The time has finally come 👍 You have been switched to 12/12 hrs and are ready to flower. Of course, cuttings were cut beforehand to keep the genetics. She is very healthy and I am excited to see how she gets going again in bloom :-). This week it was poured twice with 1.2 l each time (for nutrients, see nutrient table above). Another week has flown by! The girls are doing great, cruise control this week as I have just been monitoring RH and temps. Trying to keep them as low as possible, I’ve been getting as low as 74 during the day and 68 at night. I finally took a look a look at the trichomes with my jewellers loop, lots of cloudy, and a few amber around the leaves and top colas, but still lot’s of clear trichomes. I’ve ordered myself a wireless/usb digital microscope to assist with the process, and looks like it will be here just in time to determine harvest day. 😎🎄 I started by eliminating the nutrients at the beginning of the week. I typically allow for 3-4 pure water feeds before I harvest, and at the rate they have been drinking, this should be enough to get through the 7-12 days they have before harvest. I don’t flush, but rather “rinse” with normal water amounts, allowing the plant to use up the remaining nutrients in the soil. This also allows me to recover most of the soil from my grows and reuse ♻️ with other soil mix. There has been great debate and a great deal of bro science out there for many years, but the recent studies suggest there is no difference in end result when it comes to flushing or using nutrients right until the end, if a proper dry and cure is performed. We are starting the third week. We are fighting pH, but hopefully we will win the war. We are slowly starting LST. We believe in further growth before switching to flowers.

One more week here we go, and this girls are ready to Flower, I’ve defoliate them a bit, gave them some foliar feeding and provably tomorrow or so i will put them to sleep for 24 h and wake them up at 12/12. Color on the leafs is back were i like and there for the time is now, the only reason I didn’t do it yet is because i want to take some clones from them just in case something outstanding comes out of this run, better safe than sorry and this way i can save the pheno with i like the most 😇💚 As for the LED department, i believe this VIPRARSPECTRA P2000 is just perfect for this 3x3 closet, PPFD numbers are on point and my girls are loving the spectrum coming out of it. Dried the flower for 10 days, and got 184.9 grams (roughly 3.3 ounces per plant which is smaller than I expected, but it is what it is) Curing now and i'm sure the quality will be amazing.

I dried it for 8 days and got me 42 grams and 2 grams of hash and if you think about a small one it was pretty full.

Good day to all my friends and visitors here on GD. Decided to finally finish this diary so that on New Year eve I'm not opening the year with unfinished business. Now we cut the second Tropicanna XL auto plant, the first cut you can find in week 17. The plant from week 17 weighted 2.6 kilo wet, this one finished at 2.1kg. wet. The girls where autoflower but thanks to me starting this grow in cold day temps (14 degree Celsius) the started flower really late and grew and grew :) I enjoyed growing this strain immensely, smells so sweet and fruity, she has the most intense and most delicious aroma ever She brunches off like crazy, gave me a ton of big and dense bud. They were the biggest plants I have ever grown and to top that this cultivar rewarded me with one of the most tasteful buds, fit even for a picky connesour. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SE7000 done it's magic with this grow as with all my other grow ops. Ich habe diese Woche mit dem entlauben angefangen. Und am zweiten Tag habe ich sie getoppt, beim versuchen mit low stress Training ist mir die Spitze abgebrochen. Passt war nur zu früh. Ich frage mich Ob es sinn macht den unteren Abzweig vom Seitentrieb auch abzunehmen da er so gewachsen ist das ja auch kein Licht abbekommt.

Its very frosty and I would say overall very good if you are looking for hash. I personally do not get much flavors out of it. I harvested 3 plants, flushed them properly, and dried them properly. All of that said, the flavor just wasnt there for me. I get a coffee aroma from its buds but definitely lacks flavor. I do not get any sweet notes from it like I should. This strain is strawbanana cream x do-si-do so I was hoping for a bit more flavor. I do not weigh wet, so final dry weight after a tight trim was a little over 6 ounces.

At night between 18 to 19°C --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- She isn’t doing well, and her condition has worsened this week. Most of her leaves are now yellowing, with some completely dying off. I’m attempting to save her by ordering a special fertilizer designed to increase nitrogen, as well as provide magnesium and other essential minerals. I plan to feed her with it tomorrow. If that doesn’t work, I’ll have to accept that she’s dying. Unfortunately, she has also lost some of her fruity aroma, and the smell is no longer as strong... I’ve seen reports from other growers about the AvT, showing cases of senescence, but it usually occurred only toward the very end. So, we’ll see if this is just a phenotype with an unusually early onset of senescence. She’s definitely harder to grow than I initially expected. Since the weather is getting quite cold for the region - and we’ve already had a bit of snow - the cellar where my grow tent is set up is cooling down, with nighttime temperatures dropping to 18–19°C. Therefore, I’ve ordered some heat mats, which should arrive tomorrow. I’m aiming to stabilize the root temperature at around 22°C consistently, so the nights won’t be too cold anymore. I’ll go into more detail in next week’s update.

I started with the flushing for these little girls who have started to turn purple .... the smell is very strong and it is really AMAZING The buds are literally covered with powerful glue that just touching them release a strong and pleasant smell .... I think I will not throw anything from the waste because every corner of the plant is covered with sparkling and powerful trichomes with which I hope to make good hashish I leave you wishing you a happy and abundant harvest for all of you see you around
