09.08.18 - Today i found out that my "EC-Meter" is mesuring µS/cm not ppm.
500-600ppm Clone = 780-936 µS/cm
800-900ppm Veg = 1248-1404 µS/cm
1000-1100ppm Flower = 1560-1716 µS/cm
- reached max recommended nutrient levels
- thinking about defoliation
- pulled two yellow leafes
- thinking about getting a dslr for better macro photography :)
- Buds get thicker
- cut some fan leaves (not full defoliation)
- slightly reduced nutriens
- some leaves showing symptoms (i think overall she is healthy)
- the first pistils turning brown 😎
- more leaves starting to turn lime-green/yellowish
- she is starting to smell realy good and get a little sticky :)
is this normal for day 50 (week 8) above ground?
- runoff ph higher than fertilized water.
- increasd light to plant distance (learning about ppfd)
- lowerd Bio-Grow (will lower it even more next watering)
She is showing obvious signs of overfeeding
i flushed her once with plain PHed water and three days later with slightly fertilized water:
fertilized water 4l - EC 1 - PH6.4
first runoff EC 2.6 - PH 6.4
last runoff EC 2.5 - PH 6.5
- sugarleafes and flower get more frosty
- buds swelling
- LST and defoliating every watering so all buds get max. light
overall I am super happy with her 😋
Bought a Chikamasa b-500sf (scissor).
We will see how trimming goes but it i already lover it:
- lightweight
- smooth-running
- sharp pointed tip
Hey there, so if your still having white pistils and mostly milky trichs, id say save the flushing for when you're seeing a bit of amber with the milky and also when theres nearly no more white pistils. But most specifically the trichromes will be the guide. You could slowly back down on the nutes over a few days as you go towards doing the flush? While the pistils mature more and trichs are closer to where you want them. In my opinion you can't be more than a few days from beginning to flush. Happy healthy growing. ✌️

I started my activated carbon filter and bought ONA Gel.
According to my brother there was no weed smell 😌
I am very satisfied with the result. despite the difficulties she has grown very nicely.
i have learned a lot and am already looking forward to my next grow.

Hi @GrowGermany! Don't plan too much, your 14 days initial schedule might turn into 7 or 20 days... Start to flush when the trichomes are turning to milky, and you'll have a 7 to 14 days flushing phase, depending on your strain/environment/effects you want. It looks like you’re almost ready. I’d recommend waiting another week or two. Most white hairs should curl in and darken, also you should start seeing amber trichomes. Once that happens, start flushing. The buds are looking beautiful by the way. Well done! 👍
@GrowGermany,Also zusammenfassend, !0-14 tage warten und dann flushen, entgegen growweedeasy würde ich sagen 1 woche bzw 3-4 Spülungen reichen vollkommen aus gbei einer growzeit von ca 10 wochen...... lg Und happy flushing^^
@GrowGermany, 2 Wochen hört sich gut an, leider ist es bei automatics immer schwer zu sagen wie lange sie wirklich brauchen (vorallem bei customs wenn man kein Vergleich hat 😅) meiner Meinung nach solltest du aber bald damit anfangen, ich schätze lange hat sie nicht mehr 👍

Ja, ich plane 2 Wochen zu flushen.
Wegen fehlender Erfahrung fällt es mir aber schwer zu sagen, wann ich damit anfangen soll.
Werde vermutlich meine "Grow Question" dafür verwenden.
Servus, ich sehe gerade du benutzt auch eine greenception gc-4, hast du alles Cluster an ? Sind 15 cm nicht ein wenig nahe ? Habe 2 von den Lampen im selben Zelt und probiere nie unter 30 cm zu kommen.

@GrowGermany, Also vorab, das ist auch mein erster Indoor grow (speziel mit led).✌️
Die Pflanzen brauchen optimal, in der Blüte, eine ppfd von 800-1000; und laut Herstellerdiagramm liefert die Lampe bei 30 cm max 1500 (bei 15cm max 2100). Da alles über 1000 umol verschwendete Energie ist, könnte das auch negative Auswirkungen haben. Zudem hat man eine größere Ausleute wenn die Lampe höher henkt.
Hab die selben Lampen und an der höchsten Stelle mit 25 cm leichtes bleaching durch zu viel Licht.
(Habe bei meinem grow extra eine Frage bezüglich der Lampen distanz geöffnet, da meine Pflanzen unterschiedlich groß wurden. Kannst ja mal einen Blick auf die Antworten werfen, hatte mir auch geholfen)

In der Bedienungsanleitung steht: „Positionieren Sie das LED-Modul ca.
15–20 cm (min. 10 cm!) über den Pflanzenspitzen″.
Habe mir darüber ehrlich gesagt noch keine Gedanken gemacht.
Wie kommst du auf die 30 cm?
