WEEK 16 - (06/13/2021 - 06/19/2021) Week 8, Day 50 - FLOWER: 06/13/2021 After inspecting the trichome development for the last 7-10 days or so, I’ve decided that today would be the ideal time to begin flushing. The American Pie #1 does not look like it’s ready to begin flushing quite yet, as she appears to be about a week behind in maturity. Despite that, I’ll still begin flushing her today too. Recycled water: 70ppm, 69℉ + pH Up: 7ml Mixture: 95ppm, 6.4 pH, 69℉ ppm/ppm = runoff/soil JB#1 - 895/800, 6.1 pH AP#1 - 529/434, 6.5 pH AP#2 - 365/270, 6.7 pH GC#1 - 624/529, 6.3 pH -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Week 8, Day 51 - FLOWER: 06/14/2021 Did a trichome check on the plants today. Spent more time with the Jelly Banana to better determine her maturity level. She actually looks like she is ready to harvest today. I’d say trichomes are 75-80% milky, with an amber trichome here and there. I’m going to try and push her through at least one more low-ppm watering and test the runoff. If I start seeing more amber trichome development, I will cut her down. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Week 8, Day 54 - FLOWER: 06/17/2021 Recycled water (8 gallons): 69ppm, 5.8 pH, 70℉ + HydroGuard: 8ml + pH Up: 3ml Mixture: 82ppm, 6.0 pH, 70℉ ppm/ppm = runoff/soil JB#1 - 688/606, 6.5 pH GC#1 - 602/520, 6.5 pH AP#2 - 633/551, 6.9 pH AP#1 - 685/603, 6.5 pH -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [SUMMARY] I expect this to be my last full week of flower. All the girls are looking ripe for the chopping. The aroma that bursts out of the tent when I unzip it every time is heavenly. American Pie #1 is still about a week behind in maturity, but she will get cut down with the other plants regardless. Jelly Bananen started to turn a lime green color so she'll probably get chopped and hung up in the next few days when my second tent arrives (4x2 AC Infinity). That wraps up this week! Plants were watered on day 4 of week 9, as follows: Lucy: 1 gallon water, pH: 6.27, Height: 22 in. Herbert: 1.25 gallons water, pH: 5.77, Height: 24.5 in. ***Both fed nutrients - 5 ml/.5 gal BioVega (3% N, 1% Phosphate, 5% Soluble Potash), 7 ml/.5 gal BioBoost (1% Phosphate), and 1 ml/.5 gal BioRhizotonic (0.6% Soluble Potash) Plants were watered on day 5 of week 9, as follows: Thin Mint Sr: 1 gallon water, pH: 6.76, Height: 20 in. Thin Mint Jr: 1 gallon water, pH: 6.50, Height: 19.5 in Notes: Thin Mint Jr has nutrient burn and so was NOT fed nutrients today. Thin Mint Sr was fed nutrients at 50% strength 2.5 ml/.5 gal BioVega (3% N, 1% Phosphate, 5% Soluble Potash), 4 ml/.5 gal BioBoost (1% Phosphate), and 0.5 ml/.5 gal BioRhizotonic (0.6% Soluble Potash) (both plants still in nutrient distress - in process of recovery but have some new growth that is greener so improvement is being observed; slowly but surely!) ***Plants ideally would have been transitioned to the flowering phase this week, but due to nutrient deficiencies and nutrient burn on Thin Mint Jr., we are holding off on this transition for 1 week to give the plants a chance to recover from stress.

I was still seeing strange things happen in the leaves but runoff pH was staying at around 6.5. One plant toppled over and started growing up from a bent stalk like an herb. I started looking for a new reflector so that I could mount my light horizontally instead of vertically to save space and ideally find a way to get the plants closer to the light without burning them. I started looking into MH bulbs as well as I figured at this point I clearly hadn't provided the light they needed. If I wanted them to thrive I needed to set them up properly for the last few weeks of veg. I transplanted this week into slightly bigger coco pots but in retrospect I feel I should have gone up to 3 gallon pots at this point.

Ran into a a light stress issue but all is under control now

So the flower is a stunning colour and a lovely thick and dense flower , the smell and taste is fantastic , And the high is mild but a real nice euphoric head high and vapes a lovely gassy yet flavourful vape , I really am a fan of the balckberry kush gene , not only is it a joy too watch growing , but the end results are amazing too look at , hold , and vape , I think the photos in this diary speak for them selfs without all the fancy words , I highly recommend this strain and this seed bank as Dutch passion never fail too impress , A massive thank you too green buzz nutrients for all there help support and nutrients and Dutch passion for these free seeds too , I sometimes have too pinch my self that I am blessed with the support and help with free nutrients , seeds , and lights from kingbo , I just hope that I show all these amazing products off how they should be , Some of us are disabled ether physically or mentally and cannot compete with some of the growers on here diariys with the 500 word essays and big fancy words , But this for me is not a business , I do not make thousands of pounds too buy fancy lights or A/C units ect , Growing cannabis is a jail term for me if caught and with no financial gain at all , I turn absolutely everything into oils and tinctures And make my own medicine too treat autism and let me tell you it has given me a new lease of life , I have worked out that a single grow is costing me £500 in electric alone for a 3 month grow , and if I was not blessed with the help of green buzz nutrients and Dutch passion it would be much much more , I do not know people who smoke weed or any dealers if it too sell it even if I wanted too , so what I do is purely for medical reasons and the fear of getting caught , the noise of the fans , smell , and the cost is a real struggle some weeks , but it's all worth it when you know you have bottles of fantastic medicine in the freezer that you know will last you a very long time , Is a fantastic feeling , I really pray the day legalisation is soon for us, But for now I am so very thankful too grow diariys for this fantastic platform and all the sponcers for all there help ,

Well she has been growing very nicely and has put on some weight , the smell and density of the buds is nice to see. I've been a fan of dinafem since day 1 and she has been the best producing girl since the get go ...when other plants showed signs of stress she just pushed through happy to be growing this beauty can't wait for the next few weeks to get here ...cheers canna fam
