Day 45: The plants are growing strong, and looks healthy. I do not dare giving them any nutrients yet, but I still think I will give theme some soon

Didn’t expect the stretch to be so huge given the genetics. Like 10 cm in 3 days! Let’s see. Put in a dehumidifier, trying to reach optimal humidity of 60% for this stage. 02/01 The stretch is really strong. 75 cm by 02/01 04/01 I have been doing just minimal pruning/defoliation during the veg stage. I guess it was the reason why the stretch is so strong as the main colas try to reach the light. And there is a lot of weak side-shoots which make the plants really messy. Did some minor pruning today, because I don’t want to stress the plants much during early flowering. I’m going to remove all the side-shoots in two weeks when the stretch is over. Next time I should do more pruning early, before the flip.

So I let all pots to fully dry, removed abit of top soil and covered with some stone gravel. Also placed sticky traps to completly get rid of them motherf***ers. Watering every 2 days with pH corrected water. Upcoming week going to introduce to first feeding. Going to use GHE Trio for the first time, schedule borrowed from #FromSeedToStoned youtube channel. I freaking love this plant. She's got dense buds already but she's throwing out pistils like no tomorrow. I'm curious to see how much bigger she's going to get in the next few weeks. Only a little over halfway done. She's already having trouble staying up right. I'm having to balance branches on other branches and using the ratchet hangers to keep the mains upright

Continuing to defoliate as needed to keep things civil in the small tent, Moya is crowded. Canopy is at 30" plants about 20" 2/6 Better plan! Found a table at Goodwill that will fit in the flower tent and allow two plants to be moved there tomorrow. So tomorrow is the day, two plants will remain in Moya, prob Jool and Zhaan 2/7 Aeryn is in flower tent flipped to 12-12 Jool and Zhaan in small tent, Moya, also flipped to 12-12 Here we go Feed set as above, keeping levels low at this point 2/8 Second day May reduce feed a bit, white tips One time feed of Kangaroots 10ml/gal Keeping things defoliated so the middle gets lots of light 2/8 Last attempt to try and get rid of those white tips. Further reduced feed but added just a touch of cal-mag to make up for it. If this doesnt work I am just feeding them and ignoring the tips. Flowering is starting to show, more on Aeryn being under the HPS than Jool and Zhaan under the LEDs. Continuing to defoliate as needed to keep bud sites in light. 2/10 Bringing down the nuets to under 500ppm did the trick on the white tips but can not leave things there so back to some sane level and I am just going to ignore it. Stretch is starting for real 😳 2/11 Since the tip burning is an issue with N, I am going to move the girls to all bloom tomorrow with today as a transition. Strain is absolutely sensitive to Nitrogen.

Sometimes watered only with water, three plants were already ready in the seventh week from germination. A week of watering with only water and I cut them down

Now finished stretching and starting to put weight on, they smell very very potentially and are nice and sticky

Sie hat die Hauptblütezeit überstanden und reift nun weiter. Ich konnte keinen weiteren Schimmel entdecken, das behandeln mit Isopropanol hat sehr gut gewirkt , dank für den Tip @Comfrey. Leider ist es gerade sehr windig, so dass Makro-Aufnahmen nicht möglich sind. Es vertrocknen bereits mehr Stempelhaare als neue nachwachsen. Vielleicht wird sie gleichzeitig mit der Durban Poison fertig, was mich vor logistische Platzprobleme bei der Trocknung stellt. Wieviel Wasser wird benötigt um einen 72l. Topf zu flushen oder erledigt das das Wetter von selbst outdoor? Its feathers at the tips of the shoots are beginning to turn reddish brown. It has survived the main flowering period and is now continuing to ripen. I couldn't find any more mould; treating it with isopropanol worked very well, thanks for the tip @Comfrey. Unfortunately, it's very windy at the moment, so macro shots are not possible. More pistil hairs are drying up than new ones are growing back. Perhaps it will be ready at the same time as the Durban Poison, which presents me with logistical space problems when it comes to drying. 3 Plants. 3 citrusy phenos! #1 : First to sprout rapid rooter. TASTE: Pure Lemon front end into hashy cakey afghani. refer to this as the "lemon hashcake" phenom very dense, beautiful nug structure. Yielded 24.5 dry grams of primo smoke. Uplifting more cerebral sativa high with some punch in body as well. happy stress reliever for sure! has some "gassy" or fuel notes to it but very subtle #2 Tangerine pheno: I orginally thought sour 76 was sour diesel x 76 Afghan til i read hso marks post on uk420 forums saying its cali sour d x 76 afghan. cali sour d is cali orange x sour d x mexican sativa. and it shows in this pheno which smell and taste pretty similar to tangie my friend grows which is cali orange x skunk 1 (mexican sativa x Colombian sativa x afghan indica) pretty similar genetics roots! Smell: Sweet tangerine 🍊 Taste: Just like tangerines 🍊 Medical Effects: Hybrid feeling effects felt both in body and mind.  Stimulating mentally, relaxing in the body.  Mild pain relief generally with amazing relief improving feeling in joints (reduced swelling or irritation in otherwise aching areas, loosened tension at joints) Notes: After breaking up or grinding the sweet tangerine open jar/bud smells turns more sour tangerine with very subtle gas aroma. This one is scary strong! I am an all day regular smoker of the most potent buds I can find, and I never make it thru 1 bowl of this without long breaks after each hit.  Starts off strong and creeps to EXTREME psychoactivity.  Not for the faint of heart this one might not be best for "new smokers" 😎🔥🔥🔥 yielded 26.1 grams if id have taken clones this woulda been the keeper of the batch, but I got more to check out in future run :) and I got a cloner and veg chamber to start keepin the keepers now I know i like the strain! #3 Lime Fuel pheno: Smell: Lime🍈 and gas ⛽ Taste: lime Medical Effects: Cerebral uplift. Creeper. thought it was weakest on initial smoke but 10 minutes in it end up being strongest high of all 3.  super wicked sativa, buzzy uplifting all similar to Cinderella 99 or strong jack herers this has almost a "scary high"  first few times but once you get used to it or microdose, it is a super fun creative medicine.  Helps my arthritis pains and gives me the clean up the house kind of high Notes: Foxtailed, lowest yield of 3 sour 76's likely because its place directly under the light (perhaps didnt like too intense direct light) but is the most potent of the 3 as well. yielded 22.5 grams of dry

4202024 or backwards, it’s 4202024. I’m sure there will be other palindromic dates in future, but this is the one and only stoner palindrome date that can happen in our lifetimes. Thanks to Seedsman for the idea of a 420 grow-off and the chance to try some of the latest and greatest. Anyway, started some Blueberry Pie F1 Fast seeds from Seedsman today. Very promising sounding genetics, and I’m very keen to see how she goes. Hopefully we won’t get as much wildfire smoke as we did last year. The plan for this plant is a 16 cola manifold with force flowering (12 h darkness) starting in late July for a couple of weeks. Starting in a glass of water on a heat mat at 25 C. Kept in dark using foil. I’ve decided to avoid plastic for the seed starting. Also, based on a science paper I saw this winter, I’m leaving a ripe apple in the dark with the seeds. Apparently the ethylene gas helps, but only in the dark before light is applied. Tried it with tomato and pepper plants and seems to work. First time trying with my cannabis seeds. Will add the reference to the paper some day. Apr 22: moved into soil. Starting three seeds but I only have room for one plant. Will adopt out the other two. Apr 25: removed foil cover (and apple) and set the plants beside the light that is going for tomatoes and peppers. The seedlings need minimal light at this stage so taking it easy.
