🌱 Week 3, Day 7 Update: Buds Are Blooming! 🌿 Hey Grow Fam, We're cruising through Week 3, and my girl is really coming on—buds are starting to form, and it's a sight to behold! The girl is growing so fast now, drinking 4.5L a day. She could even do with in-between waterings, in my opinion. She's aiming for the stars and shooting for the moon, getting bigger every day and stinking out my room. I had to tie my light higher up with some rope as it wouldn't go any higher, and shoots were getting way too close! I did SCROG when flipping, and I should've been a bit more strict on it (did it longer), but now I realize why SCROG is used. Imagine if I never used it—she would be way too tall. Overall, I'm so happy with how she is growing and can't wait to see the final product. :) But, as with any journey, we've hit a little bump in the road. Despite keeping our feeding consistent at 850ppm, the runoff readings have been creeping up. Last check-in showed a runoff of 1400ppm. It's got me thinking we might be dealing with a salt buildup in the root zone. To address this, I'm sticking with our feeding routine at 800-850ppm. If the runoff ppm keeps climbing or if our plants start showing signs of nutrient burn, I will adjust accordingly, but as of right now, I'm sticking to the same feed as she looks great! ( If I do begin to notice signs of nutrient burn (excess), I will try to water with a lower EC/PPM, like 700ppms, to bring it down. But if I don't get the results I'm hoping for, I will just flush the plant with 3x the media size of water (just plain pH water) to wash out any old salts and reset the medium. You don't really want to do this with coco depending on what stage your at in flower, veg on the other hand flush.? Sure!, if you really need to reset that medium go for it, (i do see tiny signs of burn but thats fine if it gets worse then i have a problem) Let's stay focused and keep our eyes on the prize—beautiful healthy buds. still growing fast as fuck. i was falling more and more in love with her as time passed. she was showing signs of hunger so i gave her, her first feed of veg nutes on december 5th 2021. I mixed 1/2 tsp to each gallon. I used a bucket with 3 gallons of dechlorinated tap water. Decmber 8th: same amount of veg to gallons of water with the same 1/2 tsp. phd to 6.4. December 10th gave her a feed honestly dont know how much. id say about 10-20 cups worth of dechlorinated tap water with 1/2 tsp of veg nutes to 3 gallons.

Hello growmies! Welcome to week four of An Epsilon Adventure! The girls are already transitioning into flower, I will get some photos of that later in the week. Daily Updates: ### Week 4 Day 1 11:00 16/7 Removed some lower growth. ### Week 4 Day 2 23:00 17/7 Tallest plants were showing signs of heat stress so I have raised the light about 30cm more. Unfortunately this now means the lower plants aren't getting as much light as they could, so I have put the cycle back to 20h (I may even increase it). ### Week 4 Day 3 14:00 18/7 Photographed. ### Week 4 Day 3 19:00 18/7 Fertigated 2l. Okay these girls are now starting to concern me a little on the basis that they are supposed to grow to "50-70cm". At just over 3 weeks old the shortest of these girls is 53cm, the tallest (plant 3) is now 76cm tall. The worrying thing is they do not at all look like they are slowing down and as they are just pre-flowering now, the flowering stretch hasn't even started. So I need some genuine advice here now: Do I keep the faith and hope that they don't exceed the space I have? Do I top or super crop them now? These ladies are beastly, at the end of the week I am going to take some individual videos and more photos to really try and capture how magnificently well these girls are doing. I think I may be in the process of growing the biggest Epsilon F1's so far? Exciting to find out! ### Week 4 Day 4 21:00 19/7 James has assured me they wont go much more than 85 so I am not going to mess with them. They are due a defoliation at the end of this week though. Measured each plant as follows: Plant 1: 81cm Plant 2: 75cm Plant 3: 80cm Plant 4: 67cm Plant 5: 59cm Plant 6: 58cm Might photograph later or leave until tomorrow. ### Week 4 Day 5 10:00 20/7 Photographed and measured. Plant 1: 85cm Plant 2: 79cm Plant 3: 81cm Plant 4: 71cm Plant 5: 63cm Plant 6: 63cm So they've all grown about 4cm in about 13 hours, except plant 3 - which seems to have slowed down a lot. The top of plant 3 is also the most advanced looking in terms of pistils. I forgot to take close ups of the preflowers I will do that tomorrow. I have had to raise the light again today and it is now much further away than the younger plants than I would like. So I am thinking about adding a 300w LED into my 4x4. I have another 3 inches I can raise the light on the hangers, after that I can removed the adjustable handers and tie it to the top of the tent... that'll gain me another 4 or 5 inches. If I need to go higher my only option would be to set them up without the tent which is not an option right now. Hopefully they all just stop getting taller now and focus on flowering... but my gut tells me there's more growth to come. Watch this space! ### Week 4 Day 6 15:00 21/7 Measured. Next week will see the full transition to flower and we will start to see the bud sites developing. I have no idea at this point what the heights will look like at the end of next week. True sativa plant, thin leaves, big internodals spacing and she won't stop stretching.. 😪 I'm sure that if she keeps that up, she'll be towering over the other ladies. i'll have to raise the lights and raise my other ladies so that they're not too far from the lights. I've already moved her to the back where the tallest girls are, that way i want incline the lights a bit for better light distribution. Pictures taken on day 20, I did a light defoliation on the bottom, taking out all that growth that won't receive enough light penetration. Watering every other day like always.. Purple Kush might be the runt of the bunch right now, but I have high hopes for it. Even though it's lagging behind the others, it has these super vibrant, dark green leaves. There's something about them that tells me this plant is a fighter. I'm excited to see how it develops and if it'll catch up to its siblings. Last week was awesome! I finally got around to giving all my plants a little upgrade – I repotted them into some bigger homes. They're all looking so happy and healthy now, it's crazy. I can't wait to see how much they grow this year!

Week 11 end of week 5 flower I found more samples in the Nuites Cabinet and it was All Earth juice products so I Feel my moral conundrum has been solved. Although I did not use them in the beginning of the grow they are still samples I forgot about, I feel ok with this decision. They are looking and smelling strong so I feel why not let them finish big. I might have more seeds than I was expecting as I see a lot of buds with brown hairs and swollen Calex's but that's ok by me because this looks like it was worth saving. pics and movies to come just a brief update. I love these small phenos with huge yield. It was perfect i wish all phenos were like this one.

So she got the chop 2 weeks prior to what I wanted, but I did not lollipop enough doing this Scrog and suffered high humidity, lack of airflow and as a result lost 4 tops... Out of 16 big ones. But I have harvest, wet trimmed and left to hang dry in a room on clothes drier. Room circulation fan on low, and temp is 22c with 51% humidity. Aiming for a 10day dry it maybe sooner. Then we will smoke test and cure then re test 🙌💚 Thank you all for following along this LONG and heartbreaking breaking Journey

Trasplanted second Strawberry Cough in bigger 10 gal pot which I regret later on cause watering is hard to dial in but she is recovering slowly. I will keep her in veg longer.

After 21 days in turbo cloner I transplanted 4 Sweet seeds Green Poison into 1 gallon plastic pots filled with Cana coco. Few days later I transplanted another 4 clones into DWC! Stay tuned! Coco feed at 700ppm Dwc feed at 480ppm
