Hi all👨‍🌾👋 Welcome to my another week update Hope everyone keeping well 🧑‍🌾 Week 6 Mar 8 - Mar 14 It was another easy and exciting week. Everything going absolutely great. Both girls stretched nicely despite selective defoliation on Mar 9. They bounced back almost immediately. Started adjusting mixtures towards removing fish mix completely and replacing with Bio grow. In coming week will adding bio bloom and top max to mixture. There was 2 waterings of 3ltr on Mar 9 + last foliar feeding and second on Mar 13 and it was first large feeding 6 ltr beetwen both. Surprisingly only a few drops of runoff. Watering in stages of approx. 500ml every 20-30min. Decided to not install a scrog this time as want to have opportunity to apply more old school methods of training and to be able to remove/rotate girls easily. Let's see if this will pay me off. Esta semana hubo un par de noches de tormenta, por suerte pude resguardarla bajo un invernadero improvisado y no sufrió daños. Aun sigue pidiendo bastante agua aunque no tanta como hace unas semanas. Queda poco para la cosecha, las colas están duras y pesadas, pero sus ramas parecen aguantar el peso sin problemas.

June 9: plant is doing great after first topping. Very hot and smoky again today. Did a foliar spray of Extreme Blend and potassium silicate, pH adjusted using Apple cider vinegar to about 6.8. Might have overdone it slightly but they’ll recover. June 10: foliar of soluble seaweed extract to help beat the 30 C heat. Still misting plants periodically to compensate for sub 30% humidity. I knew it was a hot spring, but holy fuck, 5.8 C warmer than historic average is crazy. June 14: rain day. Compost tea in video was left for 36-48 hours before use.

Last week in the vegetative stage for these OGs, they're already tall and full of nodes so I'm flipping into flowering light schedule NOW! Let's see how they will flower 😍 I'm expecting fat and sticky buds but my room is quite overcrowded, I may encounter trouble managing the RH and airflow. Thanks for stopping by! 👊

Some light defoliation and leaf tucking. Installed the Tray2Grow today and I’m excited. It’s looking great. The silica gave it a really beefy center stem. I dig it. I love this plant so much.

Hey guys, We are getting very close to the harvest, I would say one more week and I'll be ready to cut her down. Smell start to pungent and I love it! Buds are pretty compact but relatively small. I can see by the end of the week most of leaves are turning yellow, sign that the plant its releasing the last energies. Trichomes are mostly cloudy and for now there's no sign of ambers one. I'll keep you guys posted with the harvest week. Stay tuned, stay high!

weeks 7 and 8 the sweet aromas came through more and more. These Northern Lights are a great choice for a stealth grow. These two cultivars had some difference in morphology. Cultivar #1 grew a lot taller and faster than cultivar #2. #1 Stretched quite a bit more than #2, and her flower sites were much closer together. She was also more sensitive to watering, feedings, Light. and change in environment. Cultivar #2 grew much more short and compact, she pretty much trained herself in veg. In flower she had denser nugs and more internodal spacing. #2 was defintley the hardier culitvar and was a breeze to grow.

I start immediately apologizing for not respecting the week in updating the diary, but with work and looking after the plants I had no time. Now it is the end and I have collected everything. The experiments with ice water went really well and the pollen yield has increased again. The plant is spectacular and I am very proud of my work and what I have achieved. The buds are very compact and smell really exaggerated. This BlackBerry I cleaned it all out of the excess leaves apart from the little sugary ones and left it in whole branches and hung it on a clothesline that I am leaving in a dark room with the values checked at least for the next week so that I can start a new cycle. But the smell is just too much!!!! Great FastBud and sure I'll be making more varieties soon. The monkey has now burrowed on my shoulder and the desire to try this delight is more and more.
