Flowering started: Saturday I switched the nutrients in the reservoir to flowering specifications after installing the SCROG and giving a massive trimming. After the final lights out Saturday, 3pm which was an extended session, I switched the timers to come on again Sunday on a period of 8pm to 8am (12 hours). She is very healthy and I am excited to see how she gets going again in bloom :-). This week it was poured twice with 1.2 l each time (for nutrients, see nutrient table above). Then I filled canisters with fresh osmosis water for the next few weeks 👍. The tent was cleaned and every plant was checked for health. At the moment I am tinkering with the ventilation because there are currently 4 fans with 4 activated carbon filters running, which I want to make more efficient by putting a hose through 2 tents. Just did a huge 5 gallon flush on these girls they are in 8 gallon pots till runoff was clear will let them dry out completely and give them one more flush then the really frosty one will be ready probably another week week and a half and the bigger one with all the pistils will probably be another 2 or so weeks she has more bulking to do and not nearly frosty yet

Thanks Short Stuff Super Cali Haze will be a nice one, I hear she gets big . This strain is the holy grail of auto flowering growers, a true and pure auto-Sativa and one which has been described as a SUPER AUTO by its breeder stitch. Stitch has been working for many years on refining an autoflowering haze strain but as many other breeders know this a very difficult and some say an impossible task. Stitch finally managed to do this when he created his ‘Nirvana sky’ strain and this has been used as the basis of super cali-haze. Flipped these girls to flower on day 26. Most of them have been looking good and growing pretty fast. I topped off the reservoir and added a little maxibloom. All 8 plants are drinking a total of about 2 gallons of water per day now. I kinda slacked on training them this week, but I will try to get them spread out some over the next week. I have been pulling a few fan leaves from the bottom so they can get good air circulation.

Week 3 Day 2 8/27/2023 Topped her a little and took a little from the bottom. The PH was just a little high so I added 4mil PH down to get it to 5.86. Week 3 Day 3 8/28/2023 Topped her a little and just enjoyed her beauty. Week 3 Day 4 8/29/2023 Topped her a little, and started cleaning up the lower 1/3, I am starting with the fan leaves that are touching the clay and some of the lower, lower portion but leaving the stems for when I take clones. Week 3 Day 5 8/30/2023 The temp has been getting to 79-80 the last few days and I don't like it that high. I lowered the light to 29 inches and decreased intensity to reach the 350ppfd for the plants. By dropping the light it should also drop the temperature. I took a few bottom leaves as I start my clean up, leaving the lower stems for clone material for now. Week 3 Day 6 8/31/2023 Found out why the temp had been getting so high in my tent and my grow room, the controller for my other light for my other tent was malfunctioning and overheating. I guess this was the unknown contributing factor to the sudden increase in temp, how am I sure about this, because the light no work no more. I am working with Spider-Farmer Warranty since the light was under a year old, very sad day yesterday was to replace my SE 7000 on my breeding plant which was in week 9 of flower with a VS2000 I am thinking I am going to have to cut my losses. On a good note she looks Amazing full on Growth Spurt happening, I adjusted the PH up slightly to get it from 5.81, to 5.89. Tomorrow Measurements incoming. Week 3 Day 7 9/1/2023 She is looking beautiful this morning! I took off some lower leaves cleaning up the bottom 1/3 but I left some of the Stems because I know I am taking clones in a few weeks. She has grown 5 inches over this last week.

I had alot of fun growing this strain, everytime I opened the tent and smelled that delicious strawberry, it really brought a smile to my face. I have tried Strawberry Pie #1, and she is delicious. The buds are extremely dense, and have a very nice pink and green contrast. I haven't tried #2 or #3 yet, but I am very much looking forward to it after some more curing time. I ended up making bubble hash out of the trim, and I got 8 grams, which I pressed into 4.7 grams of rosin, and all I can is that this is some of the best tasting and strongest rosin I have ever tried, let alone grown. I will be posting some videos of the flower being pressed once it is properly cured. I will say that after smoking, I realized I need some more Sativa for daytime use, so I am giving my Gorilla Cookies to a friend, and starting some Orange Sherbet instead. As a delicious night time/dessert smoke, and especially for those into concentrates, you absolutely can't go wrong. Thanks for checking me out and blaze on!
