This week the plan will be to continue LST by tying down new shoots to encourage new flower sites. I am starting to see some hairs so I am going to call this week 1 of flower. I had hoped for a bit more of a pre-flower stretch on the girls, but hopefully they get a little taller during the flower stretch. At the same time, with continued LST, hoping to increase bud sites and increase overall light penetration. Keeping an eye on the water PH level as mine switches a bit in the winter vs. the summer time. Same system of watering thoroughly when dry, also adding water to the bottom of the fabric pots to be soaked up, to encourage lower soil moisture for root stretching. The Low Ryder genetics in the AK74 seems to be keeping to squat. Hopefully some of the AK47 bud structure comes through in some of these phenotypes. I've taken out measuring the plant height, as it is slightly hard to accurately describe that with the constant LST. I've also highlighted HST as a grow technique, but this is mostly just some simple Super Cropping on some of the bud sites that are a bit more awkward to tie down with soft ties. At the end of this week or early next week I plan to amend the top soil with some more Gaia Green Power Bloom, as the nutrients used during initial planting will be starting to be used up and we are entering flowering phase with more need for the bloom nutrients. I will likely also add a little bit of the 4-4-4 All Purpose as well, in case the plants still have a bit of nitrogen requirements for vegetation. Otherwise, things are green and things are looking healthy to date. I have some moisture gnats, but not enough for it to be a pain. I will be adding an additional dehumidifier into the environment as we progress into flowering, to make sure to discourage mold or mildew from forming. Additional fans are being added as well for better air flow.

Divine Seeds Website says this Auto Candy could be as tall as 100-120 cm. My Auto Candy is 41 inches which translates to 104cm. On POINT. What started out to be a little on the bushy side ended up sprouting up like a teenager. Divine Seeds Website says this Auto Candy should be flowering in 60 days. My Auto Candy is flowering in 42 days--WHY??--Why is it flowering 18 days sooner?? Please advise. Maybe it is this wonderful @advancenutrient jungle juice that I am using:) I do know that the past couple of weeks have been excruciatingly HOT. This week is incredible cool--Thank you Jesus for the break in weather. It will be very interesting to see what this cooler weather does during this flowering season. Keep the comments and conversations coming this way. Be Happy!!

Bud sites are producing black/purple spot in leaves. Bud growth is producing as the days go by. Really excited with this being my first grow Nitrogen boost really helped with the deficiencies. Plants are starting to look really heathy... Prunes lower colas that weren't stretching past the canopy and receiving energy so more energy can be used towards the top buds

The Harvest Prelude: After a patient wait and 48 hours of darkness, the moment arrived. The Tropical Tangie Lego Ninja, standing proudly like a silent guardian, was ready for the grand harvest. The sound of each cut echoed through the grow space, reminiscent of felling a mighty tree. The compact structure of the buds was awe-inspiring, a testament to the ninja's disciplined growth. The Lego Ninja, like a stoic warrior, was then hung upside down, beginning a two-week drying ritual. Maintaining an ambient temperature of around 21°C and a relative humidity of 60%, this slow-drying process allowed the buds to retain their essence, preserving the symphony of terpenes and cannabinoids. The trimming phase unfolded like a fragrant masterpiece. Each bud, adorned with a glistening layer of resin, transformed the trimming process into a sensory delight. The zesty aroma of oranges enveloped the room, a tangible expression of the tropical lineage. The compact buds made every snip a careful dance, revealing an abundance of frosty trichomes. The moment of reckoning arrived with the scale's unveiling. The Tropical Tangie Lego Ninja, from a single plant, bestowed upon me 309 grams of dried medicine. Each gram was a treasure trove of cannabinoids, a promise of euphoria and relief. The sheer compactness of the buds translated into a concentrated potency that left me in awe. In parallel, the clones, nurtured with equal care, showcased a fascinating divergence. A twist in the tale unfolded as the intense oranges of the mother transitioned into vibrant tangerines. This unique expression, I believe, was a testament to the clones weathering a summer heatwave differently, bringing forth a distinct personality. The clones, resilient and generous, gifted me a bountiful 549 grams of pure joy. This now my keeper of the garden, an embodiment of the Lego Ninja's legacy. The harvest dance, though familiar, carried the nuances of tangerine zest, a refreshing twist that left me eager to explore its intricacies. Both harvests shared a common thread—their resinous abundance. The trim bin, akin to a treasure chest, gleamed with golden trichomes and fragrant joy. Sticky fingers became a badge of honor, a tangible connection to the resinous richness that filled the room. Shout Outs: No harvest report is complete without expressions of gratitude. A special nod to @DutchPassion_Official for crafting the genetic marvel that is the Tropical Tangie Lego Ninja. Their expertise paved the way for this epic journey, and I tip my hat in acknowledgment. In conclusion: As the dust settles on this epic harvest saga, my heart brims with happiness and excitement. The Tropical Tangie Lego Ninja has proven itself not just as a plant but as a living masterpiece. Stay tuned for the smoke report, where we delve into the true essence of this botanical ninja's legacy. Until then, fellow cultivators, may your gardens flourish, and your harvests be as bountiful as the joy they bring. She has been topped the day after the last post and shes looking great! The pics are about 6 days apart from topping til now. She is growing quite vigorously and looks like she will be staying the dominant female in the tent! Really excited to see this strain start to flower. I'm thinking about 2-4 days until transplant, then another week after that roughly i'll be putting the plants into flower. I will add that I went from a quality carbon filter to a crappy one and back to quality again. The difference in price is like $15 but the differnece in quality is substantial. Much better at freshening up the air. The newer plants in the tent are some autos if people are curious. I will be doing a seperate diary for one of the small ones, pineapple express.

Day 29 (7/15) - Fist day of Week 5 and of flowering. I’m looking forward to seeing how the Critical Purple does. Gave the plant a watering a day or two ago and will give another later this evening. Day 30 (7/16) - I gave the plants a light watering when the lights came on because it’s been so warm lately. The CP grew about 2 inches overnight and I had to do some super cropping to the top tallest nodes. After being under the lights for a few hours they were already standing back straight. I might need the net sooner than I realized. Slight stickiness and sweetish smell to fingers after super cropping. Day 32 (7/18) - I haven’t been keeping up with the diary but I have been taking pictures every few days. I gave the plant it’s first and only feeding today. You can see the dry amendments on top of the soil. Day 35 (7/21) - Haven’t been doing anything to the grow other than daily trellis adjustments and watering every other day with PHed Calmag water. I did remove about 5 big leaves near the top that were blocking the center of the plant.

Final week before harvest: after the flush, the plant showed a very nice fade and reached a good level of maturity. Once the pot dried out completely, the plant was harvested and hung whole to achieve a slower and more controlled dry. Despite the relatively slim bud structure, the final yield turned out far higher than expected thanks to the massive amount of dense, resinous bud sites across the entire plant.

Hello Diary, The fourth week of flowering is over and we are slowly heading towards the end. Last week I did defoliation, so now there is better air flow through the whole plant. Purple Punch looks great, some leaves take on a yellowish color which are the first signs that its end is near. The flowers themselves fill very nicely and become larger and larger and are full of trichomes. As you can see in the photos, Purple Punch has a nice shape, good leaf color, the scent is intense, it’s just all great and I’m looking forward to the harvest. Although there are two Purple Punch on the Farm, I didn’t do photos of both plants this time but I promise to show both in the end. In one watering I added Biobizz and that was the last addition of nutrients for her. From now on just flushing. Conditions in the growbox are good, the temperature varies around 25 degrees, while the humidity is around 40%. Now comes the stage when I start observing the development of trichomes through a microscope, it’s a special experience for me, like I’m looking at something from another planet. Here's a brief overview of the week: 11/03/2021 - Day 44. Watering. I didn’t add any nutrients, I just lowered p.H. water at 6.3. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 25.5 degrees and 36% humidity. 13/03/2021 - Day 46. Watering. p.H. I downgraded to 6.4 and added BioBizz as scheduled for the current week. This will be the last addition of nutrients. From now on only clean water. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 26 degrees and 39% humidity. 16/03/2021 - Day 49. Photographing for the end of the seventh week. That’s it for this week, see you soon with a new week. Greetings to everyone who looks at the diary.
