Hello everyone! How are you? Here's an update on my Papaya Zoap. This week I'll only be able to share some photos, as I'm having technical issues, but I promise that next week I'll bring you the best photos I can. As I mentioned in the Black Muffin and Strawberry Cola diary, I started noticing that my plants had slowed down their development a bit and were showing signs of deficiencies. I discovered that my pH regulator wasn't working properly, but I've already fixed that problem. Most likely there was a root blockage. I've already flushed the plant once with distilled water, and I'll probably do the same on the next watering. I'll fertilize again next week. You'll have news soon, haha! Hugs machines.💀😍

The Vipraspectra par 450 seems to be the reason my little plant is giving it all it has! Best light to start plants and heal them from our mess ups outside of nature.

it looks great!!!!! although the upper leaves "burn" from the strong light, but the flowers are developing well:) Palgron nutrient fertilizer waste does its job :) I like it:) also visited the quality control - "cat" no violations were noticed !!!:) I moved my suitcase to another room :) now the daytime temperature is only 28° ;) I managed to reduce it by 4°, which will definitely benefit her :) good luck to everyone :)

Very sticky strain i never use so many latex gloves when i do trimmings as much as this strain so she is great for concentrats smells amazing simillar to cherry but more like hard 🍬 🍒 kind chemicall smell 😍

Well what a week indeed. I left for work and my assist got sick and was unable to check the ladies on a very critical day for coco and missed a feeding and the roots went dry for a split second. That was enough to put them behind where I wanted to be but luckily we didn’t lose them all together. How quickly it can happen when they increase their water uptake! But all is well that ends well and these 3 ladies are on track to go to flower in a week.

The photo plants are still growing a bit but think flower is a week or two out. Preflowers starting show but had to chop one more male. Increased bloom nutrients this week but still going light. Reacted well to the defoliation of the lower branches last week. Wish I had bigger pots. The 15 gallon smart pots are maxed out. The plant in the pink pot is about 6'4" now and still growing the most. Chopped shorter auto Sunday. Did a wet trim but still plenty to trim later. Chopped half of the other auto Tuesday but the lower buds still have 3-4 days to go. Excited to see the yield from both plants.

Welcome to my Fast Buds sponsored shootout and living organic soil v coco side by side. I also plan to use this grow to my full advantage regarding a few age old nagging questions about methods. I have had a keen interest in L.O.S ( supersoil) since reading a few threads a while back on how amazing and productive it can be. After too much research and procrastinating I had to give it a go. I have been a decades coco/nft grower and recently threw my hat in the rdwc ring too. I have avoided soil due to the overwatering worry ( heavy handed chimp brain !) and the best potting soil/feeds. Catching up on the advances in indoor soil gardening and organics led me too subcools supersoil recipes to name a few but being a town dweller with farms everywhere around me still drew blanks on a lot of the ingredients needed and where the hell I could even begin to get them from. Thankfully , commercial savvy has now made buying it in ready to use and with a full range of beneficial bacteria ect available in amendments from a grow shop here in the uk. ecothrive have realised the potential for us to dive into this medium with all the mixing , measuring and resourcing. I bit the bullet and £150 later I now have 4 x37Litre pots that will be used for as long as I want to feed the soil for without EVER needing nutrients again potentially. The coco has also had charge mixed in to encourage the bennies to colonize there too. I will be using the shogun nutes that I know do the business with coco to compare with for yield , growth and taste. I have 3 seeds each of 4 Fast Buds Strains to use as a control for the grow and am journaling each strain in their own diaries. This statement will be used to start each one as the information is identical at this point but following this I will do them individually. I am now starting their second week since opening the seed packets , straight into soaked and shook root riot cubes and into the heated propagator. They had all showed their heads by end of day 3 and a couple needed helmet surgery to open up without being hindered . I have has them in the prop for a few days but they needed to get settled as they were popping roots out all over the cubes. They have now been in their final pots for 2 days complete and starting their 3rd today at day 8 since planting in cubes. I am impressed with the speed and success of these girls already (12 of 13 germinated) . Well done fast buds. So here we go folks , any comments , ideas ,questions , advice are always welcome and I hope we can have some fun experimenting with defol v non defol , topping v fimming v bending and any other curiosities along the way. The ladies are opening up nicely after 48hs of planted (2 days) as normal, the pheno #1 has opened first let's see how they keep developing!

The two lagging Iced Outs are trying to catch up. DAY 26 - Watering 10L with 50 ml Vega (one day too late...) + light on 300w (max) DAY 28 - 4 weeks from popping the seeds, looking good except for the two Iced Outs, one of them is trying to get with the program, the other... Well, some plants are just pricks. WEEK 5 I think this is the week we'll see them take off :) DAY 29 - Plants are starting to show sex, removed 2 Urkle Mints males, the other two are females, the rest are fems so we're down to 13 female plants total with only a single weakling DAY 29 - Watering 8L with 50ml Vega (shouldn't have been later than today!) DAY 33 - plants exploded over the last 4 days and most are stretching and starting to flower DAY 33 - Watering 10L with 60ml Vega (feeding Vega once or twice more then we switch to Flora) DAY 35 - Just cruisin' 😎 WEEK 6 Lots of stretch the past week, flowers are setting in, the laggy Iced Out was culled, 3 plants are a bit behind the others.. DAY 36 - Watering 10L with 50ml Vega DAY 39 - Watering 10L with 50ml Vega DAY 42 - Defoliation WEEK 7 DAY 44 - Watering 10L with 50ml Vega DAY 47 - Switching to flowering nutes - Watering 10L with 50ml Flores WEEK 8 Had to break the stem on the stretchy Sugar Cane to keep it low enough DAY 51 - Watering 10L with 60ml Flores DAY 54 - Watering 10L with 60ml Flores WEEK 9 Starting to chunk and frost up. The 2 Urkle Mints regs are really small and slow but flowering, the slow Iced Out just started flowering and probably won't add up to much by the time the next grow needs to start. 9/4/24 starting to look happier. also since shes had to reveg a bit, i got a peak into what she will look like in early flower. she will get dark and the fan leaves are covered in trichomes and that was only preflower. 9/9 topped the two
