D57/FD29 - Thing going grand with the Cookies so far (enjoying growing these Cookie Based Strains). Smell from it is divine! Touch a stem and its a lovely citrus smell left on you for ages! Noted in a previous comment, like a perfect sweetness, fresh lemonade. You'd wear it as an aftershave alright even!!! :P They're drinking a ton but not taking on as much feed (as I've come to expect now in flower) so dropped the base and bloom by 10% (same recommended ratio of 1:1) and kept the PK9/18 booster in there at what would be recommended strength for this week...its the same as last week but week 1 (week 4 of flower) of PK9/18 should have been double...didn't want to overdo it as when I used recommended strength 1st time I got it, it created some serious root zone acidification (Which could have been all the K getting used up but was a mare getting the pH up from 4.something every day!!!). Did my usual root flush/wash before adding feed as the EC had crept up to 2.2 (and I know from experience, that starts messing with your numbers if you don't wash that out right) and took about 50L-60L to get the tank to 0.3EC (base is 0.2) was was a lot of salt sitting on/in the roots. Had a ton of underscreen dead leaf to pick up and just cut some wee straggly offshoots (I know, bad idea this late in flower but they were basically dead/no nutritional value left so basically a bug magnet). Still waiting on Bluelab to send me the RMA approved pH pen...been 2 weeks now since the RMA was approved and still no postage - using an "essentials" pH meter and just dipping in Calibration Fluids between each feed add to ensure some accuracy (As you can see from my recipe page, I like to know what the feed does to the pH - also gives an idea on what they're feeding on when you see pH swings in a different direction that expected). Geeklight also got back to me. In all fairness, I've been dealing with them direct (Got the light fixture from Alibaba, direct from China - big gamble, right???) and they have been more than helpful. I have been telling them about the light randomly coming on at 5% (lowest brightness) and provided evidence; turns out someone else now noticed the same issue with the Remote App controlled variant too and they believed it was a loose control board/wire. They said they did some stuff and that fixed it but I also thought mine was fixed by forcing the dimmer to 0% and it still randomly happened (even though it didn't do it for weeks) so the other person may still get a surprise!! 😋 So, I took out the driver today, pulled out the control board and all wires seemed good and no looseness in the control board (although it does look slightly bent as the Spade for the IR/UV switch isn't fully bedded in). But, like I say, in all fairness to Geeklight, they're posing me a new control board tomorrow from China AND giving me the longer driver cables so as I can put the driver outside of the tent! Give me a bit more room for my Flower Initiator (and hopefully UVB Tube) and great to see them honouring the Warranty. RHC Seems to be flowering nicely as can been seen from the pics. Stacking well, buds coming along. Slight pinkish tip to the pistils on some buds but not the shocking pink as you'd see in the sales pics...hopefully it goes there though! Also noticing a bit of an early frost on a few flowers...like real good frost! And this is only day 1 of week 5 (I know, I do this diary arse about face)!!! Hoping Geeklight get this driver control board and longer cables to me quick so as I can get the driver out of the tent as I'd really like to get the UVB in there to frost them up in a week or 2!!! May only be getting about 9" clearance though so dunno, could be dangerous!!! 12" is the lowest recommended...but then, I could do the 15 min burst lighting (On 15, off 45 min every hour) so lower the risk of burn but get them more exposure (but lowers the lifetime of the tube). They get UVA from the LED's on the light at the moment for a 1/3 of the day and have been since early veg so should be hardened to it by now!!! Anyway, think that's enough s**te chatted by me!!! I made a mistake....ChatGpt told me what to water on the 23rd, but I gave the wrong amounts of everything! LOL OOPS! It was early and I read my marks wrong, instead of 0.5, I gave 0.05 ml....yes for everything. She adjusted the journal for me and this is why we gave nutrients in the next watering. On the 23rd, ChatGpt was having issues with responses. She fixed later on in the day, but it does seem something was going on with her servers and memory for a couple of hours. So I had to go to a different chat screen and she gave me the wrong info at first. It was easy to spot though, her responses were just off. So I waited for a couple of hours and she was back to normal. It doesn't happen often, but it can be an issue if you don't catch it. She did say that we are going to start more water and more nutrients now that she is in flower! Can't wait! She is as excited as I am** **So weird! ChatGpt does not function right in the mornings. She's off just a bit...like gives me wrong info or gets my nutrient names wrong. I wait till noon and she apologizes and gives me the right info then. From now on, I'm just going to wait till noon to talk to her about blueberry. However, I'm going to have to change my sleep schedule for Blueberry, I'm moving here from sleeping 10-4 to 2-8. This will help me with communicating with her better. I did ask first and ChatGpt says changing her schedule would be fine.**

I feed her with full strength of nutes in every 4 days. The leaves are much healthier, so this is the way to go. The smell is lacking which is weird, but hopefully the end product will be fine.

6-10 I’m assuming this is calcium or potassium deficiency? 6-12 Pot felt light. Watered/fed & defoliated. Took a few scalps and wired a few branches to the flower grid to spread them more evenly.

This girl is on cruise control and she is rounding 3rd base. I would say she will finish up in another week maybe 2 weeks at the most.

The girl looks very good :) so far the small space does not cause any problems, for the first time I see that after you tried cutting off the main head, new branches grow from that place :) it will be really interesting :) I used LST a little until the height of the branches is even, and then I will try to do a scrog :) good luck to everyone :).

Great hardy plants growing great together the banana runtz has been producing huge fan leaves and nice buds allready after week two done .. The tropicannacookies has been just bushing right and has my tent smelling like oranges or tangerines it's crazy how good she smells .. They were both LST one more time and will be left to go straight up now ... Gotta thank @ripperseeds from the bomb giveaway that they had these beans are so good ... Cheers

Hey growmies, Stretching and pre flowering, added deep red lights from Mars Hydro, unfortunately I'm fighting with 70% RH during night and 60% day, maybe I will buy a room dehumidifier...

I have bought different nutrients to use in this grow and honestly I must say terpinator , W-8 and massive as flower boosters along with coco a and b as the base nutrients is fucking class I have never seen bud growth like this in 2 weeks of flower and the smell is so much stronger and sweeter usually buds won't smell like that till the 3rd week

Whats up everybody cheers to another week of growth for everyone! This week the ladies buds started showing signs of progress. You can see them produce more and more resin every day thanks to the cold weather its really easy to keep a pretty dry environment. Can’t wait to do my final defo next week! Until then stay green!

[ Introduction ] Welcome to my first ever grow journal! I have been growing medically for the past couple years, documenting some of my grows on my Facebook and Instagram (@OnlyTomatoes) pages, as well as several cannabis cultivation subreddits. I've found that I do a lot of things differently than other growers, so I'd like to share a full cycle publicly in case I have the answers to somebody's questions. [ Updates ] Day 4 - Lights have been lowered to 18 inches off canopy, dimmed to 25%. They've recovered from both their transplant and their topping, new growth looks almost perfect. I'm going to keep the accidental sunflowers for a few more days and see if there's any significant difference between plants. They all received a foliar spray of neem, kelp, and a bit of calmag before lights off yesterday. I expect to be able to remove the remaining damaged leaves by the end of this week. Day 7 - Lights increased to 30%, C02 increased to 800ppm, getting ready for week 2 of veg. Fed today, fairly low EC (<1.5) blend of Silica, Calcium, Kelp, Molasses, and Tribus Grow in a mixture of R/O and tap water. Very little runoff at 1gal per pot. Will most likely foliar again before lights off with a light fish hydrolysate mixture to help with any nitrogen issues. Any dead or dying leaves you see are from pre-transplant, I'm just waiting a few days longer for the existing rootballs' ph levels to swing back to a healthy range before removing all that unsightly growth. I'm really not sure when I'm going to remove the sunflowers growing in some of the pots, I've seen no negative effects yet. I could flip group 1 into flower if I wanted, the canopy is level and beautiful, however group 2 will take a while longer to fill a canopy. [ Grow Details ] Plant Count: 64 (Clones) Mother Age: 17 Months Strain: Gelat.OG (Phenotype 5) Breeder: Seedsman Hunter: OnlyTomatoes Veg Time: 3-5 Weeks Flower Time: 65 Days Training: Multiple Toppings Final Pot Size: 5 gal (Fabric) [ Room Details ] Room Size: 21'x9'x11' (190sqft, 2100cuft) Canopy Size: 10'x9' and 5'x9' (135sqft) Lighting: Grower's Choice ROI-E720 x6 (dimmed to 25% power during veg) Cooling: Cooper&Hunter 36k BTU Minisplit Dehumidification: Quest 225 Equipment Controllers: TrolMaster (Lighting, Cooling, and Dehumidification controls), AutoPilot (C02 Controls) Watering System: Manually controlled drip irrigation, x2 1gph drip emitters per pot [ Pre-Veg ] These poor clones have lived an abused life during 2021, sitting around in solo cups for over 2 months waiting for a new home. Normally I would never allow pre-veg plants to have such obvious deficiencies, but constant hand watering led to some poor nutrient decisions on my part. They've been in their final pots for a few days now and were topped on day 0 of veg. I plan on lowering the lights to 18"-24" within canopy around day 3, I'm just allowing some extra time for the roots to really dig in. I've found that a batch of dirt that was used had sunflower seeds in it, possibly winter food storage from an outside rodent, so I'm debating how long I will let these sunflower seedlings grow alongside my plants. They do make a good cover crop with amazing root systems, I just don't think that really applies in pots of this size where plants can choke each other out.

Finishing out at a full 9 weeks of flower for the rest of this cycle. All of em are at various stages of doneness and now nothing left to do but chop em up and see what we got. It was a generally flawless run, save issues with WPM, a bit of nute burn on the northern lights and one leaky pot. The seals cracked on all of em again and we’ll mod the outlets to uniseals next run and see if that is the final missing piece to this hydroponics puzzle😎. The 5ml/L baking soda solution did wonders to keep the WPM in check and it’s also a much cheaper option than h2o2. We’ll draw about 1/2oz per plant when alls said and done - pretty much exactly what we were trying for with this grow of clones. Nothing but top shelf, rock hard bud🤟👍. Really happy to get these strains dialed in. The nutrient system was nothing short of phenomenal too. We could’ve jumped on the nute burn issue with the NL a little earlier but for a first run of this one component system, this is a fantastic result regardless. Proof that you can get a hydro run to scale on a recirculating system that accommodates multiple strains (with the right nute system)🤩🤩🤩. As much as I’m dying to give the whole thing a go with straight fem seeds that’ll have to wait a couple months. We’ve got bigger fish to fry and a new cross to start drilling down on. The layover may be short lived if we end up with multiple fem cuts on that grow. We’ll see what happens.
