Week 4 She is the smallest Plant i Ever Grow :D

Hello friends! Here’s the skinny on my grow “First Mainline Attempt!”. I’m going to split this up a bit so it’s easier to follow, this will be a long one :) ~ Progress Day 56 ~ There’s been a lot of growth happening since I got this new light from KINGLED, genuinely surprised. I could notice the difference within hours that my little ones where love’n the light! Compared to last week the difference is huge (to me). I was using a Bestva LED light for my grows up to this point. I read reviews and thought that would be the best light (Bestva) within my current budget. But my plants didn’t seem happy, or growing at an expected rate, I thought I was doing something wrong. Well long story short the KINGLED has made a impact on my plants, I can’t believe all I needed was more light. I will post the light specs below if you’re interested. Now i’m gonna jump right into this weeks growth. I’ll separate each plant below and provide details on height and structure. ~ Individual Progress Notes ~ [CBD Blueberry] Height: 6.0" Tops: 8 Notes: Smallest of the mothers, and she has a weird asymmetrical growth pattern, the nodes don’t match evenly, not sure what mutation this is. It could be that this strain doesn’t like being mainlined.. If this negatively impacts the overall yield and quality I will kill off this mother plant and clones. I have 2 more seeds to germ so it’s not a total loss. [Mazar] Height: 8.0" Tops: 8 Notes: This girl is responding the best to the mainline experiment, I’m excited to clone her off later. Nice symmetrical growth :) [White Widow] Height: 6.1" Tops: 8 Notes: I honestly thought she would be the runt, guess not! Though not the biggest she has the phatest leaves and thickest canopy. I can only wonder what the next few weeks will be like. Must clone! [Super Silver Haze] Height: 7.2" Tops: 8 Notes: Another that’s responding well to the treatment. I’d like to clone her of as well as soon as there is enough growth for me to collect samples. I’ve only had this strain once so I’m hoping this will be as good or better, who knows :) [Purple Urkle #1] Height: 8.0 Tops: 8 Notes: I lost the clone to this girl, I'll need a replacement(s) to test before I flower, more stretch than the others, hmm (both 1 & 2 need to be tested via clones) [Purple Urkle #2] Height: 9.0 Tops: 8 Notes: This girl is very stretchy and her clone is insane! Thickest stalk out of any of my girls? I don't know why but she is phat, love it. Check out my diary "A Few Clones" if you're interested in this possible monster of a plant :) ~ Concerns ~ My only real concern at this point is mite and insect control. This grow is in the garage so that’s not especially easy to avoid. Staying vigilant and nuke’n everything that moves (without harming my plants) is working so far. Those pesky mites and other fan favorite insects! I swear I’ll get my revenge >:( ~ Final Thoughts ~ Other than the local mite population making claims to my property, I’m very satisfied with this weeks progress. Installing the ducting and fans was the hardest chore I had to do, and now that’s taken care of. Before I finish up I want to apologize for not being as detailed and thorough these past few weeks. Now this is a bit personal but I’m willing to share it with ya’ll. My mother has stage 4 cancer, yeah… It hasn’t hit me like a train yet, but I’m still suffering. I’m trying to prepare myself in the event she doesn't make it through chemo and that’s a tough pill to swallow friends. Hopefully I can produce some cbd medicine for her to ease her pain, and help to improve her quality of life. 09/21/24 - Purple Punch 👊 & Green Crack 💚 Both these girls got the lollipop 🍭. All the winners stayed 🏆 😂. They got a bump up in the PPM, and we also increased the TPS Signal for the 3gallon dunk to now 3ml. 100% Bloom juice now. Runoffs are in the 6.3-6 4. So they thriving. 09/24/24 - Purple Punch 👊 & Green Crack 💚 Both these girls are drinking heavy, and already starting to see frost on the PP. We have them a top feed of just pH 7.2 water, to hit the 6.4 runoff.

She is a beast at the end of week 5 (day 35). LST Goal: Create an even FLAT Canopy with out the use of Scrog nets or stakes. This is achieved by tying down all the branches evenly, so that every top gets the same amount of exposure to light, air and nutrients.

11/16: I had to move a bunch of seedlings into the closet and decided to just go ahead and run the lights at 24/0 for these last several days. I've got the lights to within 8 inches on all of the flowering plants and as little as 6 inches on a couple of them😈. It's been cold out, so I've been able to keep my temps nice and low. I also have a 6500k floodlight on in there to "winterize" the environment a little more. 11/18: (bugles sounds) Introducing....The Frost Queen and Princess! I harvested the last two Orange Sherbets today...Wow, just wow!😍 11/20: Today I harvested the last two Wedding Cheesecakes and all three Gorilla Cookies. Kind pressed for time, so I just did a cursory trim before taking some photos and washing them. The Gorilla Cookies are every bit as dense as the Wedding Cheesecakes. The gigantic WC has a few seeds here and there, so if I don't spot any spent nanners on her, I'm gonna assume the pollination was done by the short/bent Strawberry Pie that I deliberately left a few male flowers I spotted on. That would make for some kind of special auto hybrid right there.. Well. that's a wrap on this crop. I'll do harvest reports on each strain as soon as they've cured a little bit, but I can tell you already that I'm gonna love most of them. Aromas are incredible!

Growth exploded this week as the flowering stretch kicked in. Swapped the 600w MH bulb out for a 600w HPS. Introduced low strength biobizz bloom feed 0.5ml/l Only issue I was having this week was slightly high humidity bur I've popped a small dehumidifier in the tent that seems to of sorted that out.

Day 91 - Started week 14 off with 2 gallons of plain pH’d water. It’s looking like this will probably be her final week and she’ll get the chop this coming weekend. I’m still thinking I’m not going to do a full harvest, I’ll chop the main buds and such and see if I can get the lower popcorn shit to fatten up. This is one of the best plants I’ve grown to date and want to maximize as much of her as I can. Day 92 - She’s getting really close now, I can almost taste her. Thinking about chopping most of here either Friday or Saturday. Buds are nice and dense and wanna get the lower popcorn to fill in after chopping the main colas. Not seeing much for amber trichs but there’s a few in there and she’s all cloudy other than that. Day 93 - Gave her 2 more gallons of plain water today and that will probably be it. She will be getting chopped this weekend and gonna let her dry completely up before cutting. Starting to show quite a bit of amber trichs so she’s ready, just holding out till Friday.

End of Week 7 CO2 is definitely increasing growth rates but also changes the game with controlling your environment now that it has to be sealed in order to not waste CO2 unnecessarily. You change one thing and it adds many other variables to keep everything in check. I am learning everyday and that's why I grow. The trellis net is doing its job and the canopy is looking nice and even. I also added a soil top-up and top dress of some BioBloom and Mycorhizae so it can start breaking down before I flip to flower next week (Slow release dry organic amendments). And the ladies are using up nutrients in the soil much faster because of the added CO2 (another variable to take into consideration - faster growth = faster nutrient consumption) In detail: -Carefully removed trellis netting -Ammended each plant individually with my soil mixture and nutrients -Placed them back in the tent -Reinstalled trellis netting and trained the ladies to shape Pest Report: Thrips VS Ladybugs... I decided to fight fire with fire - I purchased Swirski-Mites from Koppert (They are beneficial insects that feed on the eggs and larvae of thrips and other unwanted pests). As for the adult thrips - I got very lucky and found about 10 Ladybugs in my garden and decided to introduce them into my grow room as they will feed on adult thrips and any other unwanted pests. I did not spray any insecticide this week and it really seems like the ladies are happy with my new method of bio-warfare and are wilting less and less often

Lilac Diesel RBX2 Both plants smell diesely but the pheno with sativa like bud structure smells way stronger and has sweet pineapple notes along with a strong musky scent, I dried a small amount of it and i gotta say that this is the strongest tasting flower I've ever smoked in my life! Sweet pineapple inhale with a sharp diesely exhale. ALL ORGANIC NUTRIENTS USED!! GAIA GREEN 4-4-4 AND 2-8-4 WITH SOME ORGANIC SEAWEED EXTRACT WATER AND MOLASESS! ENDED UP BEING BETTER THAN ALL THE STUFF I GET FROM THE DISPO HERE IN MA! STRONGEST TASTING BUD IVE EVER SMOKED/VAPED AND IVE BEEN SMOKING SINCE I WAS 14!

No update last week sorry got busy. In week 10 of veg they were cruising along and got bushy as can be from the heavy Defoliation. I wanted to give them a chance to really recover unlike usual before doing any more cutting or defoliating. Now we are in week 1 of veg and the single GMO Zkittlez needed nutrients so I gave it 21 ml/g of the A and B, 9 ml/g of Voodoo and Bud Candy and 10 ml/g of Cal-mag plus since I know it's a heavy feeder from growing GMO sherbet in the past. The rest will be getting the listed nutrient mix this week on their next watering. I defoliated them heavy this week again to allow any branches to stretch to the net that want too. I also took off any branches that were dying from being severely shaded, that just would be in the way later on, or were not worth keeping. I added in some green lacewings (eggs as we speak) to keep any pests at bay and prevent any future issues as part of my new organic IPM regimen. Everything looks amazing and I can't wait to see the end result!!

Buenas chicos, llego la 4ta semana y como sabrán, las nenas estan muy saludables, las colas comienzan a notarse mas y el engorde va optimo, seguimos aplicando co2 a 1400 ppm y se aumento la ec a 3.0, las luces suplementarias de IR, UV Y DEEP RED estan haciendo su trabajo, ya veremos que tal termina todo.

This was my first time growing outdoors, and this variety did well in Eastern Ontario region. I started seeds indoors and put the mainlined plants in the garden in early May. They were done flowering September 27th. The plants were beautiful and purple. The flavour is sweet and earthy. This is remains my favourite variety. One thing I learned from this outdoor grow is that I need to allow more space between plants. One of these Purple Kush plants was choked out and didn't grow as well as she could have. Next year I'll do a better job.
