flowering day 15 - plants began to drink very actively. flowering day 18 - sugar started to build up and a very tart smell appeared and defoliation add 1100 ppm

This week made a few oopsies . I gave un-ph’d water to one of the plants “moving to fast” . Started defoliation during this week to attempt to redirect plant energy into establishing a full canopy since flowering has initiated. Whilst defoliating I broke a branch that had to be taped to save it. Humidity went out of whack when I stored 4 prepped 5 gal pots for transplant in the tent sooo I’ve got to buy a dehumidifier bc at one point all my plants fell out in a fit . STILL haven’t filled these pots out, & I’m kinda sure/unsure it’s time to re-amend the soil for flowering. I’m conflicting on waiting until beginning/middle of week 7 so I can flush week 11 & 12 . I think that covers it pretty well Week 5 in the 📚 📕 📖.

~ FASTBUDS TESTER #2204 ~ Well friends, here we go on another 'canna-venture' together! The grow room has had a complete remodel and some upgrades done to it including brand spanking new 4x8 and 4x4 tents and a Trolmaster Hydro X controller along with a new Control Panel. This tester strain is one of six tester strains that FastBuds has graciously provided me with and I'm looking forward to seeing what this girl has to offer when she's grown to her full potential! One drawback of 'testers' is I have little to no information on it other than its number and that it's an autoflower... 🤪 But, it's ALWAYS a blast growing them for me because not knowing a lot allows me to just concentrate on the essentials: Light, Environment, Water, Nutrients and possibly a bit of LST... not complicated, just basics like keeping a constant temperature and RH in the tent at a level that gives a good VPD, watering when almost dry and maintaining proper light levels according to their stage of growth. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ~THE SETUP~ ~Initially seeds were lightly scuffed, then soaked for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Vivosun Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged. ~Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph. ~Once roots emerge from the Jiffy Pellet they're transferred to their fabric pots. ~Grown 100% organic in a 4g Gronest fabric pot and a 3g fabric pot by Wraxly filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium and initially amended with Dr. Earth 4-4-4 / Earthworm Castings / Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 and Coast of Maine Stonington Blend Organic Plant Food 5-2-4. ~19/5 light cycle for the entire run with supplemental UVA added during flower. Lights are controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. ~Top dressing every 3-4 weeks with slow release dry amendments and Earthworm castings. ~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed and bi-weekly Compost Tea's. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 12/15- Here we go into the second week of veg for the FastBuds Tester #2204 girls and they're on a roll!When I checked on them today they both were still moist so I let them go until I check them tomorrow. Basically at this point in the run all I have to do is make sure they don't dry out, fill the humidifier and watch them grow! 12/17- Yesterday I watered them both and increased the amount to roughly 0.25g each of de-chlorinated water with 3ml/g of Botanicare Silica Blast (added to begin to help strengthen their branches) and then ph'd to 6.4 @ 74℉. I've also increased the output of the HLG 650R's to 35% which equates to about 230w at the wall which, of course has raised the temp's in the tent so I've also begun to run the A/C unit in the grow room which is keeping the temp's now at 75℉ in the tent. The RH is running around 75-78% RH giving a VPD of .67-.74 which I'll take! 😁👍 Other than what I've mentioned above, all I did was fill the humidifier with distilled water and watched my girls grow! 🤩 12/19- Today I watered them each with 0.25g of de-chlorinated water to which I added 3ml/g Fish Head Farms Fish Sh!t and 1 tsp/g Unsulfured Molasses which I then ph'd to 6.3 @ 74℉. I'm now watering through the bottom, filling the drip pan and letting the plant draw up the water into itself. I am also watering from the top, but only just enough to moisten the medium. They're really starting to take off now, a sure sign their roots are beginning to get well developed. Their 4th set of leaves have emerged and as they get bit bigger I may give topping, one or both, some consideration... we'll see! 12/21- Today I watered them both with 0.25g of straight de-chlorinated water each which was ph'd to 6.3 @ 74℉. I gave about 3/4 of it into their drip pans so they can draw it up into their medium, the rest I applied to the top of their medium just to moisten it. They're both doing fantastic with good color and vigor! They're not very tall and judging by their leaf shape and overall structure I'd say they are definitely leaning towards the Indica side of the gene pool! I'm holding off on deciding whether or not to top them, but will make a decision in the next couple of days! Well there's two weeks of veg behind us now, Week Three of vegetation is beginning and they should really start to take off! 😍👍 😎💚 Thank you for checking out my passion in life! This RS11 is a monster, stretch on now and so many bud sites it’s gonna be a mad next month watching her do her thing . Aside from defol and a bit of lollipop I had to tie down those two main colas or cola sites as they stretched pretty hard and I’m trying to keep her somewhat even. Good problems 😂she’s the queen of the tent so far

Last week's plant showed an adorable life power, I hope this one will be the same or better ^_^ (14d) I'm not noticing that now, but it still grows excellent! update (17d): it grows perfectly fast and robust. Box stayed outside and the morning sun heated it up to 40 degrees and humidity was 24%, so I moved the tent to my apartment. I like what I have now. (17d) Initially, I planned not to interfere grow process. No LST or any kind of topping, just defoliation, but now I started to think about LST and SCROG. MB I will start LST at the end of this week. (19d) LST. It grows very fast, and I worry that it can cause problems in my short tent. How do I calculate: 1.6m total size - (0.3m pot + 0.2m between the led lamp and strain) = 1.1m - which is less than the max size of the plant. I don't plan to bend strongly to the ground in a spiral, but I just wanna move the plant's living powers a bit ^_^ 20d even after 1 day I can see a major speed up in side branches growing tempo. I hope that will take some living power and plant size will be lower without losing weight (^_^) 20d during changing the pot's stand I shook the plant too much and broke one branch (marked on the photo with a red line). I propped up it so can't even see the breakpoint. Finally got my voodoo juice, and start using it instead of my GHE root booster.

09/03: Im pleased with their progress this week. They did indeed start growing nicely after their slow recovery adjusting to the removal of the humidity domes. I have my light at 60% and still about 18 inches away. My humidifier is never getting the humidity pas 59 when i want it to be in the mid 60s. And so i ordered the big AC Infinity humidifier and hoping it will do a better job. I was low of my typical nutrients and so i decided to try something new and bought an Advanced Nutrients stack. Going with the three part and B-52 and will mix in Big Bud, Overdrive, and Bud Candy later in the grow. Excited to see how this works out as i have seen a lot of great grows on here with these nutrients. I am just following their feeding chart recommendations until I dial in what i like. I plan to transplant them to their large 7 gallon auto pots sometime this week. Maybe as soon as tomorrow. 09/05: Transplant day! Today I transplanted them to their final 6.9 gallon pots. They all had great root systems that had not reached a root lock yet. I added some dynomyco to the transplant holes to help with root production. I will continue to water from the top for about a week before turning on the autopot drip system. 09/08: Decided to do an aggressive topping today, this was done at the 2nd to 3rd node, depending on the plant. I have not yet decided how i want to train them, but this will leave me with options while i decide over the next week. I know it looks like i took down half the plant, but trust me, we good. I may actually go with a form of main-lining that ive wanted to do for a couple years now.

Sorry for the late one I’ve been so busy plus this heatwave has had me tending to these girls non stop but there doing fine as you can see.today is day 31 of flower feeding once maybe twice a day.started them on the full shogun range now and they are lapping it up super green and healthy

Tough week put in and took out a new 85w led grow light. It was too hot in the tent and the lights burned a couple spots. Looking for ward to more flowers. She’s starting to smell like fuel and skunk. More bloom nutes this week. Going to buy a couple additives to boost it. Thinking about my next grow. And how to expand.

Just about ready for her final home in the 3 gallon.. just waiting on a little bit of a dry back, I find better success of transplanting right about as a plant needs to be watered so that the medium doesn't fall apart and take the precious roots with it ✌️

This plant was chopped at 91 days from seed has been hung and slow dried humidity controlled at around 60% strong orange and skunk smell will be jaring for a month now as branches have become snappy and I have weighed up everything roughing trimmed dry at 31g which for 3.50 I’m pretty happy with sorry for rough late updates back to work after lockdown and have been busy!
