Sep 21: at end of week 30. Plant is nearly done but I think I need to start another diary to finish this off. The weather is nice for another couple of weeks so I should keep it going. Sep 25: continued in new diary.

Finally finished my last week of veg and sent these girls into flower last night. I tried to continue scrogging the larger pheno and somewhat succeeded, there’s now only a 3-4 inch difference between the 2 plants. There’s some slight discolouration on some of the leaf tips but it isn’t too severe and I’m not seeing any other signs of deficiency or stunted growth.

Still swelling but starting to slow down and swagger. It's kolas are becoming so large that it's really starting to weight down the plants small height and stature. Trying to get away with not holding it up but I will see how the further biggest kola starts to lower more how it'll end. I'm starting to lower the feed and get ready for the last 3-4 weeks I'll be giving these plants. Some more foliage will be removed eventually in the coming weeks and also I'll start to change the feed up a little. You can really see the difference in the two phenos. One's a lot like a leafy gelato and the other is OG all the way with great dense kolas. I'm expecting the Gelato type pheno to take 9-10 weeks and the OG one seems to be showing it's age more rapidly with it's pistil development and colour change beginning to start while the other seems untouched and continues to shoot newer whiter pistils!

Ok, so I forgot to take any pics on week two and holiday time week 3 came up real fast. so we are going to skip over any of the week two details. just watered em and they grew. This week we did a nice little transplant into their final 2gal pots. Fortified with a bunch of amendments and Acti-Sol, everything is listed in the video. Any question just let me know. I don't age my medium at all and I think I should start doing this to avoid some other things, I just find it hard to do it in winter time indoors as soil can be stinky with amendments and I like it to stay in the tent under the carbon filter. Medium I used is 40% coir, 30% perlite, 20% compost, 10% vermiculite and 10% worm castings. Then the amendments are added into that at the rate of 30-60ml per 1Gal of medium. This batch has Gaia 4-4-4, Gaia Insect Frass, Giaia Diatomaceous Earth, Gaia Rock Dust, Acti-Sol Seaweed Meal, Acti-Sol Shrimp/Crab Meal, Acti-Sol 4-3-2, Acti-Sol 4-6-8 and Bokashi. Nice little mix, water it in with a bit of magnesium and microbes dissolved into the water. The bokashi should help break everything down and make a bit of a acidic environment for all the meals and rock dust to become available. Roots looked good, not a dense as some runs but still nice. I feel the soil might be a bit hot so will expect some burnage on them hopefully its nothing to crazy. Will ph down with a mix of citric, malic and ascorbic acids. They are in a rate of something like 50-60%/40-30%/5-10%, its written down in my of my notes just can't find the pad ATM. Also more videos vs anything this week. I like em more but processing them is annoying AF. Side note, my lights timer was on 12/12 not 16/8 so it explains why they went into bloom, switch it back and will top the plants next week one they start to reverse their ways and get comfortable in the new pots. Also got ride of the chive seed start as it was looking sad, plus I got a bunch of European chive varieties in the mail yesterday and want to try them out. see if they really have any different taste and what ones I like better. Hello Diary, We are approaching harvest time, and so is the Apollo F1, which is maturing quite quickly. The flowers continue to fill in nicely, are very sticky to the touch and are now slowly showing signs that the peak of flowering is approaching. The leaves are still a healthy green color, it's not like they're starting to change autumn colors, which is not so common for me, but I'm glad about it. Still watering every three days. As of this week, I have stopped adding supplements, I only water with clean water that I lowered the pH value. The conditions on the farm are still good (unchanged), the temperature is around 28 degrees while the humidity is around 45%. Here's what it looked like last week. 18/06/2023 - Day 50. Watering. I prepared the usual 7 liters of water, lowered the p.H. at 6.0 I watered all three plants evenly with the hundredth amount. 21/06/2023 - Day 53. Watering. I repeated the same procedure as three days earlier. 24/06/2023 - Day 56. Photography for the end of the 8th week and after that I watered the plants. That's all for this week, see you soon.

It's still growing nicely and except for the thrips that I can't eradicate no matter how many times I spray the whole plant with neem oil, everything is going well. If anyone knows an efficient way to deal with thrips, feel free to share 🙏

sorry for the late update the farm dog went missing a couple of days b4 my weekly visit to the pot patch. I spent the entire week looking for her. We did eventually find her exactly 1 week after she went missing. plants are doing well. 3rd week into bloom did a bit of house keeping on the interior of the plant. no big defoliations though I dont believe in that on outdoor plants. not a hint of PM and very very strong branches now thanks to all the foliar sprays with Silica.

So she had some nice growth this last week. I'm hoping this next week is its last bit of growth, can only move the light up another 3 to 4 inchs. I've got to clean up the lower section A bit more, more growth there then I'd like. So far it's growing a lot nicer then the last plant I did in this tent with a SCRog set up. The size of the squares on the last grows netting were 6" and this one is 4". Way easier to get a proper looking SCRog plant then with the 6" that's for sure. Now that the temperature outside has warmed up the night time temperature has been better then earlier weeks. The humidity has also gotten a lot better. Especially after I add a 4" muffin fan to the lower 4" duct hole. The humidity went up but the temperature went down a bit during lights on. Ive had to lower my temperature switch just to get the 4" duct fan to turn on to suck out the stail air. Think what I'll do is add a second plug to the temperature switch so I can add the 4" muffin fan to it so that itll only turn on when the temperature goes up instead of running 24/7. I've increased the feed up to 1000ppm and am give it 1.5L of water a day with 250ml max run off. My run off ppm is only 1080ppm so that's a great sign so far. I've been trying my best to keep the ppm levels equal every feed but itf luctuates a bit but no more then 60-80ppm. Same with my Ph, because I'm using the Jungle Juice base nutrients it's not part of Advanced Nutrients Ph perfect line so I have to adjust it. I usually try to have it swing back and forth between 5.9 and 6.1 and the plant seems to be liking it. Tho I'm not done this grow yet this light is doing a lot better in this tent then the last light. Only downside is that one burnt out diode. Because I always try to plan a grow ahead, I'm already planning on trying that last light out again (Phlizon PH-1000 125w that they apparently don't make anymore). But this time it's going to be in my 2x3x5 fusion hut tent with Royal Queen Seeds Fast Eddy CBD AUTO strain. Also going to add a ex hale bag to it. Well that's all for now growmies. Keep growing!!!
