- Fifth week Did a few trimming of some fan leaves at bottom PH around 5.5, still have to maintain with PH up daily Changed reservoir with a dosage of Base A- Base B- Vege- using 1.0 ML per Liter Went back to Silica as specified in feeding schedule by Kawsay Peroxide in order to help oxygen in water, the water is kinda dark tinted, roots have tinted as well, yet they don't seem slimy. Leaves and plants have shown small deficiency in nutrients, but overall they seem to look fine. I dont believe it's root rot but will have to raise Peroxide intake, hopefully I can diagnose the root within this week. Sexing seems to be female, its hard to tell if they're pistils or bud sites, but have not seen pollen sacs develop yet. Update: Final topping done (3 tops in total) prospecting 12 bud sites. Recover mode 3 days and onto last vegetative week. Will consider switching to flower depending on how she recovers.

In week 6 the twelve AK-47 plants from SERIOUS SEEDS continue to THRIVE and in the meantime they have TOTALLY FILLED OUT the space in the HOMEBOX tent. Therefore on day 41 (=flowering day 13) its time to DEFOLIATE the plants and take off the biggest fan-leaves and lowest branches of each plant (see in video). In this second week of flowering they continue to get fed every watering with MILLS NUTRIENTS (following their feeding schedule from the MILLS website I changed from 1 ml START-R to 1 ml of C-4 now) and since they have a healthy dark-green color nothing further needs to be done. The SANlight LEDs are still dimmed to 60% (=one GREEN LIGHT on dimmer ON) and are appr. 70 cm above the top of the plants. The humidity inside the tent is dropping now, it went from 59% (due to bad weather outside and nothing I can change) to 41 % right now.

For this grow I kept my setup a lot simpler than last year. Going with Jack 47 because, well, reviews are awesome and we've had success with Sweet Seeds germinating well. From the pics and videos you can see I've got a simple bucket for the plant with no air stone, pump, or other shit in the plant bucket. All that is in the reservoir. Should make it easier to clean, flush, etc. I'll be able to just pop the lid off (with plant in the net) and put it on a clean bucket with pH balanced water while I clean the rest of the system, then hook it right back up. I also over-designed so I could add a second grow bucket if I want. Don't have space for that at the moment but non-loadbearing walls are easy to move, right? Using General Hydroponics for nutrients and Hydroguard for good measure. Knock wood I'm not jinxing things by posting before I have seedlings.

4/10/2023 Week 1- Day 1 of Flower (Day 68 overall) So when I looked in the tent today the leaves were just above the Net. They hit my " I have to flip mark" so I did just that I flipped them today. I drained the system and filled it with Week 1 Day 1 Flower Nutes. The lights are set to turn off at 8:00pm EST and will turn back on tomorrow at 0800 EST and everyday for the rest of the Grow. To get my water change schedule back on track to Saturdays, since I had to flip tonight on a Tuesday, I will wait 1 week and 5 days instead of the typical 2 weeks for my first change out of the system, so not this Saturday coming up but the following Saturday. Deep in the middle and low under the canopy. I also did a little Super Cropping of any branches too far above the canopy. 4/15/2023 Week 1- Day 6 of Flower (Day 73 overall) Continued defoliation of the top bottom and front and some heavy defoliation of the backs of the plants today.. 4/16/2023 Week 1 - Day 7 of Flower (Day 74 overall) Did Some Heavy Defoliation of the stuff on the inside that isn't getting any light and I cut off anything that I found that seems weak and is still just not making it to the canopy. I also did some super Cropping of the branches as well SCROGing it down. Auto moon rock is just about done. She has been on ph water for a few days now. This was a interesting perlite grow. I might do another in a fabric potter to further embark on my experiment. Smells really good . Overall a great plant to grow. The buds are nice and dense as well . Can’t wait until it’s dried and cured . Hoping to go more than 7 days drying time .

Removed the 2 Xs 1500's (300watts) & replaced them with 2 P1000 (200watts) lights, now running 680 watts. These lights fit in better & have air space all around to help cool them, these lights run a lot cooler than the xs 1500s & only get warm not hot. Started some clones.
