~ FASTBUDS TESTER #2204 ~ Well friends, here we go on another 'canna-venture' together! The grow room has had a complete remodel and some upgrades done to it including brand spanking new 4x8 and 4x4 tents and a Trolmaster Hydro X controller along with a new Control Panel. This tester strain is one of six tester strains that FastBuds has graciously provided me with and I'm looking forward to seeing what this girl has to offer when she's grown to her full potential! One drawback of 'testers' is I have little to no information on it other than its number and that it's an autoflower... 🤪 But, it's ALWAYS a blast growing them for me because not knowing a lot allows me to just concentrate on the essentials: Light, Environment, Water, Nutrients and possibly a bit of LST... not complicated, just basics like keeping a constant temperature and RH in the tent at a level that gives a good VPD, watering when almost dry and maintaining proper light levels according to their stage of growth. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ~THE SETUP~ ~Initially seeds were lightly scuffed, then soaked for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Vivosun Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged. ~Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph. ~Once roots emerge from the Jiffy Pellet they're transferred to their fabric pots. ~Grown 100% organic in a 4g Gronest fabric pot and a 3g fabric pot by Wraxly filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium and initially amended with Dr. Earth 4-4-4 / Earthworm Castings / Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 and Coast of Maine Stonington Blend Organic Plant Food 5-2-4. ~19/5 light cycle for the entire run with supplemental UVA added during flower. Lights are controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. ~Top dressing every 3-4 weeks with slow release dry amendments and Earthworm castings. ~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed and bi-weekly Compost Tea's. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 12/15- Here we go into the second week of veg for the FastBuds Tester #2204 girls and they're on a roll!When I checked on them today they both were still moist so I let them go until I check them tomorrow. Basically at this point in the run all I have to do is make sure they don't dry out, fill the humidifier and watch them grow! 12/17- Yesterday I watered them both and increased the amount to roughly 0.25g each of de-chlorinated water with 3ml/g of Botanicare Silica Blast (added to begin to help strengthen their branches) and then ph'd to 6.4 @ 74℉. I've also increased the output of the HLG 650R's to 35% which equates to about 230w at the wall which, of course has raised the temp's in the tent so I've also begun to run the A/C unit in the grow room which is keeping the temp's now at 75℉ in the tent. The RH is running around 75-78% RH giving a VPD of .67-.74 which I'll take! 😁👍 Other than what I've mentioned above, all I did was fill the humidifier with distilled water and watched my girls grow! 🤩 12/19- Today I watered them each with 0.25g of de-chlorinated water to which I added 3ml/g Fish Head Farms Fish Sh!t and 1 tsp/g Unsulfured Molasses which I then ph'd to 6.3 @ 74℉. I'm now watering through the bottom, filling the drip pan and letting the plant draw up the water into itself. I am also watering from the top, but only just enough to moisten the medium. They're really starting to take off now, a sure sign their roots are beginning to get well developed. Their 4th set of leaves have emerged and as they get bit bigger I may give topping, one or both, some consideration... we'll see! 12/21- Today I watered them both with 0.25g of straight de-chlorinated water each which was ph'd to 6.3 @ 74℉. I gave about 3/4 of it into their drip pans so they can draw it up into their medium, the rest I applied to the top of their medium just to moisten it. They're both doing fantastic with good color and vigor! They're not very tall and judging by their leaf shape and overall structure I'd say they are definitely leaning towards the Indica side of the gene pool! I'm holding off on deciding whether or not to top them, but will make a decision in the next couple of days! Well there's two weeks of veg behind us now, Week Three of vegetation is beginning and they should really start to take off! 😍👍 😎💚 Thank you for checking out my passion in life! Light fruit smell starting to develop I was told she was bread for breeding and I belive it big bull is heads with thin fragile stalk m. Looks like about a week left a few discoloring a bit!!

Week 3 Flower (Bloom Week 3) – Daily Tasks Evening (Lights On) Check environment (temp 24–27°C, RH 55–60%). Inspect leaves and buds for pests, mold, or deficiencies. Water/feed (depending on medium): balanced bloom nutrients with slightly higher P and K. Ensure good airflow (oscillating fans). Adjust plant training (light defoliation if leaves block bud sites). Check for early signs of stretch finishing. Evening (Before Lights Off) Ensure irrigation is not too late in the cycle to avoid wet medium during dark period. 👉 In Week 3 bloom, the plants are finishing their stretch and starting to put more energy into forming bud sites. Main job is: Setting Scrog net 2layers ,Control environment (VPD, airflow) ,Support the plant with bloom nutrients.

_________________ End of week 5 update: _________________ First real week of flowering behind us. A small growth spurt this week from a 63cm to a good 80cm. She has grown into a big sturdy bushy plant. She has a nice structure, not optimal in terms of light penetration, but a lot of budsited has developed. leaftucking has ensured that there are a lot of side shoots. I am satisfied with the development of this strain. In terms of nutrients I am on the limit, but she seems to tolerate it. Wondering what she has in store for me in the coming weeks

Great week in growth. I started to use side led light and turning table, as on video. Now plant has light from top and all sides. Size of some leaves is XXL. Plant is not very fast in maturing, but very strong in structure.

I cannot wait to see how this beautiful Queen is going to look at te end of the flowering stage, she’s the closet I’ve came to LST in a manner I wanted this baby to grow, loving how brunches twirl around the twig, l have stopped growing Christmas tree shaped babies. I LST from the seedling phase right through to flowering, you should not forget that this plant can take stress, imagine it was growing in the wild, some stress in your plant’s lie is critical for positive growth, from my point of view my trees are going to struggle with big buds, because it does not have this thick stems.

I cut the plant after 48 hours of total darkness. To flush the best, I ran a few dozen liters of water through the jar until the one that came out below was transparent. Although the flowers failed to close, I am satisfied with the result and the smell of the buds inspires a good terpene. To dry well, I moved the grow box to the room with an air conditioner. I'm keeping the temperature around 26-27 degrees and the humidity around 50%.

The hulk is swelling up at a rapid clip I think she'll have some big buds on her. Started giving less grow down to 2 ml per gal and more bloom. Added in some TNB co2 as well which I usually only use on the autos. Instead of feeding on the previous feed I gave them the enhancer from green house feeding just humic acids and enzymes and they responded very well as I think there was beginning to be a build up. I'm happy with how they look right now.

i think i will do HST to 4 main branches

1/4 - fed 1gal distilled water, 6.0pH. Starting RAW nutes next feeding. 1/6 - first RAW feeding. Came out rather low ppm so I may double my feeding chart for flower. Everything else is looking good. 72.7*F 5.8pH 818 ppm 4g BLOOM 0.7g Phosphorus 0.75g Kelp 0.55g Cal/Mag 0.5g ominA 2g Microbes Bloom Stage 1.25g Amino Acids 0.25g Enzymes 1/7 - dropped the AC Infinity controller to level 2 as an experiment overnight to see how temps will rise in both compartments. Light is at about 900ppfd a few inches below the lowest tops 1/9 - no issues with fan speed at 2! RAW feeding tonight. 70.5*F 6.1pH 1390 ppm 8g BLOOM 0.96 Potassium 1.5g Kelp 0.25g Cal/Mag 4.2g Microbes Bloom Stage 1.25g Amino Acids 0.25g Enzymes Also found a new way to mix my RAW nutrients without having them stick to the bottom...small landscaping pond pump! It gets the water moving nicely and I just drop the dry nutes in, mixes it for me and I can easily fine tune PH and test PPM without having to shake and take samples! Huge win. 1/10 - She's getting fatttttt!!! Long time to go but just sayin...my lady in veg needs at least 3 weeks so hopefully I'm not stepping on myself here soon!

Day94: wedding glue is almost done, i noticed some new growth so I delayed the harvest a bit Gorilla Z got a bit of defoliation and needs more time to mature. Maybe 2 weeks Chop day! Wedding glue after 97 days went down. Super excited to see the final result

These ones going crazy right there! Week 6 of flowering just a couple day ago they started to bulk up. I did some defoliation but nothing big Strong and extraordinary smell of both strains. Two different worlds in tha tent.
