This is a cross of Super Lemon Haze & Clementine bringing you an earthy lemon haze on the inhale and an orangy sweet smooth explosive burst on the exhale. Hard Defoliation was done around day 30, as you can see. She had wide fans but underneath had grown her nodes enough to stand alone. Took about 25% of the Defoliation planned for the 3-4 Days. On Day 34, she's a fantastic grower. The biggest in the tent out of them all. I plan to Pre flower her by next week. And after pre flower her tops will be HST'ed and during the start of the flip. I'll take most of what I don't want or that doesn't look like it'll have heavy stigmata sites. (Stand alone bud sites will be removed). She just went through a hard defoliation of her many of her top fans throughout the week. I usually take up to 15-25% a day or until my fully planned defoliation is done 3-4 days. I'll give what's left time to catch up. Then remove those major fan leafs once they've produced a node that can grow on its own strenght without to much delay. So, all in all another week. Not the 2 months as planned in veg. But, I didn't expect such growth so fast. Not with this development anyways. She's a super pheno. Checked sites, no bracts, hairs have popped (meaning she's throwing out the hormone that is telling you, she's ready to flip when you are) 730nm will be used during the Fattening stage to enhance the DLI (lighting on my 1hr40mins) this will only be used for the fattening stage. Then UV-A will be used in ripening. 1hr a day in 2x30m windows and 1hr x2 after 5-6 days into ripening for the remaining of ripening up until the last 1-2 days when she'll be ran on a low ppfd (like a sunset) or ill put her to sleep and put in a 48hr dark rest. TBD Day 35 she's at to moving through this week great. Took a clone. Had to. All though I've not had a taste. If the bud is good. I'll be delighted to have this clone that will be well into veg by the time she's done. I've decided to put her into flower by day 40ish I'll LST her. Last defoliation of leafs were nodes have grown enough to push themselves. Its wasn't my plan. A 4-5 month grow. If I leave this girl for another 4 weeks in veg. She'll take over the whole tent. Alga Grow will be stopped on after the next feeding. And bloom will be added. Power buds will be used for pre flower stage. weeks 7 and 8 the sweet aromas came through more and more. These Northern Lights are a great choice for a stealth grow. These two cultivars had some difference in morphology. Cultivar #1 grew a lot taller and faster than cultivar #2. #1 Stretched quite a bit more than #2, and her flower sites were much closer together. She was also more sensitive to watering, feedings, Light. and change in environment. Cultivar #2 grew much more short and compact, she pretty much trained herself in veg. In flower she had denser nugs and more internodal spacing. #2 was defintley the hardier culitvar and was a breeze to grow.

Starting week 3 today, with a challenge ahead with this little bad girl! It seems to be a lack of Nitrogen, and I'm pretty afraid of burning the plant. I'm feeding the plant once each two days, with Seaweed Tonic, 150ml with the suggested dilution from the bottle. Now I have also a bottle of Canna Terra Vega, with NPKS 3-0-3-0. Is it a good idea to start feeding the plant, with also this nutrient? The soil is a mixture of 80% organic soil + 20% of coco coir. Could be a lack of nutrients from the soil? What is the best agenda to follow with nutrients? (: Cheers!! UPDATE (17/02 - Day 17): based on the suggestions made by many members, I've tried to gather the best of all and decided to make some moves in an effort to save this plant, and to avoid the same situation to the other 2 plants: #1 - Lifted the LED panel to double of the height, so the distance to the plants went from 50cm to 100cm #2 - This change with the distance from LED panel helped to low down the highest temperature achieved during the day from 27.5°C to 24°C #3 - Since day 15, the plants haven't been watered, in a move to try to dry a little bit the soil, once I was watering every day with something close to 250ml a day. Now I'll return with water in a few days, while I wait for some signals from the plants that they are needing water #4 - Pushed forward the idea to start feeding them this week, and maybe I give just a little bit of seaweed solution to root development when I come back with watering. Hope it works fine!

7/15 (Day 28)- Everything seems to be going well and everything is staying in check. I’ve been adding around 1 gallon of nutes ppm to 550 and ph 5.8 to res around every 12 hours. Having to defoliate some every couple days to unblock light. These are very short bushy girls. I’ve been doing some light LST as well, mainly just lightly bending some as I defoliate. Roots look nice, big and healthy. My humidity during the night is starting to be a concern. It’s getting high and my little dehumidifier is not doing much. Will monitor and continue update daily. 7/16 (Day 29)- Started off the day with a gallon of nutes to top off res, then did some light LST, just trying to figure out the best way to do that. Trying to keep them all even. They continue to grow like crazy and each day I have to pluck a few leaves here and there to open up some light for the newer smaller growths. Everything is in check, water and bite change in the morning. 7/17 (Day 30)- They continue their short, rapid, bushy growth. Flushed and added fresh water and nutes. PM to 500 and PH 5.8. Everything stays in check. 7/18 (Day 31)- Progress continues, did some more light defoliation and added another gallon of nutes to res. 7/19 (Day 32)- Things continue along. Didn’t do much today, just monitored and added a gallon in the morning and a little before lights off. 7/20 (Day 33)- Pretty much same as yesterday. Probably going to take another stab at some LST and light defoliation on Saturday. 7/21 (Day 34)- Same as previous two days. Just monitored and made sure everything was good, they are drinking about 2 gallons a day now. I also added a dehumidifier to the room, humidity at night was getting really high so we will see how this helps. Tomorrow starts a new week and I'm excited to see the timelapse tomorrow. We are at day 21 on this Cali snow and she is doing well. Takes training great and she hit a nice growth spurt at the beginning of the week. The girls are getting crowded but the setup is running like a well oiled machine. I will have to get them spread further apart somehow and they will be going under the QB lights soon. If I can keep the momentum going as smooth as it has been we might just get some late summer snow! Happy growing everyone.

Day 64 05/07/24 Friday Start of week Big feed today 4L pH 6.2 only 20% run off. So I have done final LST on her, I'm proud of what she has grown into over this veg period. What a BEAST 🙌💪🤯💚 I'm allowing this week to be final veg week before I flip her. She has so many tops I'll count them and add to diary tomorrow ✌️💚 Day 65 06/07/24 Saturday The day after LST, she has bounced straight back 💪, she's a damn beast 👌 Picture update Day 66 07/07/24 Sunday Watering with De-chlorinated tap water, pH 6.0 and added cal-mag 7ml for 5L. No run off but bottom of fabric pot is lovely and moist so will leave it there today 😁 Day 67 08/07/24 Monday De-chlorinated tap watering today 5L with DyNoMyCo. Hoping this will help root zone uptake more nutrients during flush- we will see. Updated short video Day 69 10/07/24 Wednesday Feed today! De-chlorinated tap water pH 6.0. did a 3L run through had about 1ltr run off due to high humidity this week, she never needed it I guess. But just wanted something to pull fresh oxygen through substrate. She's getting so damn big, have to flip her tomorrow else she'll never fit under 600w hps in tent 🤦‍♂️😍
