Today I checked the moisture of the soil and decided to water via the garden hose with well water along with a good drink of fresh Compost Tea. 4/30- Rain showers today took care of my watering duties! Yesterday I sprayed her down with Neem Oil to see if it helps to mitigate whatever is beginning to chew on her leaves. 5/2- Another week gone by and this lady is beginning to look like she might end up being a standout! This plant was an absolute joy to trim. This plant consisted of buds and stems only, so I am actually curious what the dry weight will be.

Week 4 started. Defoliated on day 21. Looks like they're fine with it 😉 The smell is ridiculous. I cannot touch them without them stinking like crazy (and me with them). Got that frost going on, hope they'll keep it coming!

Way bigger than expected. The buds got very large by the end of flowering. The smell is strong and delicious, the buds looks dense and are heavy. Will update when dry. Update 1 : I put 1/3 of the harvest into a water curing cycle. Five days changing water every day. First time I tried, the water was clearly taking something out of the plant not sure what by now. Made it dry yesterday all the water is gone already and now its about being really dry before storing it.

Just germinated the 3 OG Kush seeds, only one had a tap root. Decided to soak my White Widow just in case only one OG plant makes it. 6 plants in total (if the other 2 OG makes it)

---GENERAL COMMENT--- Girls are at day 4 technically, but i like to update Sunday always, so keep that in mind, is 1/2 a week now. From germination to soil emerging took 3-4 days, no issues at all. 100% germination rate from multiple breeders till now. I will try my best to do a stress free grow again, so will grow mainly naturally. ---RQS EASY BUD--- Ironically the Easy bud is developing better and growing faster than her sister. ---DAY 10 UPDATE--- Over some days she got volume, just started to use RECHARGE, and wow, that thing works, 48H you could tell something is different, since watering with it the stem is thicker and is growing more vigorous, lets see how it will impact overall! ---DAY 14 UPDATE. WEEK 2 FINAL--- This is the last day of this week and this girl is absolutely amazing, she grew a lot, showing already the intension of shooting up more stems, i'm very happy with her, it has been a delight to grow, response in very good. Voodoo juice is of by now, will keep the recharge maintenance every other watering as i'm loving it. Feeding program will start soon!

wow, she's amazing:) with the conditions she has, this is a super result :) the weather is not spoiling us - every day, little sun - lots of clouds + almost half a balcony :D :D she has 3 more weeks - then I'll go on a long vacation :) everything didn't go as planned,:) I think she needs more time:) there will be a renewal until the finish :).

Growth still slow. LST started in earnest, I didn't fill the soil high enough in the pot so the pot flexes too much to pull the stems down. Note to self, fill the pot more next time. Flowering has started!

FBT2403 is about half way through bulking. She has a fruity, sour, herbal smell at the moment. She has a nice layer of frosty goodness on her. She has been growing well. The veg cycle was shorter than i usually like to have a plant go through, due to time restrictions for the Bubba Cheesecake Diary grow-off, but it still did fantastic in my mind! Three months in veg under high-octane light and 11 1/2 weeks in flower have let this plant turn into a dreadlocked group of nugs. Three main colas, but lots of burnable flower to enjoy once the dry is finished. I did a light LST with a decent amount of defoliation throughout the plant's life. I like to open up the middle area of the plant and let as much light as possible hit as many branch and potential flower nodes as possible. This way, i don't need to lollipop as many branches and as much foliage as i would if i didn't do this. Plus, the candelabra look is b-e-a-Utiful, in my opinion. Light intensity through veg ranged from 40% as a fresh seedling to around 55% the week before i put it into the bloom room. Once it was in the bloom room, the intensity was set at 50% for the first couple weeks to allow for a decent stretch. After that, i think i recorded the light intensity in my diary notes for each week. But, just in case i didn't, I bumped up the intensity by a few percent every 3 days until i hit 100%. Once i got to MAXIMUM POWER, i left it there until harvest. Water was natural well water that tests out at 7 pH. I always added BuildABloom to the water, never the soil, when i used it. Same with Dr. Earth's 1-2-1 tea concentrate. Other than those instances, it was just straight water that i was giving to the plant. Grow rooms are both about 4'x8'. Week 8 and she’s looking super amazing with her low structure 👨‍🌾🏻 Buds are fatten up really fast right now and she is literally full of trichomes ❄️ The smell is amazing

So we have harvested the wedding cheesecake abruptly as I think one might have started too herm possibly as I saw signs hence the abrupt chop of all as only days away from end of week 8. There are no seeds or any disinformation yet I saw under scope slight growing signs of possible coming g of herm so didnt waste time too chop... will inspect once dry all should be okay 🤞 The buds smell absolutely delicious theres more of a creamy cakey aroma bursting through more than anything like a creamy woft through the air. The girls grew amazingly considering I went from auto feed too hand feed although didnt seem too have a negative affect end result shows so I'd like too re run the wedding cheesecake ff again solely by hand/autopot this time all way through. Buds form grameat with great resilience too conditions out of control as I myself have a heatwave and they seemed too handle well. Over all I would strongly recommend this monster of a grower too all, she is a beautifull strain with such a great growing process. I will keep one girl for flower and the not so perfect girl for hash or too be pressed once cured for a month or so... These were flushed only a week unfortunatley due too early chop but as in coco I'm sure I'll be fine after a cure even for the hash girls.

End of Week 8 (First week of flower) Increased the CO2 to 1200ppm and the ladies love it, already started stretching within the first 3 days of flower which shows that CO2 definitely boosts the grow cycle of cannabis. The main top-sites are popping up everywhere and everything looks evenly spread out. I defoliated again because the fan leaves are growing so fast and blocking bud sites. I also did one last lower canopy maintenance and removed small and stalky bud sites and stems below the trellis net to make sure I get maximum energy distribution to the main colas. I also added some GHF BioEnhancer to make sure the soil-microbes are happy and that the plants reach their maximum potential. Pest Report: EXTERMINATED! Thrips VS Ladybugs VS Neem Oil... I decided to fight fire with fire - I purchased Swirski-Mites from Koppert (They are beneficial insects that feed on the eggs and larvae of thrips and other unwanted pests). As for the adult thrips - I got very lucky and found about 10 Ladybugs in my garden and decided to introduce them into my grow room as they will feed on adult thrips and any other unwanted pests. Then to be extra sure I know that neem oil hinders the life cycle of pests like thrips causing them to stop colonising in my grow room. So I sprayed the ladies every day during the dark period to make sure there are no pests that I or the Ladybugs have missed. Mission accomplished. No more wilting and definitely no more thrips.
