Except for drying, curing, and smoking, this concludes my Medusa F1 grow. I harvested the plant on day 92. Overall, the plant was a thrill to watch grow. It thrived from day one, and I am more than happy with a wet yield of 336 grams given my setup. The buds are large, dense, laden with trichomes, and they have a great calyx-to-leaf ratio. I discovered a few mites on this plant and its neighbor (a Milky Way F1) in the last 7-10 days. However, the Medusa F1 resisted them so well that they barely multiplied. Or, if they did multiply, they left the Medusa for the Milky Way. The final proof of my efforts will be in the dry yield and quality of smoke. Sometimes I trim wet and sometimes I trim dry. In this case, I'm going to dry trim, so I just cut the plant and hung it upside down from a line in an out-of-the-way room that I can keep dim. There is a little circulation in the room via floor registers. I will return in due time with a dry weight and smoke report. SMOKE REPORT After drying for 6-7 days, I dry-trimmed and jarred up my Medusa F1 harvest. It was a breeze to trim because of its high calyx-to-leaf ratio. To me, that's a big plus. After 11 days in the jar, I had one bud lab-tested for potency, and then decided to proceed with my smoke report out of excitement at seeing the numbers (see below & photos). I added a ton of photos and one video to this smoke report (trimming setup, dried buds in and out of jars, proof-of-smoke video). Regarding taste and aroma, the buds smell mildly of herbs (sandalwood?) and pepper, and the same aromas carry over in the smoke. Regarding potency & effects, the bud I sampled (3 pulls) was quite strong, non-drowsy, and it came on in a quick rush. The rush peaked about 5-10 minutes after smoking, and I would describe the high as "stoney" in the traditional sense, but also "up." For about half an hour, the effects were enough to disrupt my focus -- definitely a strong high. Then, my focus returned and the sensations changed to a milder pleasant buzz, which lasted a couple hours before tapering off. The material smoked left behind nice white ash. POTENCY TESTING RESULTS TAC: 22.5% THC-A: 21.8% CBG-A: .68% Terpenes: Medium (1-2%)

First off big shout-out and thank you too Heather @ 2Fast 4Buds with this little beauty, the other fast bud seeds I have done in previous diaries, did not disappoint, so only right we keep a continued space in the grow for them 🤜🤛💚 So this is the new Lemon Cherry Runtz 🍋 🍒 🍬 From 2fast4buds, and boy I am excited to run this one. The lineage ; Lemon Cherry Gelato x Runtz x Lemonpaya Description; After years of ongoing experimenting with breeding, we decided to add our Lemonpaya to the cross of Lemon Cherry Gelato and Runtz. The result was a plant with exceptional characteristics that we really wanted to preserve and stabilize: exceptional vigor, stress resistance, and beautiful structure. This is how Lemon Cherry Runtz was born Let's get into it 🚀 🌱 💚 I have pre mixed all the canna terra pro plus 5L, with RootMax 4g in a large tub. Added Perlite and mixed again. I have loosely filled 1L pots ready. With my finger made a hole in the centre big enough for the root riot plug, (once the seed is germinated) Sprinkled in Dynamyco for plug hole. Day 1: 27/09 Saturday I have made a 2L dechlorinated tap water mix which contains 1ml of Piranha and 1ml of Voodoo Juice. (This will be used all week) 100ml into a cup and allow the seed to soak for 24-36 hrs. And left inside the boiler cupboard , dark and warm. I'll check tomorrow ✅ (With 300ml I have watered in the plastic pots to ensure there not too wet in a few days for my seed. Day 2: 28/09 Sunday The seed has sank after just 12 hrs, so after 16 hrs, I poured it all into a paper towel. Squeezed excess water from the paper towel. Placed into a zip-loc bag for 24-36hrs, until the tap root emerges. I have now pre soaked the root-riot plugs (with 150ml of previous water mix) and squeezed gently any excess water - these are now placed in the 1L plastic pots, awaiting the newly germinated seed. Day 4 30/09 worried the seeds are too moist as tap roots have popped but curling back. I have popped them into the rootriot cubes now and inserted that into my 1L tub with Dynomyco in the hole. Sprayed -with the water mix from start of week ph6.41, the domes (jugs) and placed under 24hr light CFL 125w for the rest of germination week and possibly week 1 veg we'll see. Day 5 01/10 Wednesday First spray for soil and seed. Using the dechlorinated tap water and piranha and voodoo from the mix at start of week. pH 6.41. Also added heat mat under the tents water proof layer to ensure the seedling are kept warm. Day 6 02/10 Thursday Last use of this spray now , Final spray in domes, noticed all 3 seed casing have now fell. Runtz punch still soil level so hoping the Cyclodons can push up past the moisture level 🌱💚 Day 7 03/10 Friday Dechlorinated tap water 1L mix with 2ml voodoo and 2 ml piranha. 300ml each. PH 6.36 End of week. Proud too say she has successfully passed germination week and now onto her veg journey that I'm aiming for 10-12week veg for.

Hi All, Week 8 of growing this beautiful plant. Looking back to week 6 this plant has definitely become bigger and stronger. Assuming to the size of the buds it is almost ready to harvest. They look healthy and are smelling good. Still not giving any nutrients since i wanted to see how they turn out without them. In my point of view they look great. Happy growing! xo Nien

Added a tnb naturals c02 bottle. It seems ok havnt yet bought a ppm measurement device for co2 so not sure how well its working. Ive done some research and the canister with the original contents doesnt seem to put off enough co2 for it to matter not even with 2 of them! I do everything myself though always have so i got to thinking my mushroims put off co2 but the led kills them huh??? I brew beer and that gives off co2 i did some more research turns out bread yeast baking soda to drop ph to 5 and sugar and water does the trick in a dark container like a tnb naturals bottle wrapped in alinum foil. I ordered high gravity yeast for making lager like steel reserve high alcohol content more reaction more co2. Using brewers yeast which is cheap 10bux a lb 1 tsp 1and hal cup sugar NO BAKING SODA NEEDED WITH BREW YEAST that includes champagne yeast which im used to using. Im going to grind rice to a fine powder about a 1/8th cup and add to extend co2 production i wanna change least as possible cuz it take 14hrs to start to produce. If u keep a starter in ur fridge then 8 hrs . google brew yeast starter diy and diy co2! Also flushed thus week no florekleen just h20 with a little cal mg like 3tsp 5gal and pk 1tsp5gal. Empezamos 3ª semana de crecimiento, durante esta semana, podare los bajos y algún nudo. Tras unos días de recuperación pasaremos a floración. Se empezaron a germinar el día 10/10/23 llevamos 27 días desde que se empezó a germinar. Hoy día están siendo regadas con 1.5 de ec y 6.0 de ph, usando la gama de abonos orgánicos de boom nutrientes y CALMAG. Uso de sustrato el LIGHT MIX de GBNUTRIENTS. Son frondosas con grandes hojas, nudos muy corto entre si y además están verdes. Se nota que la luminaria hace su trabajo sin calentarse y por eso la tengo cerca de las plantas evitando que se "espiguen" **Actualización 08/11** he podado bajos de todas las plantas y alguna hoja grande que tapa las formaciones. En pasar 2-3 días para que se recuperen, pasamos a floración.

This week I made a couple of changes. 1st, I moved the time lapse camera to the other side of the tent and set it to take a pic every 10 mins instead of 5. Then on Monday, I started with the nutes and since now I had to mix them up, I decided to test an auto watering system using a fountain pump and a plant watering kit with hoses and tips that I got at a dollar store no less. Still a growing curve to get the right amounts, as you will see in the time lapse I had a little spill over in one pot. I will play with them more this week to fine tune the amount, then set it on timer and just keep filling the bucket and testing the ph. So far the girls are getting bigger and I ordered a net from Amazon to try the ScrOG method as they get bigger still to keep the height down and spread them out some more and eventually get a better yield at harvest time. I am also going to do a little topping this coming week. I also added an air bubble stone to the bucket to keep the nutes mixed up.

Hello growmies, Quick update the girls are doing fine and are loving life at present everything is going well and they are starting to really bud up. Not alot more to add at this time. :) Adios amigo

blütewoche 6/7 🎬1: alle vier zusammen 📸2-4: papaya cookies 📸5-7: orange sherbet 📸8-10: cherry cola 📸11-13: strawberry gorilla 📸14-17: schimmel 📸18-23: gewächshaus und tomaten 📸24-29: was sonst so im garten wächst der regen wird nicht weniger. da zieht man die autos extra so das sie in der blütephase die besten sonnenscheinmonate mitnehmen aber das wetter spielt nicht mit. jetzt schon zwei wochen regenwetter und die nächste woche soll auch nicht besser werden. vom schimmel betroffen sind bisher nur die kompakten blüten der papaya cookies und der cherry cola. der befall hält sich aber noch in grenzen und lässt sich gut wegschneiden. ich hatte kurz überlegt die pflanzen ins gewächshaus zu den tomaten zu stellen um sie vor regen zu schützen. allerdings sind die bedingungen dort noch besser für schimmel bei 100% luftfeuchtigkeit. zumindest geht es den anderen pflanzen im garten gut.
