Hi Growmies, This grow was not about growing the biggest plant but a test on how Natural sunlight compares to artificial light. I can be clear on one thing: natural sunlight gives a better terp/trichomes development, at least within my setting. This is probably due to natural UV rays within sunlight which is harder to get in a tent. Also the cost of this grow was so cheap, that if I would sell 3 grams I would have my whole investment in this grow back. So cost wise an outside grow will always beat an inside grow, especially with the current energy rates where I live. So after the drying process we will do a quick taste test before jarring it up to cure. That will also be the time I weight my buds, wet weight is not important to me. I was flushing all the plants since August 9. You can see in the videos with de microscope ( I really try my best, but it was pretty difficult) the trichomes looks cloudy and some of them looks amber. Maybe in the videos you can't see it because my hand was really shaky. August 17: all the plants were in dark. August 18: i cleaned all the plants, buds, leafs, everything..., spraying water to remove the rests of potasic soap. Today august 18, during the nigth, i'm going to harvest all the ladies. In the past 3 days i didn't watering the plants and the smell was stronger. August 19: Before dry -Critical Kush: 150g -Red dwarf: 60g -Syrup (2 plants): 270g -Lemon (4 plants): 570g

Day 29 - All the ladies are now in flower & starting to stretch like crazy! The Rock Machine has a very nice natural canopy, can’t wait to see how these buds turn out! Very difficult for me to grow. So much foliage. This plant bushes out like crazy. She was also a real pain in the ass to harvest. You should strip her of every god damn leaf except for the top nodes right before flower or she will fill out to the point of cover up all the bud. I had to throw out a bunch of under developed flower because it was so bushy..

Week 5 starts with a growth burst. I chopped some leaf back that I could not tuck away and she's recovers really well. I noticed I had snapped her stem a bit as I was carrying out LST last week. This has healed over nicely and in fact looks like it's done some good. Is that HST?? Anyway she's doing great. Shape is good for me, now I hope she will bulk up.. Day 34 took some of the bigger light blocking leaf, pulled a bit more here and there as she goes into flower. Im very happy with her Stay safe everyone during this crazy 2020. Happy growing.

The plants are doing excellent. The leaves are praying sharply upward, which I rarely saw during my last soil grow. Sadly, the left plant is smaller and much further along in flowering. Since they share a reservoir, I can't harvest her early. I'll have to harvest the small one overripe, but it will be interesting to see how the buds taste and affect. I am going to defoliate them in the next few days. The small one is just way too dense; I definitely messed up with her, but I'd say I nailed the right one for first run dwc auto😀🏼

Not much to say this week, buds starting to dense up more now. Triple G back right yellowing need to keep eye on her weather she’s coming to end or some kind of deficiency, roughly a week or 2 before there down 🍁

Hallo liebe Gartenfreunde, Ein aufregendes Tagebuch geht fast Glücklich zu Ende. Alle eigen erwarteten Ziele wurden zwar nicht vollständig erreicht, Strainbedingt werden wir aber nicht noch mehr Energie dort hineingeben egal in welcher Form. Die Buds sind zwar schön fest und ansehnlich groß (hier bei Höchstleistung 400 Watt) aber insgesamt nicht ganz unser. Die Buds sehen fast identisch aus wie bei der crop Mutter aus dem letztenJahr. Die unterschiedliche Anbaumethode lässt jedoch keine genauen Schlüsse zu, was das vergleichen betrifft. Das Autopot System hatte jedoch zu anfang Probleme mit der Kappilare, wahrscheinlich daher da der Pott erst verspätet in das Autopot System kam und auch etwas zu trocken war. Sie sind ja vom Balkon draußen, in den innenbereich gezogen. Ja ansonsten haben wir sie schön über 7 Tage gespült und über Kopf aufgehangen. Die Trichome sind von der Reife her soweit akzeptabel. Wir konnten einige Erfahrungen gut schreiben. Wir wissen jetzt was bei nur 400 Watt circa rumkommt. Da es ein auslaufgrow ist, haben wir Absichtlich aufgrund der Strain und vorereignisse nicht soviel Energie in sie investiert. Wie schon mal angemerkt, hatte sie auf den letzten Metern durch Stress angefangen ab und zu ein Samen zu produzieren. Wir haben nie einen Pollensack gefunden. Aber sie genau wie die Haupt- Mutter hatte diesen Mangel in der Blütephase aufgezeigt. Aber wir hatten durchweg kein Stammschimmel, was aussagt, das wir sie vegetaionsmäßig ein stückweit regenerieren konnten. Augenscheinlich sind auf manchen Mainbuds 4- 5 Samen verteilt zu sehen. Hoffen wir mal, dass es nicht schlimmer ist wie es gerade den Anschein bis hierher macht. Hätte aber auch definitiv noch wilder ausgehen können über solche ein Zeitraum. Ein paar andere pflanzen hatten wir ab und an mal betreut 😅 Ein bissen haben wir noch mit der Kamera einfangen können. In diesem Sinne pünktlich gestern zum B-day (des männlichen parts) geerntet.
