Día 71 (24/03) La planta lo ha pasado mal tras 2 días sin riego (casi 3 ciclos completos de 12 horas de luz sin riego...) A lo que se suma altas temperaturas en mi zona, han tenido 28 ºC durante las horas de luz... Las hojas inferiores se encuentran caidas y alguna quebradiza... Le hago un riego con 750 ml H2O EC 0,45 a ver si se recuperan.... Starting out as hydroponics but I was running into root problems and just was not getting better even as she went into pre flower so I had to make that decision to repot her in a soilless medium and from there she just took off. I've never grown an auto flower plant before but miss brulee did well even with all them root issue. In flowering she just showed us what she is made of and because of that little rough start and the results I got in harvest I'll give her a shot again 😁.

Breakup Cake is into full on flower, the Silver Widow is going to be full on flower in 2 to 3 days and still waiting on the Gelato. She is going to be the last going into flower, Fed them 400 ppm 0.8 ec of massive bloom formulation, 400 ppm 0.8 ec of floranova bloom, and 400 ppm 0.8 ec of floranova grow., for a total of 1200 ppm 2.4 ec. This week I just LST and Defoliation again. They so pretty ! And One of them is flowering. I think she must be stressed when changing the pots.

Questa settimana si è slanciata veramente molto! Me lo aspettavo già in quanto non è la prima volta che la coltivo, ecco perché ho deciso precedentemente di effettuare 3 topping consecutivi! Ha reagito veramente molto bene ha continuato la sua vegetazione normalmente senza blocchi e durante la 4 settimana si prepara per il fiore! Adoro le genetiche di Fast buds! Ancor di più la FORBIDDEN RUNTZ AUTO! Per questo ciclo di crescita ho voluto fare un cambio radicale nella sua dieta, ho cambiato marca di fertilizzanti passando da plagron (con il quale collaboravo a CANNABOOM!) semplicemente perché ho potuto constatare i loro pregiatissimi prodotti! Dopo un accurato studio si ogni componente ho voluto fare questo cambio....che dire!!! Menomale!!! Raga veramente dopo la seconda applicazione la pianta e praticamente esplosa in ogni suo potenziale ,parli veramente di ogni cosa! Altezza, Internodi , calici sparsi ovunque, si iniziano a intravedere intricominsulle foglie a ventaglio!!!! Le foglie sono grandi quanto la mia mano😂 ho fatto un po' di pulizia fogliare e per adesso la lascerò crescere così togliendo solo qualche foglia qua e la ogni tanto quando ci sarà bisogno... ringrazio molto cannaboom per i loro prodotti che volevo consigliare a tutti voi e vorrei ringraziare anche fast buds per questa genetiche che non finisce mai di sorprendermi! Hello Growmies, Week 3 for our Watermelon Candy by Zamnesia is unfolding with promise as we observe their transition through pre-flower. Opting for low-stress training over topping, we're guiding their growth gently to maximize their potential. The plants have gracefully reached our SCROG, and with two already skillfully trained, they are demonstrating adaptability and robustness. Through the canopy, we see an even spread of foliage, indicating that our LST approach is on point. The structure of the plants is sturdy, showing that the careful maneuvering through the SCROG mesh has been well received. The greenery is lush, leaves are perked up, reaching for the light—signs that our Watermelon Candy plants are in their element and thriving. Our environmental management has mirrored the successful strategies implemented with our Epic Buzz and Red Banana Pudding strains. Daytime conditions are meticulously controlled, with the Tent-X system maintaining VPD within the ideal range for healthy plant activity. However, as we've noted with our other strains, our nighttime VPD control presents a challenge. The data indicate a discrepancy in maintaining optimal humidity levels when the lights are off, suggesting that our current setup is not fully regulating the environment during these crucial hours. The intention to integrate the Smart Mars Hydro fan into the Tent-X system is a move towards rectifying this issue, with the aim to achieve a seamless 24-hour environmental control. The transition to this enhanced system will ensure that our Watermelon Candy plants receive the same level of consistent care throughout their entire growth cycle. Their current robust state and the proactive steps we are taking to fine-tune their environment have set a strong foundation for the weeks to come. Week 3 starts Poundcake #1 is on Day 15 as of 25/07 the rest are between day 11 and 14 Poundcake #1 suffering slight light burn from me putting the se3000 power up to 75%. Its back down to 65% now 😅 The two smaller pots on the right are in coco not living soil. Just keeping them indoors for now why not 👌 Added a organic seedless straw mulch for more microbe friendly activity and help prevent the fast drybacks I'm getting with the current heat 😰

Pulito i fiori e messi in barattolo tight vac più bustine boveda 62% e igrometro per monitorare ur. 48h dopo apro barattolo per visualizzare dato igrometro e se troppo alto intorno al 70/75/80% lascio 1/2h aperto se invece intorno a 60/65/70% apro 10minuti ogni giorno per una settimana. Cercherò di fumare queste due piante il più tardi possibile. Ovvio che qualche canna verrà presa qua e là ma avendo 65gr e 55gr vorrei iniziare a fumarla tra circa 2/3 mesi. Aggiorno diario settimana prossima con foto delle cime e qualche recensione sul gusto. Grazie per essere passato 😊🖐️

Día 50 Ya tengo los 4 esquejes creciendo junto con la madre. Hice un LST muy fuerte a la madre bajando y corriendo muchas ramas para que les de luz a los esquejes. El tamaño de los troncos es muy grande. Pero si la organización que tengo pensada sale bien, se va a aprovechar muy bien todo el espacio. En una semana espero que los esquejes tengan la altura de la madre y ya empieza la floración. La verdad que me demoró mucho más de lo esperado. Pero creo que va a valer la pena. Hoy agregué micorrizas de un proveedor que hace aptas para hidroponia. Solamente me falta ir a buscar los microorganismos eficientes. Ya tuve que poner 18 litros en el depósito, dado que la planta está comiendo mucho. Ya pronto se viene la floración y va a ser la hora de la verdad. El único inconveniente es que hace mucho frío donde tengo las plantas y no logro temperaturas mayores a 24°C. De todos modos espero que no dure tanto esta ola de frío. Ya se acaba la fase de crecimiento. Día 53 Hoy hice una defoliación muy fuerte y corte de varios brotes. Ya quedaron determinados los esquejes a sacar y las ramas que van a quedar. Si siguen a este ritmo, a finales de esta semana se pasan a floración. Solamente un esqueje está demorando el crecimiento. Pero creo que va a llegar bien. Amarré hacia abajo las 6ramas seleccionadas y dejé que los esquejes se estiren unos días más. Son unos 14 esquejes que pienso sacar. Y quedarían 22 ramas. Hay 2 que no se que hacer, así que en total tengo 38 "cabezas". De los esquejes me quedo con 1 o 2 para mantener la variedad. Los pongo en tierra así el crecimiento es más lento. El resto los termino regalando siempre. Ya pronto estaré viendo cuanto se estiran durante la floración.

This was another hot, hot week with a big rainstorm. Take a look at the measuring cup, it is full of rainwater. Zamnesia Mango Kush continues to smell and is very sticky. It is tall and with packed buds It should be ready to take down in a couple of weeks. Half way through this grow, I had to stop using Miracle Grow and change my grow plan. I decide to use Advance Nutrients Jungle Juice for the rest of the grow. Jungle Juice’s selling point is that it is the only nutrient that I should need during the entire grow. One just need to make the solution stronger as the plant matures. The directions say to “stir vigorously” and that is true. It is very clumpy and I had to stir and shake the bottle a lot. As your plant is in veg and growing larger, directions say to up your Jungle Juice to 4 ml per liter. If my calculations are correct, I am using approx. 5 tablespoons per 5 gallon bucket. 1 gal is 3.78 liters 5 gallons=18.92 liters 4ml jungle juice per liter x 18.92 liters= 75.7 ml which is = to 5.119 tablespoons per 5 gallon bucket of water As the end of the summer is quickly approaching, I have spent some time reflecting this week on all of the contests that I have entered and not won this summer. It can be a little frustrating because of all the time I have spent taking pictures and writing commentary. But, instead of it getting me down, I have to think about all of the positive take aways and I want to share them on this platform. I have read a lot of diaries and now know why I am just an apprentice. I have a lot to learn from all of you. There are some really good growers with a lot of experience and crazy grow techniques. So much knowledge is on this platform-it’s mind boggling. To be a great grower, you must be willing to be vulnerable and put yourself out there and try different suggestions and new techniques. I have made a few friend that I enjoy chatting with. I enjoy reading comments versus just seeing likes. My best friend on grow diaries is @Natrona and my neighbor as well. She has been growing longer than I have been so I routinely learn from her. This summer I learned to mix 1 cup of Perlite into my soil. I can see where my plants need the air flow. And, I now I only defoliate fan leaves that absolutely need to be gone. I let the fan leaves stay on until they fall off. I want my buds to pull all the nutrients they can out of the fan leaves. I also bought 2 new tools that @natrona suggested. The first was a water PH tester and the second was my Max-ee Magnifier which is informative and fun to use.
