Week 5 of flower! Did some defoliation and some more supercropping to bring the height down, as I measured 70k lux at the canopy (a little too much). Buds are stacking nicely now, it's on cruise control from here on out. Just gonna let the plant do its thing.

Pics are from day 19, which is the day I topped all the plants. Topped them for a second time a little early - should have waited a couple of days for the new growth. No real damage done though and a lesson learned. Topped to the 3rd node, stripping everything below, and topped each "stork" at the next node creating 4 main branches per plant. Seen a little cal deficiency, but increasing the feed concentration to 2.5ml p/l of each will nutrient type sort that out in the coming week. Will be transplanting to 5 gallon pots in the coming week, once the plants have bounced back from the heavy mainlining techniques they've just been through.

D60. I'm back again after being out of town for six days. The tent was packed when I opened it! The girls had stretched more, and a couple of leaves were even touching the lights and had gotten burnt. They are now 125 cm tall. That's five times the height they were when I flipped to flower. Five times!!! I have never had a strain stretch this much, and I hope they are done now since there's no more room in the tent. I removed the fan and carbon filer and placed them outside the tent. It looks a bit stupid and is far from stealthy, but what to do? I moved up the lights as far as possible, but I will probably switch the lights with the one I have in my autotent. That light has a much lower profile, so raising it even further is possible. Should that not be enough, I will have to cut off some tops, but I hope it doesn't come to that. The first girl already has dark purple flowers, while the second looks more green with some purple. ------------------------------ D61. I opened the tent today, only to find that the second girl had stretched another 2 cm overnight! This is getting ridiculous, and I hope they stop soon. I super-cropped the tallest top, hoping it would slow down the stretch. A few hours later, she had already recovered. These genetics are nuts! In other news, my girlfriend found spider mites on her papaya plants that are in the same room as my tents. We immediately removed the plants from the room, and I started to scout my plants for an infestation. The good news is that I didn't find any spider mites. However, the bad news is that I found thrips on the lower leaves of the second girl. Ugh! I had thrips last grow season, and I guess some survived. The thrips were only on the lower part of the plant, so I defoliated the girls by removing a bunch of leaves and tiny branches down low and immediately threw them out of the apartment. Thrips don't like it humid, and since the buds are still tiny, I don't need to worry about botrytis yet, so I cranked up the humidity into the high 70s to low 80s. Finally, I ordered a bunch of lacewing larvae that will get here next week. They should eat the thrips and any spider mites that I might not have been able to find. ------------------------------ D63. The girls have slowed their stretch, BUT they are still stretching somewhat. I freaked out when I opened the tent today and saw they were taller, so I attacked them immediately and super-cropped the highest tops. I will switch out the lights next week, gaining me another few centimeters, which I hope will be enough. The VPD in the tent is way off, but I'm more interested in figuring out the light and getting rid of the thrips. Finally, I watered each girl with 2.5 liters of water L pH 6.1, with 10 ml humic acid and 5 ml Fermented Fruit Juice I made a few months ago. ------------------------------

Lights off for 28 hrs, because of a North Easter, looks good gonna break out my 420 scope tomorrow, and check trichomes, 8-10 week strain. Hopeing she is close. 03/07/2018 Trichomes mostly clear some are cloudy, maybe 1% Amber. More flushing,perhaps another week of flushing,as haven't noticed any fade? 10-14 lights should help hastening ripeness.

Started to remove a few leaves here and there . This tent is really impressing me and really putting a lot of size on the buds . So many tops that are just killing it , buds all the way down the stems . Tent is starting to smell pretty fruity . I was pulling leaves off that were covering other bud sites and my hand was sticky from reaching into the canopy and it smelled alot like blueberries. While it may seem like a temporary pause in outdoor activity, this rest indoors is helping the plant conserve energy and avoid potential stress from fluctuating cold and wet conditions. Once the weather stabilises again, it’ll be back to soaking up real sunshine. This seed has been a moaning all through the grow drinks shit tons super sensitive to light nitrogen ect but still looks like its gonna pull an oz from 5l pot not bad but definitely not been fun to grow will do another seed with a different grow style but yeh hope everyone has a good Christmas 💪🍻🍾🥂🍪🍨

Ya en la cuarta semana podemos ver mayor cantidad de pistilos sobre todo en la planta mas pequeña y la que de seguro estará lista antes para cosechar, la R.S.Banana #2. La R.S.Banana #1 muestra un crecimiento mas vigoroso con un tallo muy ancho y aunque ya muestra algunos pistilos, esta tardará mas que la R.S.B.#2 pero será mas productora. En relación al LST es una tarea que se realiza a diario.

She took 5 days to germinate!! Day 1 - Mon 8th March She has sprouted but still has a helmet. Will give a few more days to see if she breaks free herself if not I’ll give her some help!! 🍁🍁 Very happy to have her sprout though I was getting worried!! Day 2 - Tue 9th March She’s managed to break free from her casing with a little help from me. Gave her a little more water and her leaves are starting to open. Day 3 - Wed 10th March Looking this morning she is growing but she has white on one leaf. She’s also wrapped her self in a clear substance not too sure what that could be? Any thoughts? Tried to get pictures best I could. Happy growing! Day 4 - Thursday 11th March (Her nick name is Nemo) so from the pictures you’ll see she’s got an underdeveloped leaf but aside from this she is growing well. Hey guys so here we are week two into flower and the tent is filling right up now got some awesome bud sights forming and my aim of 1kg dry out of the 2 plants is on course . Root structure is amazing and I have always had good results when I get the wrapped root over top as can see in pic . Anyway til next week guys

Day 70 and they are all piling on the weight nicely. I have started to flush one of the four as it nearly completely oranged up but the others still have a good amount of time before they're ready. I have defoliated them this week and the smell is so sweet it's beautiful. Exciting times ahead! stay safe and stay stoned ✌️🏻
