Starting this week examining tricomes.

the week started with a novelty for me: the appearance of nematodes in my tanks... strange little worms, which gather in the water and move in little spasms (see video 👆) When I started growing, I bought a whole range of products against infestations, paranoid as I was (I'm sure others have experienced this 😅); Among other things, I bought NeemAzal, neem oil in emulsion. So I took a chance. I emptied my tanks, cleaned and dried the bottom, without much conviction as the worms must have been in the coco already. I made a new soup with my fertilizer, adding 20ml of neem per 10 litres. Well, I don't know if it was really the right product, but for the last 5 days there has been no trace of nematodes! The water seems soapy, the grease film is more important than without the neem, but if it takes the small sacrifice of a conscientious cleaning once a week, I'll gladly do it! In any case, my plants are doing absolutely no worse : the first one got its leaves back in 2 days, already forcing me to a small pruning 4 days later, now showing well several colas; I also defoliated the 2nd one for the first time, which produced leaves already bigger than my hand in 2 weeks of life! happy with this hydroponic experience so far 😊

Easy,fast,fat,dense,stinky,sticky and absolutely tasty. These were 2 clones I took at the middle of flowering and the only retreat or issues I had is I wish I would have vegged these two clones at least 3 weeks more. Dos si Dos 33 from Barney's Farm is one the most beautiful strains to look at. !!!!

Hi all buddies! First crop from hydro nft growth. Growth went well, I had some management problems in changing nutrients from veg to bloom which delayed the harvest for a week or two. Sensi Seeds' Skunk # 1F is incredibly resistant to mold and insect attacks, very close internodes ensure low height and compact buds. Unfortunately I chose the mother phenotype wrong, I found the lowest as I wanted but I lost the fatness of the buds present in other phenotypes, but the game was worth the same and I am very proud of it! I collected after 94 days of flowering, the last 72h 20kg ice cubes in the tank and total darkness which the last 24h without irrigation. After cutting I hung the whole plants in the tent for 24 / 48h 19 ° C 55% HR. Two days of wet trim to 8 girls and I hung their colas in the tent to continue drying. With a girl i tried dry trim but i will avoid next time. After a week in the tent I cleaned the colas and removed all the sticks, I placed everything in airtight bags in the refrigerator for 5 days 12 ° C 65% HR (daily check). Now dark storage room at a temperature of 18 ° C 65% HR. At the last weighing a few days ago it was more than 500g, from now it does not lose any more weight. I think they have finished stretching as their starting to produce bud sites, so hopefully they stay around this size as it’s the sweet spot for me, not too small but not huge trees, their still just under 1m tall.

Well, another week has passed and the end of the second week has come and the pistils have already shown themselves and I continue watering with top crop bloom, first time testing this fertilizer and I'm only using two of them, top veg and top bloom, next cycle I'm going to use General Hydroponics fertilizers because I have a friend who uses them and he's having great results, I still want to talk to my friends about this strain because I think it hasn't grown as it should, but anyway we're studying to improve ourselves for the next ones, the rest is all experience for the next ones it grows. =D

Really good week, with temperatures between, 23-27. Humidity was really good as well, always below 50%. At the moment I'm on the 63rd day, according to Barney's website the plant should be ready to harvest between 60-65 days, and I have to say that information is spot on. I'm just starting to see a few trichomes turning amber, and the top of the plant is starting to lose the dark green colour. I will definitely harvest next week, I'm just not too sure if I should feed nutes one more time, or if I should flush straight away DAY 146 -Molasses PH - 5.85 PPM-700 Solution Temp - 19 Watering Volume - 4L DAY 149 - Nutes PH - 5.81 PPM- 2590 Solution Temp - 20 Watering Volume - 4L

It's been a wonderful journey, I'm very happy about this lady's performance, she has produced a high quality harvest, low quantity but I didn't maximice the space as good as I should, but definitely a wonderful genetic to grow, the flowrs are super sticky, full of trichomes and the smell is just the clasic amnesia smell you expect.

I managed to turn the negative heat temperature in to something positive by introducing co2 to the environment. As a result of the diy co2 method some of branches grew up by 1.5 inches in 2days! Will continue to utilise co2 in the box for now. I also had to adopt the defoliation method Way to many leaves could cause problems by raising the moisture level in the box. As a result of the defoliation a lot of light is reaching the bottom of the box. Which means I can grow other small plants in the box. I switched to bloom NPK ratios. Slowly introducing the raw mix. It’s doing fine and as allways no tip burns

We did a lot of defoliating the past 2 weeks , the girls were growing water leaves like we were about to start a small forest 🌳. But above all we got a chance to see the genetics that made the difference on who we decided to keep this run and who didn’t make it.
