Do-Si-Dos Auto is entering her final phase of flower with full-on fade, swelling buds, and thick trichome coverage setting in. This week she showed steady maturity across all sites — pistils began curling in and changing color, but many are still white and active, especially on the lower buds. I gave her a Cal-Mag watering early in the week and have since transitioned to mostly plain RO water as she finishes up. Temperatures climbed to 86°F indoors with 45% humidity, which may have pushed her a bit — I noticed some light upper-leaf clawing from heat stress midweek, but nothing major. The fade is progressing beautifully with purples and yellows coming in across the larger fans. Trichome checks showed mostly clear heads with a few starting to go cloudy — still no amber yet. She’s not ready to harvest, but she’s getting close. Buds continue to stack, and I’ll be checking trichomes daily moving forward to time the final flush and chop.

Por lejos este ha sido mi mejor cultivo hasta ahora, han sido los cogollos más grandes, densos y llenos de tricomas que he cultivado, comparado con el cultivo anterior en el que usé el mismo tipo de planta, está vez fue muy superior. Los motivos de la mejora pueden ser varios, incluidos más luz, ya que en el cultivo anterior solo tuve 480w, ahora fueron 720w, también usé tutores y palitos de madera para crear una estructura firme en algunas plantas, y fueron estás mismas las que tuvieron los cogollos más grandes, así que lo usaré en todas las plantas del siguiente cultivo. Además el tiempo de cultivo se redujo de 4 meses a 3 meses y medio, aprox. Ahora solo queda esperar unas 2 semanas para el secado y ver cuánto fue la cosecha total en gramos secos, la anterior fue de 635 gramos secos, está yo creo que por lo menos rondará los 700 gramos secos, incluso puede que me sorprenda y sea mucho más.

Extrema producción de tricomas de esta variedad! Gran parte de los frutos lo usaré para extraer rosin, su resina se ve ideal para este propósito. Fragancia exquisita a ponche de fruta dulce, con notas ácidas y un fondo de especias. Como mencioné anteriormente dejaré la parte de la reseña de efectos, sabores y sensaciones para cuando los cogollos estén secos y curados, por ahora solo puedo apreciar lo que mi vista y olfato me permiten captar. They all needed me to do surgery to get the shells off let's hope they grow. I got these as a bonus when I bought a pack like a year ago so there kinda old and I opened the package when i got them so humidity prob git to then little over time with an open package. I'm not sure what to expect from these but lit has failed to have anything other than a1 plants so

11/16/2020 She's growing, roots are nice and healthy, so time for flowering. Switching to 11-14 and flower dose will start today. Full bucket switch to Grow, Micro, Bloom flower week one Raised level of water to 16 liters just touching mesh pot, she used about 1/2 her water (6liters) And do not want her to go hungry lol

Flowering is going amazing, this candy cane is growing some very fast weight and caking up with Trichome’s. The sweet and slightly minty berry smell is growing in power day by day, and I’m very happy with how the size of the buds are developing since adding the increase of 2-8-4 and fish bone meal, just a little bit, not too much at all and she’s reacting great, knowing that the candy cane is a larger auto in size makes me a bit sad with the total size of this plant, but in its young age as my very first auto I believe I probably stunted it, but after all this and how she looks now Im more than happy with the growth, yield and quality of it, just speaking now as I do not obviously know how much I Will revive from it, I’m guessing about a ounce. No small bud sites other than maybe one on a lower branch that already has a main top cola on it. The main cola is massive and packing on a lot of size. I’ve switched the light to a hour less now as I am growing 2 photo indica L.A grape and with the season change I am having to fix my temp and humidity more for the photos, so changing to a 17-7 schedule has actually helped quite a lot and also has helped my other autos veg slightly better. But all in all I’m very exited!

Switched to GH flora 3 part. Playing around with flood times. The are taking up water at an exponential rate. Started with 3, 3 minute floods, up to 6, 4 minute floods and they're still drying up the puddles within an hour. Plant 1 is ahead of plant 2 by a day but it is half the size🤷‍♂️ Topped day 16. Not obvious in the photos as I had hoped but they bounced back within minutes Thank to evryone who gave their input, every little bit helps🙌 After all your suggestions, I've, backed off the light, backed off the flood time and count. We will see if these girls perk up a little more👍 Day 17 I noticed progression of what I believe to be a calcium deficiency? That's on me, forgot the calmag originally🤦‍♂️ another thing I decided to look into was the twisting of the leaves as the plant 1 is also starting to show. Could my ph be alot higher than I think? 4 gal res I added a couple ml of phosphoric acid at the start and about 1ml a day since(I didnt prep my cube as well as I should of) seems like alot to me. The system would rise from 5.3 to 6.3 throughout the day. A flood cycle doesnt seem to affect the ph, more over time. I am constantly stirring the mix and no my meter is not yet calibrated. I have ordered what I need but I'm considering calibrating with the chemicals I have and doing a res change. Good news is, they do seem a little more lifelike after implementing all your suggestions. Okay drained and rinsed my res, ro water into the tank was holding 6.97ph, good enough for the girls I go out with🤷‍♂️ gonna mix up a batch, do a top feed to waste, and see what happens. It has been nearly 24h since my last flood. Also, struggling with lows of 30% humidity sometimes. Dont know if that plays a role here. Okay something was off.. I did a top feed to waste with fresh 5.3 nutes and the runoff came out at 7.5.. so I did it again...and again...maybe a half doesnt times to each block with no change. I started to reuse the runoff as I wrote off the batch at this point. I then switched to a pump and did recirc feed to each block aprox 20 litres at a time, stopping to rebalance. Literally 100s of litres later I am stable at 5.5....going to drain rinse and refill. The interesting part is that what ever was saturated in those blocks is non conductive, the ec didnt change the entire time🤷‍♂️ Spent the next couple days recovering. Looking better now. Sardine catcher installed.

She is tall, incredibly vigourous, smells delicious and has potency levels which are off the hook. We had heard a lot about Gorilla Glue #4 and managed to get our hands on a cut of this super-strong and highly resinous strain which has being causing such a buzz. Opening this week is a surprise as the height of the untopped is surprisingly stretches the topped one stays compact and bushy First signs of pistils shows more clearly here I defoliated some lower leaves in couple days of the late week and LST at the end of week’s day before lights off.

This week has been all about shaping the plant. I’ve learned from last that the colas weren’t the same height, because I let the plant do it’s things with just a bit of training. Now I know what to look for so I’m trying my hardest. I top dressed this week with crab meal, Gaia green all purpose 4-4-4, insect frass, kelp meal, bone meal, azomite, and covered it with a healthy serving of worm castings (about an inch to 2 inches). All of which was sprinkled on all the chopped and dropped leaves/branches. I believe in adding biomass to soil, especially for an indoor growing who is money conscious. Doing that can help save me money going back to the store for more soil.

16/07 - Week 6 of veg and the ladies are looking very happy after their last watering yesterday. I added some nutes for flowering and they are about to reach the scrog net. I will flip in a few days when the Lemon skunk grow hits week 6 as well. 18/07 - Watered with just water phd at 6.8. Gave both of them 1L. One of the plants had some burnt/curling tips so I increased the light by 5 cm. Three more days until flip. I’m expecting a lot of vertical growth in the next few weeks. 21/07 - I watered the brown pit with 1L of water. The other pot still felt a little heavy so I’ll water it tomorrow. So this plant grew during winter, i cant heat the room where the tent is so the only warmth was from my LEDs and dehumidifier, during summertime this strain finishes in around 10 weeks from seed, if u like strong smoke you should try her out
