Day 40 : Watering today community after 3 days. They were too thirsty and drank 2.5L per plant. I added a lot of food to the water. But it finished with 800ppm only. I think Biobizz decreased the density of nutrients. I added 1 co2 tab / 5L as every time. Also made small defoliation to the bottom for all ladies. She have reached 53cm.

Surprised by how well the water is wicked to the medium from the water bottle, it took a long time, but wick works as intended. I was unsure how much if any nutrient would be transferred via wick but the high salt content altered pH at certain parts. Right before the symptoms arose I decided to supercrop the stem top to bottom on one plant, shortly thereafter the burning happened from the same plant from running 8.0 pH, and nutrient uptake ground to a halt on the plant that was dealing with stress. She doesn't seem happy. Remedied with aluminum sulfate, things seem to be coming back to normal. I need to be more careful with salts. I need MOAR knowledge. How many weeks shall we veg? Going to take a while to fill that canopy with just two plants, should probably start topping now but I'll wait until pH problem Is remedied first, a couple more days hopefully 🙏. I defoliated maybe 6 bigger leaves that had burned yellow on one plant, as it comes back to optimal range, this will be a good opportunity to observe the subtle differences that early defoliation can make. Added a pound of tourmaline powder and biochar, both increase soil urease and invertase activities. *2025 Didn't charge the biochar skewing my ph drastically. Urease is an enzyme that catalyzes the hydrolysis of urea into CO2 and NH3 and is a key component in the nitrogen cycle in soils. Invertase (d-fructofuranosidfructohydrolase, EC 3.2.1.26) is the enzyme that capable both break down α-1,4-glycosidic linkage between d-glucose and d-fructose of sucrose and transferring αβ-D-O-fructofuranoside residue to an acceptor substrate (Toledo et al., 2019). Since tourmaline is widely distributed in the natural environment and has many excellent physical and chemical properties including radiating far infrared energy, permanently releasing negative ions, producing an electrostatic field, releasing rare microelements, and stimulating the growth and metabolism of microorganisms and plants, tourmaline had been conducted to alleviate potential environmental pollution. Perfect for how much seaweed I've added just incase.

Really enjoyed growing this plant. The smells and colors are incredible. The size of these nugs are huge! I'm so proud of myself but I also know the genetics were key. Atlas Seeds - WOWZA! Can't wait to taste this delectable fruit. I worked hard for it, working even harder for that first taste. 👽 4 Full OZ of dry weight.

🌱 Grow Report — Week 9 (Week 5 Flower) Photoperiods | 12/12 from Seed vs 2 Weeks Veg After weeks of growth, adjustments, patience, and a few ups and downs… we’ve arrived at one of the most exciting stages of the cycle. This is where everything starts to come together. ⸻ 🔬 Quick Recap (for anyone joining now) We’re running the same genetics in two different approaches: • 🌱 Plant A — 12/12 from seed (no veg) • 🌱 Plant B — 2 weeks veg before 12/12 Current environment: • 🌡️ 28°C • 💧 60–65% RH • ⚡ EC 2.4 • pH 6.5 • 🌬️ CO₂ ~1000 ppm • 💧 Water intake: ~1.5–2L/day Both plants are healthy, vigorous, and pushing hard — but expressing themselves very differently. ⸻ 🌿 What’s Happening This Week This is true flower acceleration. You can see it clearly: • Bud sites stacking • Internodal spacing defining structure • Pistils exploding • Trichomes beginning to coat everything The plant is now shifting energy from: 👉 vertical growth → flower production + resin output ⸻ ✨ Trichomes — The Frost Begins Those macro shots… beautiful. What you’re seeing: • Early capitate-stalked trichomes forming • Resin heads still mostly clear • Rapid increase in density on sugar leaves and calyxes Why do trichomes exist? They’re not just “frost”: • 🛡️ Protection against UV • 🐛 Defense against pests • 💧 Moisture regulation • Chemical factory (terpenes + cannabinoids) What does this level of production mean? 👉 Strong genetic expression 👉 Good environmental balance 👉 High potential for quality resin later on Right now = foundation stage Later = bulking + ripening ⸻ 🌸 Pistils (White Hairs) — What They Tell Us Those white hairs everywhere = pistils. They are: • The female reproductive organs • Designed to catch pollen (which we don’t want here) What they indicate: • Plant is in active flower development • Bud sites are still building structure • No maturity yet — still early/mid stage When they: • Turn orange/brown → maturity approaching • Recede → calyx swelling begins Right now? 👉 Peak formation phase ⸻ 🌱 Bud Formation & Structure You said it perfectly: 👉 “Golf balls forming” That’s exactly it. What we’re seeing: • Tight clusters starting • Defined spacing between bud sites • Structure that will determine final yield Key observation: • The spacing is clean and organized • Light penetration is doing its job • No overcrowding → better airflow + resin potential ⸻ 🌿 Color & Health That lush green? 👉 Perfect. It means: • Nitrogen still available but not excessive • No major deficiencies • Photosynthesis running strong At EC 2.4: 👉 They’re feeding heavy and accepting it well ⸻ 🌱 The Big Comparison — Two Different Timelines 🌱 Plant A — 12/12 From Seed • Shorter (~90 cm) • More compact • Earlier flower maturity • Faster transition 👉 This one is ahead in flower development ⸻ 🌱 Plant B — 2 Weeks Veg (Studio Plant) • Taller (~120 cm) • More branching • More sites • Slight delay in flower maturity 👉 Still building structure + stretching slightly longer ⸻ ⚖️ Why This Difference Happens It’s simple but powerful: 👉 Time in vegetative state = structural foundation • Plant B had more time to: • Build roots • Create branches • Store energy So: • More size • More sites • But slightly delayed flowering Meanwhile: • Plant A went straight into reproduction mode 👉 Faster flowering, less structure ⸻ 🔮 What to Expect Next 🌱 12/12 From Seed Plant • Faster ripening • Smaller but denser buds • Likely earlier harvest • More uniform structure ⸻ 🌱 2 Weeks Veg Plant • Bigger colas • More yield potential • Slightly longer flowering time • Possibly more variation between buds ⸻ ⚠️ What NOT to Expect (yet) • No cloudy/amber trichomes yet • No final swelling • No terpene peak yet 👉 That comes later (weeks 6–8+) ⸻ 🙏 Closing — From Grower to Growers To everyone following this journey: • The OGs • The new ones • The silent watchers • The ones asking questions • Even the critics This is for all of you. To the sponsors, the genetics, the tools, the platform… To the environment, to the process… To the ups, the downs, and everything in between. And to the plants themselves 🌱 — because at the end of the day, they do the real work. ⸻ This week is special. You can feel it: 👉 The shift 👉 The momentum 👉 The promise of what’s coming And we’re just getting started. 📡 DELETED @ 1K Please stay tuned.we never quit https://www.youtube.com/@TheDogDoctorOfficial NEW 🙏 Thank you for your patience and continued support. With true love comes happiness. Always believe in yourself, and always do things expecting nothing and with an open heart. Be a giver, and the universe will give back in ways you could never imagine. 💚 Growers love to all 💚 📸 P.S. – The Eye Behind the Lens All photos in this diary (for now — except for the ones showing the camera, which I took with an iPhone) are taken with a Sony A6700 paired with a Sony full-frame macro lens and a few more. Photography is part of the story — it’s how we share the fine textures, the glow, and the quiet details that words can’t always capture. I’ve also started experimenting with photo stacking — a technique where multiple images, each taken at a slightly different focus point, are layered together to create one perfectly sharp image from front to back. It’s not digital enhancement or AI; it’s pure photography — a way to reveal the plant’s beauty in microscopic depth, from trichome to petal. You’ll even see a few shots of "ghost me" capturing the shots — camera, lens, setup — because every grow deserves not just to be cultivated, but documented like art. Day 71👋🌱 Started flushing. Giving ph controlled water at 6.2/6.5, I check TDS to water owerflowing from pot, bringing it to 50ppm from 400. Now I’ll start checking trichomes every three days, I’d like a 60% white and 40% amber. Day 72👋🌱🌱 Hi all growers, how is going? Second flush, baut maybe the real first one😎, i gave 10 lt of ph controled water (6.5) and was checking ppm from water coming out. i gave water unitl it reach 400 ppm, my water is 200 ppm, i hope i'll bring it to 50 ppm for next flush in 3 days. This lady is so fat, and tasty already i can smell chocolate and pinus, i'm sure they're going to fatten up 😋😉 Day 77🌱🌱🌱 🌱🌱🌱🌱 Keep washing it with ph controlled water, water now looks cleanest and buds are really blooming now, leaves are loosing color in favour to buds, i think i've got ther 6.7 days left to this lady cut. Let's see!!!! Let’se go!😋

On day 1 the reservoirs PH is 6.2. I defoliated leaves blocking the inside/lower canopy to give more light to lower growth points keeping the top 2 leaves on cola tops. The girls are deff still stretching :) So far so good. I'm glad I flipped to flower early this run and could see even dropping the veg time by another week. Its tough working in a small grow space but I'm determined to master it lol. I lowered the lights intensity from 85% to 75% to give my tops 600-800 PPFD. Usually I just blast the plants with 100% until the stretch is over but I'm realizing that I'm way over doing it based on my quantum sensors data. On day 2 the reservoirs PH is 6.1. The girls are still stretching and putting out new preflowers. My tallest cola is 9" from the light(the other lower colas are between 10"-12" away from grow light). On day 3 I adjusted the reservoirs PH up from 6.0 to 6.3. My tallest cola is 8.5" from the grow light. Lower colas are mostly 10" away from light. On day 4 the reservoirs PH is 6.3. My tallest cola is 7.5" from my grow light and the average/lower cola distance from grow light is 10-11". I defoliated large leafs that are blocking lower bud sites and or touching each other causing wet spots on the leaves. I want as much airflow as possible as I can not control my night time humidity which can be as high as 80%-90%. My last run I noticed some sugar leaves touching my grow box walls and this caused them to start rotting. I want to avoid that this time around so I'm being careful not to have any wet spots from leaves laying on each other as well as keeping all colas far enough from my walls. In the future I would like to have the ability for de humidification but being in a small grow box in a garage makes it difficult to control my lung room. On day 5 I adjusted the reservoirs PH up from 6.1 to 6.3. My tallest cola is 7" from the grow light. Lower colas are mostly 9"-10" away from light. I defoliated and removed lower bud sites not receiving enough light. On day 6 the reservoirs PH is 6.1. My tallest cola is 6.5" from the grow light. Lower colas are mostly 9"-10". My tallest cola is getting 1000 PPFD while my lowers are 600-800 PPFD. On day 7 I changed out the reservoir and adjusted the PH to 6.1. The tallest cola is 6" from the light. Lower colas are mostly 9"-10"

🥒 14B – Pickled Lemon Haze F1 | Week 3 The Second Sister Takes the Crown Welcome back to the Project Blue Tent, my little experiment where every plant receives individual attention from seed to harvest. For anyone joining the journey for the first time, this project follows multiple Zamnesia Genetics grown side-by-side inside the same environment. Every phenotype gets its own diary so we can truly appreciate how genetics express themselves under identical conditions. This week certainly wasn’t boring. A malfunction in the irrigation system flooded the entire tent, leaving every growbag sitting in far more water than intended. Thankfully, the problem was caught quickly, the system was repaired, and every bag was allowed to drain naturally. Thanks to the incredible aeration of Plagron Cocos Premium, the roots never complained, oxygen remained available, and the plants simply carried on growing as if nothing had happened. If anything, this little accident became another reminder that good substrates forgive our mistakes. And this beautiful Pickled Lemon Haze F1 was no exception. ⸻ Week 3 Development She has been an absolute pleasure to watch. Although sharing the same genetics as her sister, she’s already showing her own personality. Her structure became incredibly symmetrical during the week, producing thick internodes, broad leaves and, most importantly, exceptionally vigorous lower branching. Sometimes a plant tells you exactly what she wants. This one practically asked to be topped. Instead of growing vertically with a single dominant apex, she was already investing heavily into her side branches, making this the perfect candidate to redirect her energy and begin building a much wider canopy. Looking underneath the plant was enough to make the decision. Healthy secondary shoots were already racing upward, ready to become future main colas. ⸻ Why I Chose to Top This Plant Many growers see topping as simply cutting the tip off. It is actually much more than that. The main growing tip naturally produces auxins that suppress the lower branches through what’s known as apical dominance. By removing that single growing tip, the plant redistributes hormones and allows the side branches to take over. Instead of one dominant leader… …we create several. Since this Pickled Lemon Haze already had such impressive lower development, topping should allow those branches to explode with growth over the coming weeks, producing a much flatter, more even canopy. For indoor cultivation, that means: • Better light distribution • More productive flowering sites • Stronger structural balance • Easier canopy management Of course, topping is a high-stress technique, so timing matters. I only perform it when the plant is completely healthy, actively growing, and has enough established nodes to recover immediately. Judging by her response only days later, she barely noticed the haircut. ⸻ A Tiny Surgery Using the Zamnesia trimming scissors, I carefully removed the apical shoot just above the selected node. One of my favorite macro photographs this week captures the fresh cut perfectly. Looking through the lens, it almost resembles a tiny green well filled with crystal-clear sap. It is fascinating how much beauty exists in details we rarely notice with the naked eye. Nature never disappoints. The removed growing tip itself was almost too pretty to throw away. Sometimes I think photographers become sentimental about the strangest things. ⸻ Recovery Recovery has been outstanding. Within a very short time the remaining growth tips had already begun pointing upward, clearly responding to the hormonal redistribution. There is no sign of stress, drooping or stalled development. The stem continues thickening nicely, while the side branches seem eager to compete for dominance. Exactly what I hoped to achieve. ⸻ Environment The entire tent continues sharing the exact same environmental conditions. 🌡️ Day temperature: 27°C 🌙 Night temperature: 25°C 💧 Relative humidity: 67% 🌱 Root zone: 24°C 💡 Light schedule: 18/6 ⚡ EC: 1.61 💧 pH: 5.8 ? Pot size: 8 L Plagron Premium Growbag 💨 CO₂: Ambient (~450 ppm) Everything remains stable, giving the plants every opportunity to recover from both the flooding incident and the topping session without unnecessary stress. ⸻ Feeding As the plants continue accelerating their vegetative growth, I increased nutrition slightly. Current feeding per litre: • Plagron Hydro A — 1.6 ml/L • Plagron Hydro B — 1.6 ml/L • Plagron Hydro Roots — 1 ml/L • pH adjusted to 5.8 The slight increase in EC is already being rewarded with faster growth and richer colour throughout the canopy. The new growth remains bright lime green—a perfectly normal characteristic of rapidly dividing young tissue—while the older leaves continue holding a healthy medium green without burnt tips or nutrient deficiencies. Everything points toward a happy, hungry plant. ⸻ Looking Ahead Now comes the fun part. Over the next several days I’ll simply let nature do its work. The goal is to allow the two new dominant tops to establish themselves while the lower branches continue stretching upward. Once the canopy begins filling evenly, gentle LST will likely follow to keep every future flowering site exposed to as much light as possible. She has all the ingredients to become a beautifully balanced bush. ⸻ Thank you so much for stopping by and following another chapter of Project Blue Tent. Every week these plants continue reminding me that growing isn’t just about producing flowers—it’s about observing, learning, adapting and appreciating how incredibly resilient these genetics can be. I truly appreciate everyone who takes a few minutes to read, comment, share advice or simply enjoy the journey with me. Happy growing, and I’ll see you all next week! 🌱💙 ⸻ PS A huge thank you to all the amazing companies making this project possible. 💙 Zamnesia for the outstanding genetics, the fantastic trimming scissors that made this topping effortless, and for believing in this adventure from day one. ? Plagron for providing the Premium Growbags, Cocos Premium substrate and the Hydro nutrient line that continues delivering healthy, vigorous growth week after week. Your support allows this project to become the detailed educational diary I always dreamed of creating. Growers Love and see you all in Week 4! 🌿💙

Here we are in week six of flower and not a lot has happen this week other than the usual watering and letting her do her thing. Only trouble this week was updating GoPro had to try a few times. Other than that we got some rain in my home town and collected about 60 gallons that I'm going to use to finish the rest of the grow. Also, got my new AC Infinity CLOUDLINE T4, Quiet Inline Duct Fan System with Temperature and Humidity Controller, 4-Inch. I was really hoping this two plants would finish before the year ended, however, it looks like they got others plans. See you guys next week.
