PK 13/14 Kur ist vorbei. Die Pflanzen sehen gut aus, haben nur zuviel Blatt Masse. Sollte ich sie noch einmal anbauen, dann ohne Netz und mit mehr entlaubung. Ich denke sie werden in 2-3 Wochen geerntet.

10/03/2020 Flowering has commenced! And I like how she is stretching, More than my cookie cake did and right at start of flower. I have decided not to top again, but I am going to take clones 2(SOIL) latter in the week, and 1 for DWC. More pics when I take clones (before and after)

Leaf management has become an issue as the leaves are getting pretty big and if I were a plant, i'd be feeling a bit crowded. added a reflector shield to protect the bottom area from getting too much light thereby reducing the temperature of the water. moved pump outside of tent to get colder air. insulated pot with a bubble wrap with reflective coating. result: water temp from 28 to 23 degrees.

So at the start of week 3 I began to LST CM#3 to just experiment basically and topped CM#2 I believe. Again, just to experiment. This is my first grow and I was stunned with the reactions to both! The new growth after topping was about 1/4” in about 12hrs.. Crazy to me and the lst is proving to expose these bud sites and encourage amazing growth QUICK!! I’ll continue to train daily. One of the videos show the topped CM just yesterday. In 4 days, it’s grown soo much! Also, a video mentions the gender reveal but since then, all 4 have officially revealed themselves as female at the 22 day mark.

Week 7 Update I really love these Autos! They smell amazing 😍. So I think the purple pheno is have is a banana purple punch, it looks very much like one. You guys can let me know what you think. My Groilla Cookies is growing nicely, I can see she's fattening up. My other 2 to the back are starting to fatten up as well. They are about a week and some days behind. They started to flower late so I'm looking forward to seeing them fatten up. The Purple pheno will probably be the first to harvest. She's showing some fast growth compared to the others. Flowering week 8. Flower developing was quite slow because i had too low humidity too early. Now humidity should be ok. Ph 6.0 & ec lovered to 1.60. Plant started to drink heavily on fd 52.

D42 - Today is the first day in the sixth week of veg for #2 and the fifth for #1. It has been six days since the first topping for the first girl, so I went ahead and topped her for the second time. I kept a couple of clones from her this time since she is so vigorous. I also had planned to do the third and final topping on the second girl but knew that I had to buy some more soil staples first. However, this morning a red warning showed up in my Corona warn app. It's the first warning I have ever gotten, but I'm triple vaccinated, of course, and I was wearing my N95 mask for this five-minute exposure, but I want to act responsibly and quarantine for a few days, just in case. So I improvised with BBQ skewers and some electrical tape. The skewers won't hold that well, but the branches are still small, so it shouldn't be a problem until I can venture out again. The cover crop was getting a bit unruly again, so I cut it back again. Finally, I gave both girls around 1.2-liters of water @ pH 6.3 and added a couple of qtips with peppermint oil to deter pests. D43 - I gave each girl about two liters of compost tea that I started brewing yesterday. A bit soon, possibly since I watered them only yesterday, but I needed to feed the girls in the other tent, so these girls got some as well. D45 - Aaaaaaaaaarrrrrgggghhhh! Thrips have found their way into the tent. Lately, I've noticed some discoloration on the older leaves but haven't thought much about it. Today though, it was much more pronounced. I took out my loupe and microscope, and sure enough, I could see thrips larvae. Ugh. I ordered some predatory mites immediately to help with the problem, but they won't get here until a few days, and I want to start fighting the infestation as soon as possible. So, I went out shopping and picked up some pure alcohol, chili flakes, and a spray bottle. After soaking the flakes for a couple of hours, I strained the mixture and prepared a 1:10 solution with distilled water in the spray bottle. I removed all older leaves that were affected most and then sprayed all the remaining leaves, taking care to get them soaked on both sides. This chili tincture is nasty stuff, though, and I was coughing like mad, and the snot was flowing like a spring-river. Next time I'll wear a mask! I also sprayed the clones outside the tent and the Chocodope girl in my other tent, just in case. The Colorado Cookies girl is in flower, though, so I couldn't spray her. She has no sign of infestation, but I'll treat her as well with the mites when they get here. D47 - I resprayed the girls yesterday with the chili tincture to ensure I got to all the little critters, and today, the predatory mites arrived. I hung one sachet on each plant, and I hope that's the end of the little buggers. D48 - The end of another week of veg. The second girl thrives after her third topping, and I will do the third and final topping on the first girl in a couple of days. Once that is done, I can install the scrog net. As for the thrips, I can still see larvae, but they are far and few in between. Hopefully, the predatory mites will soon make short work of them. I haven't even flipped yet, but there are already flowers in the tent!!! Alfalfa flowers that is :D

Week 11 VEG! In today's video we do the second transplant to the girls final pot. In two weeks I'll be sending the Clones to flower cutting the veg time short. I got some new beans that I'm wanting to pop and try out. Hope everybody's doing well what's a lockdown. Cheers!-G.I.JOSE

You can really see how the lights shine in comparison to my older ones. The brightness of the leds is next level and I can use their V1 spectrum from seed to harvest. Its a great balance of red and blue in a full spectrum light. The medic grow mini sun 2 is a all purpose light that I can see myself getting lots of use out of in the future. Plus they fit in my tent just as snug as my last ones and that's a big thing for me, I don't like dim corners. I am using the lights at 80% dim level. this will be raised to 100% when they enter flower :D First time useing lights I can dim. they also have an onboard timer attached to them, I will be playing aorund with this to see if its something I want to use in the coming weeks, I all ready have all the external timers so I can see how this is a useful tool for anyone starting off without them. On top of all this I also transplanted my plants into their final pots. they went from a .7-.8L to a 2gal or 7.5L, all the root balls on the plants where perfect, nice white roots, maybe a bit compacted for the size and might explain why I am having some issues with them but healthy none the less. I think they will not start to grow a bit better and I will see less issues moving forward. I still have yet to get a new PH pen but I am blindly guessing the PH by adding 2 drops of phosphoric acid ph down per 1gal of feed solution. it seems to be working out just fine. The size of the flowers seem to be a bit slower putting on weight compared to the last grow, only time will tell. Trichomes production seems to be better this time around 😃
