Growing this popsicle cake definitely had its ups and downs. What started out looking like a dud of a seed turned out to be something pretty spectacular. Stacks the buds nicely to fill up the whole colas, super frosty, with an un godly stench of sweaty dirty socks. Still in the curing process but definitely has a heavy indica punch!

Day 70 - she is growing well and getting frosty. The buds getting bigger every week. The smell is great and the plant is bright colour when in late flowering I will do colder nights to get out the dark colours

my dry and cure style is this: 4 days of hanging upside down to get water activity lower to around 0.6 in 50% humidity and 26 C temp (i know its a little high but we are in a hot summer right now and i cant get it lower even with air conditioner) and then after 4 days of drying i remove leaves and stalks, trim buds and move them to jar for the rest of their life :D . and in the first 4 days of curing i open the jar door and let hem get some fresh air in the jar for about 5 minutes and close the jar door again, after 4 days of curing like that buds are smokable but they will get better as they getting cured about 1 month. buds are one of the hardest as fucking rocks type of buds! very dense , compact , sticky , smelly , amazing at every aspect growing stage was 56 days and flowering stage was 75 days total (harvested tops at day 64th) the total weight of dry buds was : (plant #1 & #3 top buds 56 G + lower buds 22 G ) 78 G + (plant #2 top buds 47 G + lower buds 18 G ) 55 G + (plant #4 top buds 120 G + lower buds 67 G ) 187 G = 367 G

Hi Growmies, I'm excited to share some big news today! Although there have been some unexpected twists, it's all part of the incredible journey of gardening. I've just completed the harvest, a tad earlier than initially planned, due to finding a bit of mold in one of the buds. Despite this minor hiccup, the trichomes were already at a decent 10% to 15% amber. So, all things considered, the timing ended up being pretty spot-on. The harvested weight was a solid 609 grams after trimming, which is quite a feat! A lesson learned for next time: perhaps I let her grow a few too many buds, leading to a denser canopy than ideal. But on the bright side, the aroma is absolutely divine. I sampled an airy bud that had dried a bit, and wow, it packs a stronger punch than its clone mother. And the flavor? Pure, unadulterated cheese – no hint of pineapple here! Now, the anticipation builds for the final dry weight, which I should know in about 3-4 days. She seems to be budding nicely. However in the past few days all her lower leaves are turning yellow. I know this plant is a heavy feeder and I thought I was feeding enough. She is not growing anymore, but she looks like she has a nitrogen deficiency. I do use the same water which has a low 6 ph. Today I gave her water with a 7.0 ph. Just to get her out the constant ph zone she has been in. 9/17 fed 15 MLS of foxfarm Tiger Bloom 9/19 fed 15 MLS of Tiger Bloom. 9/21 fed 4 tablespoons Foxfarm Big Bloom, 1/2 Teaspoon Foxfarm Beasti Bloom and 12 MLS of Foxfarm Grow Big. Per 2 gallons. Day 98 She has a lot of yellow lower leaves. So I hit her up with a little grow big. From what I read, she still needs some nitrogen. Lower leaves turning yellow. Think it's a little too early for that. She is a big eater and it looks like she has not been getting enough base nutrients. Her pot is very heavy, so now I'm going to hold back water until she drys a little. Getting cold out at night. Every morning I go out and she was drenched in dew. This plant I'm counting on giving me bud until at least spring. So now I have been sneaking her in the garage at night with 47 percent humidity. She seems to be very happy about this. Right now 9 pm 60 degrees, humidity 71. Humidity is way too high for her to be sitting outside. Her buds are fattening up. Some time last week I gave her a feeding of just Foxfarm Beasti Bloom. Beasti has no nitrogen and she was not happy about that. A lot of lower leaves turned yellow. So I gave her Foxfarm Tiger Bloom and that seemed to make her happy again. Will not make that mistake again.

Here's a quick NutriSpray how-to: NutriSpray can be used regularly or to treat deficiencies in case of a nutrient lockout. Always dilute with water. Use 2 ml per 1 L of water and spray the entire leaf surface. Indoor growers, spray during weeks 1, 3, and 5 of bloom for general nutrition. Outdoor folks, spray 1 week after planting, then once a month until harvest. And what's in this magical elixir, you ask? Organic surfactant Horse chestnut extract Microelements: Manganese (Mn), Sulphur (S), Zinc (Zn), Iron (Fe) How does NutriSpray work its leafy wonders? Day 30: Hello everyone, everything proceeds as expected, but two plants are slightly behind the other six that already show an advanced flowering. On the thirtieth day from germination the plants are 50 to 70 cm tall. As you can see in the last video now that most of the plants are in advanced bloom I have reduced the oscillation of the lamp. Day 33: In a few days some plants have reached one meter in height, for this reason I moved them trying to create a new SOG. I have also increased the space between the plants in order to give more light to the secondary tops. Oscillation of the lamp further reduced. Water now 10 liters per day for all 12 pots (8 gorillas, 2 advanced cheese and 2 baby cheese). The scent is stronger now, especially when the lamp is turned off. Day 33: I was around and bought in store 5 Seeds Royal Gorilla Auto and 5 seeds Royal Amnesia Auto to prepare the next cycles and they gave me 2 seeds LSA Lemon Haze Auto. The last seed of Royal Cheese has not germinated and I decided to put a seed of this LSA Lemon Haze on the ground. I don't know the LSA seed bank and if someone has cultivated this strain I would like information about it. Day 35: All plants have reached or exceeded one meter in height, so I removed all the supports under the pots and moved all the plants. The flowering is now advanced in the first 6 plants, the two remaining Gorillas and the two large Cheese have now started the flowering phase. Lastly, I removed all the underdeveloped branches and some leaves. The last germinate, the LSA Lemon Haze Auto, is added to my cultivation.

Ginger Nut Cookies & Aussie Music Videos Week 16 Harvest 17 th April 2020 This Entire feminised seed making and growing project was a very good learning experience for me. Right from the very start, when I successfully got a Cutting ,taken from a Barneys Farm Red diesel female plant to produce feminised pollen after treating it with a silver thiosulfate solution. I then used it to pollinate a Fastbuds Girl scout cookies auto plant and let it grow to maturity. This only produced 3 viable seeds one of which is the subject of this Diary. I made up the name "Ginger nut cookies" after a variety of cookies we have here in Australia that are made with ginger. They are the same colour as the distinct red hairs on the red diesel buds. And would you believe those same vivid red hairs were passed on to this plant so I wasn't too far off the mark with the strain name. Her flavour however is nothing like red diesel or girl scout cookies and infact as taken on a smell and aroma all of it's own. She has a lovely tropical fruit like taste and the smell is a bit like fruit yoghurt. It has an unreal after taste on the exhale and the lingering second hand smoke smells very sweet and enticing. She has a pretty well balanced high too not as potent as the GSC nor as energenic as the red diesel but just a pleasant mix of the two. It was a very easy to grow and undemanding plant that didn't seem to require a lot of extra feeding other than the 100% organic nutrients that were within the soil and a few things like compost teas etc. The other element of this diary was of course the weekly Aussie music videos That I provided the links for and put up a little video clip preview of each Artists song. Week 14: Final Countdown (Flower Week 9) 🍌🥊 We’ve reached the final ripening! This Banana Purple Punch Auto by @FastBuds is finishing its 14th week from seed and its 9th week in full bloom. At this stage, it's no longer about volume; it’s all about ripening, resin density, and terpene complexity. 💎 Living Soil Performance: Following the 9 Cardinal Parameters, my focus is currently on: • VPD & Humidity: Keeping humidity low (around 40-45%) to drive transpiration and protect these dense, frosty buds from any late-stage issues. 🌬️ • Temperature: Dropping the night temps to 18–19°C to encourage those deep purple hues. The anthocyanins are really putting on a show! 💜 • Nutrients: No flush needed! In a true Living Soil setup, the plant naturally senesces as the soil microbiome slows down nitrogen availability while still providing essential minerals for trichome maturation. The "autumn fade" is looking beautiful. 🍂 Trichome Status: 🔬 Observation shows about 85% still not ready and 10–15% milky. I’m looking for that perfect "sweet spot" to capture the full sedative punch and overripe banana flavor. 🍌 It’s been an incredible journey with this organic ecosystem. The two super-cropped plants healed up nicely and have grown more bushier in week 8. The top of the main-stem is showing sidewards now and the buds on it have turned upwards, towards the lights. The two SANlight EVO4-120 are dimmed to 100% and hang 30 cm above the top of the plants at this stage. My genetic gems LOVE the spectrum and intensity of these LED-fixtures and grow like hell under them, its amazing to see. The BIO-NOVA nutrients are still given at half strength from their recommended SOIL-CULTIVATION schedule and the plants have a nice healthy green color. Only the CHEESE-plant from BIG BUDDHA SEEDS starts to show some symptoms of overfeeding (gets rust brown spots and yellow leaf-tips). I will have to keep an eye on this plant. The amount of flower-crowns that are developing now is ASTOUNDING! In the close-up pics of the flower-crowns you can see, that the trichome production has started already! The plants start to smell more now and I can't wait for them to get the fruity aroma I expect.

Wirklich sehr nice wenn man einfach gar nichts machen muss, ich öffne das Zelt teilweise nicht einmal mehr… Beste Leben wenn alles automatisiert wurde und man nur den Wasser Tank mal alle 1-2 Wochen füllen muss… Selbst das Osmose Wasser ist perfekt da dolomitkalk in der Erde angereichert ist und die Pflanzen laufen nicht auf Mangel an Mineralien… einfach super einmal mit super spoil aus einander gesetzt, jetzt gar nichts mehr machen 😆 Und stecken trotzdem top mit super Harz Besatz, UVB und Top Light scheint auch nicht zu verbrennen, es soll ich sagen bin durch und durch zufrieden
