Oh it was a special week. Day 21 of flower marks the Silver Back Guerilla defoliation day!!!! I left one be. For him. To prove me wrong. BUT!!! That one had some dead leaves at the bottom that needed removal, not the defoliated plants!! Time will tell as to if what Im doing is right. I stick to my guns that this works for my room. Even though I read differently, removal of foliage has lowered my rh. Could very well be outside environment, however. By day 21F the room was a bush again. In my opinion, it needed the heavy defo to breathe. As for light penetration, I am extremely happy with the amount of heads receiving direct light. She lived through the worst soil and the worst bug infestation I ever had. The insect soap I mixed up had a pH of 10, which burned but I was able to recover. The colors are Beautiful. It smell like a heavy Kush!

Right then 7 weeks of flower complete. I'll dive right in to the juicy bits as this week has been predominantly about deciding weather to chop or keep one of my girls going. In the end I chose to do both! As the photos and videos show the plant wasn't recovering so I checked the trichomes and it was actually pretty ripe. A few Amber's on the upper buds. Lowers still undeveloped so I decided to take the biggest and leave the smallest for another week or while ever the plant is healthy. I estimate I've taken around 7oz once dry. Depending how they swell up I'm hoping for a further 5oz of solid bag worthy nugs. Looking nice and frosty, smell is that typical sweet haze with some sour diesel/fruit kick in there. You can see how the photos progress my hands getting covered in resin. Got to give my other 3 some love as they are getting healthier and fatter. I'm thinking another week on one of them and 2 on the others. I'll more than likely stagger the harvest like tonight if it proves worth while. I will update mid week.

Here we gooooo! We are headed i to weel seven going strong! This plant here is definitely taking her time to flower, starting to produce thriclomes! Im not too sure if I stunned her in week 5. How ever this is a Sativa dominant hybrid. I've learned that sativas have a bit longer of a flowering time! Im thinking we have 3 to 4 more weeks of flower to go! Still keeping my main focus on keeping the plant healthy and fed! With a great flowering environment, vpd, humidity. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable theme in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. Hello. This is the end of week 6 and the beginning of week 7 of veg. I meant to repot these girls last week and I've been a day behind all week. I've got the pots washed and the soil mixed but just didn't get around to repotting them. I'll get it done tomorrow. They look a little wilty because I turned the light on to take these pics and they were asleep. OK. Have Fun. Chuck.

All the plants are in various stages of flowering so it is starting to smell very interesting in the closet. The soil is becoming hydrophobic which makes watering an even more laborious task than it already is. I suspect the rewards will be well worth it though.
