What I can i say other than Ethos Genetics kicks ass. I love growing their gear and will continue for as long as I can. This girl here took very well to training and feeding increases. Her terpene profile early on was undeniably Strawberry but gradually took a citrus dominant turn with some notes of pine. She was a moderate strechter and produced nice full trichomes that I'm sure would give a great return if pressed. The buds themselves are extremely sticky,pungent and dense. I used CX Horticulture and did what most dont do and used the recommended feeding chart 😲🙈🙊. I am glad to say she took it like a champ and for future grows of this strain I know I can up my ppm/EC next time. I yielded 6.25 ounces off of a 10 gallon pot and I know that's not impressive but it's my first time growing in a pot that big so many things learned. I will say after looking at the rootball I could have vegged for several more weeks but again knowledge is power and I've gained some 😉

I am no longer going to be using the fox farm nutrient line not for any other reason than I just want to switch it up and go with something else before I go into flower. I'm not saying fox farm if a bad line, I just want something different. I feel fox farm is the line you go to when your first starting out and buying from Amazon, not downing anyone I've done it myself we've all been there and it works well for the price. But if you get their full line including Bush doctor and all it gets to be a bit mutch. I haven't went that far yet because of that, I don't want to feel like I have to buy 12 different nutrient solutions and when you do you find out you really only needed 5 or 6. Its for this reason I've decided to go with the Mills line of bottled nutrients their line up is 6 solutions total they are a bit pricy for the 6 one of the bottles being $120.00 US alone, but I'm also a firm believer in you get what you pay for and every resource and review I've seen makes me have high expectations for this nutrient line. Updates soon to come over the next few weeks as I have been currently flushing my plants for the past 2 days getting ready for the new neuts. I flushed with just straight water ph 6.0 the first day and again the next day (today Jul 25) and once again a few hours later with cal mag, silica and a little bit of recharge to help hold the plant over until I feed the new neuts and help ease them in as well. Hello and welcome to week 7 beginning for Nesia, the largest and most advanced 6 week old plant I have ever grown. I update daily so week 6 is now complete. Please do check it out! I have added some comparisons shots of Karen, the oldest girl of this [G2] series to show just how impressive Nesia is. Nesia is 25 days younger than Karen and she is already a larger plant. This diary is not very popular or comment filled right now, but as this grow progresses I really think it's going to gain some attention. Nesia is going to be big. Day 44: Nesia stretching fast now. Day 45: Flowering is going well. I have adjusted the timer such that the main tent is now getting 20/4 upped from 18/6. After monitoring DLI at 18/6 for a week I am unhappy with the overall level but because of the varying heights of the plants I am limited in what I can do in adjusting the light height. Some areas were only getting 20 DLI. So I have rearranged to have the taller plants on the edges and the lowest in the middle and doing it this way all plants are getting between 35 and 50 DLI at 20/4 - although one or two cola tips here and there are getting 55. Will monitor for a week. Day 46: Fertigated 5l Day 47: Nesia is really moving into flower strongly now. Pistil development has started proper, stretching rapidly. Day 49: Nesia starting to pose me a challenge. She is big. Now by far the largest plant. She has reached 50cm height and 70cm across. I will add proper photos later and do a week summary. Day 49: Nesia is stretching really fast now. I hope she doesn't stretch much more but I fear we're only halfway done. She's way bigger than Karen now. Taller, wider. Fertigated 5l End of week summary... well what can I say Nesia has now surpassed Karen (25 days older) in every size and growth metric. She is following exactly the same pattern except without all the problems. I think she still has 2 weeks of stretching to go, on that basis I am expecting her to grow upto 25cm in the next week and the same again the week after - so I think Nesia is going to end up being about 1m tall. Honestly I hope not though, but let us see.

Day 88 - The ladies are fine, putting some weight now. Checked the trichomes, i think we have a few more weeks to go.

Only 10 days of drying and 2.5 weeks of curing, but I'll post the smoke report: Tastes of sweet Carmel creaminess. Very smooth and great high. That's why so many strains have gelato as one of their parents. Because it's damn good. 8/10. Very happy with gelato. Harvested 3.99 ounces (111.8 grams) of primo Gelato flower. Chopped day 82 from seed in soil.

Starting to stretch a lot 3 plants 32 in the rest about 24. Have about 2 feet left until max light height. Do you think they will get that tall?

There really is only 4 auto plants in there!! Lol 😆😆

Week 8: Everything is going great. I didn't plan on taking them all out again till they got chopped, but decided to get them out one at a time today and give them a good thorough defoliation, peeled off any undergrowth and water and feed them all. Temps remain completely under control and no longer an issue, even in 90 degree weather here. I've continued to alternate between feeding and just water, cal mag and fish shit. The only plant of the 6 to show any deficiencies was the #1 Skunk. Every leaf on leaf chart looks same to me lol. I upped today's feeding to 3/4 strength instead of half strength. If I had to guess, I would say that this is the last feeding for the Creme de la Chem, Strawberry Couch and the Double Grape. Those three will likely all fall in the 70-80 day harvest range and those three are at day 58. Not 100% on the #1 Skunk or not, it may get one more feeding, along with the Watermelon Skittles. The Fruit Punch? Well there is a chance I will be smoking cured Creme de la Chem before that one gets chopped lol. It will continue to get fed for a while as buds still very under developed. Today's defoliation was barely anything for a couple plants like the Watermelon Zkittles. A few big fan leaves blocked bud sites, but the Skunk needed thinned out badly and I took a good 20 minutes to go around the outside them come in from over top to really get in there and try to make some airflow and better light penetration. These are definitely drinking at different rates but in order to not be mixing up stuff daily, I feed them all on the same day and the couple that still had some weight to them just get less. I think these will all meet and exceed my 2 ounce goal per plant and 5 of the 6 after topping and training have conformed to the types of plants I really want to grow with the space I have. Thats 6-8 tops on a short compact plant. The Fruit Punch went off the reservations waiting till day 50 to start flower and is acting like this is a 3 plant grow not a 6. But shoving it in corner and putting short Skunk plant by it on bucket to raise up canopy along with raising one side of my TSL2000 and lowering other side towards shorter plants appears to be working great. Its great to be thinking about the flush. Having plants out, I did check trichomes on a couple just for the fun of it and mainly clear so got couple weeks or more for most of these.

SONNTAG: Heute wurden die beiden größeren Ladys gefimmt, die zwei kleineren wurden getoppt. Eine von den größeren Ladys habe ein bisschen mehr gewellt. Die habe ich einwenig entlaubt da ich nach der zweiwöchigen Pause mit LST weiter machen will. Ich bin voller Hoffnung das alle meine Babys das Training heile überstehen, drückt die Daumen.😁 MONTAG:

11/10 - Over this last week the ladies have consumed a significant amount of nutrients in addition to the water they drank. After 4-5 days ppms measured 580 and pH 6.7. Added full strength nutes to top off (not half-strength like normal). This brought the res to 715ppm and 6.2pH. Removed a couple older fan leaves that weren't getting good light. Plant is maintaining 6" height with wire ScrOG. She has started to show her bud sites and I expect a fairly healthy stretch due to her ~90+ day timeline. This should allow plenty of tucking under the ScrOG to allow light to the inner bud-sites and increase overall yield vs previous grows. Good week, they're happy to be in larger pots. Used Coast of Maine Bar Harbor Blend potting soil. Got some new growth coming in, especially on the redder one. Big Bloom this week. Seriously considering putting them in the ground soon despite cold nights. They want the sun!
