(Day 31) ​Phase: Early Bloom / Flower Transition Lighting & DLI: 22.5h Photoperiod (22h @ 400 PPFD + 30 min sunrise/sunset ramp) | DLI ~32 mol/m²/day Environment: DIY CO2 Gel/Yeast reactor active, stable VPD and temp management ​💧 Substrate & Feeding ​Dry Back Management: Executed a controlled ~15% dry back to maximize root zone oxygenation and encourage deeper capillary exploration. ​Top-Dressing: Covered exposed top roots by applying 350g of fresh substrate mixed with 3.5g Bat Guano (1% ratio by weight) to provide a slow-release organic P-K boost for the flowering transition. ​Microbial Activation: Irrigated with Bactrex and enzymes to settle the fresh soil layer and trigger the soil biology. ​Foliar Spray: Discontinued Vita Race applications for the Royal Runtz to keep early pistil clusters completely dry and free of residue. ​✂️ Canopy Care & Maintenance ​Applied selective "finger trimming" (nipping off only shade-casting leaf tips) to eliminate micro-humidity pockets and enhance airflow without causing transplant or defoliation stress. Light Lollipopping: Stripped away weak lower growth and shaded undergrowth to eliminate potential larf buds and maximize lower airflow. LST Bending Clips: Applied LST clips to secondary and tertiary branches to open up the canopy structure, ensure even PPFD distribution, and maximize light penetration to all main bud sites. ​📈 Overall Status ​She is transitioning gracefully into flower with vibrant green foliage, zero signs of nutrient stress, and healthy "praying" leaf posture under the 400 PPFD canopy. First pistil clusters are multiplying rapidly!

9/10: New week- these young ladies seem like a pair of identical twins I'll prolly transplant both of them in the next few days. 9/11: I waited to long to transplant them and they have root problems to some degree or another...too wet for too long. I transplanted both of them into 3 gallon pots and observed about 50% brownish roots.. 😕 I powdered the planting holes with myco, tricho, and other goodness. 9/12: Between the root problems and the transplant, they looked horrible, so I sprayed them with BoomBoom Spray today and will do a good root drench tomorrow with BushDoctor Boomerang. They looked better by the end of day, but still have a ways to go to get back on track... 9/17: I fed them boomerang only twice this week, and gave also them kangaroots yesterday. They are both looking strong, and branching well. I'll prolly flip to 13/11 with emerson effect in the next couple of days.

The Gorilla Runtz harvest was phenomenal. The buds are incredibly dense and pungent, packing a serious punch. Its compact size meant nearly the entire plant was covered in frosty buds, making for an impressive yield.

Responded really well to the bloom nutients. Massive stretch and so many bud sites. I will defoliate at the end of the week and LST as needed. Defolitated, removed smaller buds at the bottom. The bud stacking and volume of this strain is amazing

Skywalker Haze has started to take up residence in the box — and she does it with style. After a promising start, this first week of growth is already showing the first signs of character: the true leaves are opening decisively, and the green is full and bright, just as it should be.
