my favorite grow to this day it was last grow in a historic facility i had some great runs there but this next one...all i can say is new beginnings new chapter but i ended this one off with a bang!!

📆 Week 15, 30 April - 6 May 2024 30 April - Turned light power to 75%. 1 May - Did a significant defoliation. 2-6 May - Observed and let the plant grow. 📑 I was debating on keeping the lights at 100%, or defoliating the plant. Defoliating won this time. There just wasnt enough light penetration getting to the lower buds (half the plant) to mature them for maximum growth and quality yield. So leaving the lights that bright did not achieve my expectations. It is a tricky situation when you start taking leaves away from a plant in flower, but when shadows are blocking bud developement you have to balance your grow and open it up. My method is to start with the lowest leaves and work your way up, use common sense, discard yellowing and damaged ones first, leaving the healthy green leaf on the plant. Then strategically remove the few that shadow the buds you want more focus on. Karibbean Mango's buds Also got girthy this week like almost double what they were last week. Hard to get a picture because of the leaves but these are gonna be some soda cans. the are making nice cones and stacking up top and down below. smelling super good too. Tropical fruity terps. Holding up the heat very well. and seem to fatten the buds up. been going from 80-100 percent light intensity depending on the ambient temps. Flowers stacking hard and Still drinking 6-8 gallons of water every 3 days. Getting oranges hairs and resin production is ramping up. I was able to get a batch of boogie brew in this week. I also went ahead and added the bee pollen I was curious about. It has lots of ammino acids, and so does the fish fertilizer i have but I don't like using that in flower so maybe this could help. Its been sitting around for years and says its expired in 2019 though i don't think it ever really goes bad unless it moldy or something. I figure at worst I piss off some people for being curious. So i dissolved it in some water and added about a cup to about 40 gallons of water. Each plant got roughly 1/4 cup. I been pushing these plants to the limit. I haven't been wanting to turn my lights down because they are helping to keep my humidity in check. Even been running the de-humidifier day and night now. Also been trying to go an extra day between watering to keep the humidity down as well. it was over 90 percent humidity much of the weeks outside. The thermostat got messed with mid week and temps in the tents got to 92 again a few hours at the end of their day cycle. I think this week I will adjust the lights to turn off 30 minutes sooner, and try to get them to start drinking a little less water

Flush week!!! I also pre-harvested one branch to see the difference in taste (flush vs no flush) and also the difference feel (body/mind high). Super sticky stuff! And soooo smelly! Citrus fruit with spice

Iniciamos con las últimas semanas, ayer hice 24hr de florakleen y hoy con el cambio de solucion solo ripen x 2 semanas, ya se empiezan a sentir los olores. Crecen bien, lo único que me preocupa son las altas temperaturas y la humedad, ya que al usar un dehumidificador me aumenta más la temperatura ambiente. Espero todo siga bien.

После чего они всё ещё показывают некоторое замедленный в росте и стресс, но в этот раз я забыл открыть окна, чтоб свежий воздух попадал и сбивал тепмературу в помещенье, так как мои лампы достаточно сильно греют несмотря на мощную вентиляцию. Поэтому сегодня я так же я дал корневые и вегетативные стимуляторы роста, а так же основное питание и поставил комнату на проветривание. Я так же удалил первую пару непродуктивных листьев и отростающих от них боковых ветвей, так как правило они бывают непродуктивными и замедляют рост растения отводя на себя часть гормонов роста и питательных веществ. Therefore, today I also gave root and vegetative growth stimulants, as well as basic nutrition and set the room to air. I also removed the first pair of unproductive leaves and lateral branches growing from them, since as a rule they are unproductive and slow down the growth of the plant, releasing some of the growth hormones and nutrients. This week I added a scrog net and started guiding some of the branches through it. A few branches were already long enough to be bent and positioned under the net, while others still need a bit more growth before reaching it. From now on, the goal is to let the plant grow freely and focus on filling the net evenly before flipping to flower 🌿💪

Seems I was letting the temp get to low during the night.. I noticed some slow growth did some investigating and that was it. During the day 86/87 and at night it was hitting like 60 and 50’s.. So I’m hoping that was my issue.. But other then that they look beautiful and healthy.. Nutrient burned Red D is 100% now and growing.. I defoliated both of them yesterday, mostly cleaned the Red D’s branches. Just want all her energy going up not out.. But the slow growth sucks hoping it changes now..

Un cultivo sencillo y sin complicaciones: las plantas son realmente gratificantes, no tanto por la cantidad de tricomas como por su crecimiento, rendimiento y aroma; un aroma que sugiere que será delicioso, posiblemente terroso, dulce, quizás a pino, o quién sabe, incluso con un toque cítrico, a limón. Algo parecido. Lo que sí puedo decir con certeza es que huele muchísimo, no se recomienda para cultivos que quieran pasar desapercibidos. Week 14 9th 12/12h Flush week, watering every two days with only reverse osmosis water. This week they continued to show a more accelerated color change. By day 59, they already had a high percentage of amber trichomes, more than enough to harvest before day 60. A simple and uncomplicated grow: the plants are truly rewarding, not so much for the quantity of trichomes as for their growth, yield, and aroma; an aroma that suggests it will be delicious, possibly earthy, sweet, perhaps pine, or who knows, even with a citrusy touch, like lemon. Something like that. What I can say for sure is that it smells incredibly strong; it's not recommended for grows that want to go unnoticed. Después de 61 días, cosechar y secar en el armario.

I believe last week's flush may have fixed my PH issue, the yellowing (mag deficiency) seems to have stopped spreading..

Here's some pictures of late week 1 into week 2. They are still all in their solo cups. In the future, we'll try to label them in the soil so the pictures will show which seed is which. For now, the names are written on the sides of each cup - just can't see that from the pics. TOTAL = 6 cups, all different seeds. (germination week 1 in paper towel) BONUS!!! We found some more NASC freebies!! We have 3x of the Blueberry Cupcake x MAC1 by Humboldt pheno and Girl Scout Cookies (feminized) by NASC. So, we might start one of those if space permits. To conclude week1, the current sprouts are growing in their cups. They are all looking comfortable and are reaching for the wonderful, southern sunlight. We're looking forward to the next weeks of vegetation and eventually transferring them into larger pots in a few more weeks time - all while we wait for some more warmer days ahead. One thing we noticed is that they seem to do much of their growing overnight! But maybe it's because we aren't looking at them as much LOL
