Week#5FLO, Aptus nutrients 💪🏻

Hi Growers. These little plants have been cruising along just fine. The whole week they have just been sprayed with ph RO water with a touch of cal pow. Yesterday I noticed they were a bit lighter in color and using peat based medium with zero nutrients I decided to feed according to the FastBuds suggested 1/8 strength. It still ended up being around 225 ppm. I also raised the light 3” as I noticed the serrated leaf edge starting to point straight up. That SF4000 is a beast against tiny plants even at 30%. I’ve got the environment at approx 77 & 60% with a oscillating fan and humidifier running. I finally was able to remove that shell helmet off the middle plant. Once I did she immediately took off. I just sprayed and saturated the membrane and ultra gently manipulated it til one cotyledon popped out and left it alone. The hull fell off the other side by itself. All in all they’re looking happy and are doing what they should be. 🤞👍🏻🌱 Happy Growing 🌱

day 42 images are in last week, I can not count XD. bridal is stacking a lot of weight and is constantly shifting/leaning every morning, good things. I would chop any day but I will wait it out. water, tiny bit of humic and folvic to reduce chloromine, chlorine- air stones day 45 took a few nugs off on day 42, dried for 3 days. Tried bridal and blackberry. As a heavy recreational, thc is up there! bridal felt like having a blindfold over your eyes somewhat sativa uplift but heavy weight feelings. Very good. Lasted as good as 30%'s. Dr. Thunder was also very nice, nug was smaller so mixed with blackberry to have a small j. Also feels very good indica. Both trials were chopped on week 6 day 1. Very pleased with the results. I was worried bridal was more sativa; which charasteristica I am not looking for. So I believe this is a very good heavy hitter run with 4 plants. I can chop any day, but I am waiting for pink paradise to finish seeds. day45 took top nugs from bridal party, blackberry oreo bigstuff and dr. thunder. She was quick and pretty good 👰 I was out of meds and just went as quick as possible 🐇 barely any veg time Another reason that I was quick with her was I wanted to squish her. I bought myself a press for my birthday 🎁 ( Dulytek 1005). I put BOOST packages in the 🏺 hoping she’d get wet and good for squishing. Only smoked 💨💨💨so far. Week 4: Growth Spurts and New Challenges Continued Growth and Health As we move into the fourth week, the plants are showing impressive growth. Their leaves are a lush, vibrant green, and the stems are becoming stronger. The transition to the larger 11-liter fabric pots has clearly paid off, providing the roots with ample space and better aeration. Adjusting Nutrient Levels Given their positive response to the nutrients, I decided to continue with 2/3 of Terra Aquatica Tripart feeding schedule, adjusting slightly to meet their increasing demands. Here's the updated feeding plan for this week: CalMag: 2.5 ml/l (Starting EC before adding nutrients: 0.50 mS/cm) Grow: 1.5 ml/l Bloom: 1.0 ml/l Micro: 0.5 ml/l EC: 1.2 mS/cm (600 ppm PPM-500/TDS) pH: 6.0 Each plant is watered with approximately 20% runoff to ensure there's no nutrient buildup in the coco mix. I will maintain this nutrient level until the pre-flowering stage to avoid the risk of nutrient burn due to over-fertilization. Weather Improvements and Adjustments The weather has been steadily improving, with temperatures expected to rise to around 25°C starting Wednesday, accompanied by abundant sunshine. This upcoming forecast is excellent news for my plants, as I anticipate a final growth spurt before flowering begins. Every centimeter of growth counts at this stage, and I'm optimistic about maximizing their potential under these favorable conditions. Strengthening with Wind Exposure On days with good weather, I move the plants out of the greenhouse to expose them to natural wind. This practice helps strengthen their stems, improving overall stability. Additionally, the wind creates a more challenging environment for pests, helping to keep them at bay. Smart Watering Strategy I only water the plants when the pots feel noticeably lighter. This encourages the roots to search for water, promoting the development of a stronger and more extensive root system. This method helps ensure the plants remain healthy and resilient. Pest Management: Observations and Actions At the beginning of the third week, I noticed dark discolorations on the undersides of some leaves. A few days later, these spots turned into yellow patches. I am still unsure about the cause of these spots. To prevent a potential insect infestation, I sprayed all the leaf surfaces, both top and bottom, with a mildly dosed neem oil mixture. Since then, the spots have not spread further. Because these discolorations are only affecting the lower leaves, they are not causing me significant concern at the moment. Regular inspections and preventive measures are crucial to maintaining the health of the plants and ensuring that any issues are caught early. Decision Against LST At first I have decided against using LST. But some of your comments made me try some LST on two of my plants. I choose Tangie and Gorilla cookies to try out and learn some stuff. Blue dream and Banana purple punch stay without any training. 👸🎂 Queen lizzies cake staying short like a bonzai lol, fattening up on the 4 main colas on 1 , I did some lst to keep apart the stems and defoilated the middle again as it was clogged up. Ended up snapping them abit but they took it like a boss! 😎

Beautiful plant, this OG kush looks really really happy after 4 weeks since planted, this pheno looks a little more sativa than the pheno number 1 as you can see, but I expect the same from both plants, OG kush always makes me happy, this version of royal queen seeds looks really awesome and I'm very glad to be working with their OG kush this 2021 outdoor season, stay tuned to see how this lady keeps developing guys! We're very close from transplanting this ladies!

Hurra! 😊 This as been an explosive week for the plant. From Day 18 I started doing LST... it's the first time i do it.💀 I'm watering the plant with not a precise scheme, when it's dry, i wet, the pot intelligent so you can't do wrong, no more accumulations of water.🌱

Sorry I couldn't get better pictures but I'll try again tomorrow. This strain certainly deserves it. Very low leaf to bud ratio on this plant. Dark pink or orange stigmas retracted into the buds as they finished and one pheno had the densest nugs I've ever grown. This year realky showed me the difference of quality seeds compared to "local" clones. After a rainstorm on the large fluffier pheno I found a "trapped" bumblebee inside one of the massive colas. I had to help it out. It was literally "stuck" due to the resin. This strain had the most pleasant aroma that stuck with the finished product. Due to the small amount of leaf to bud ratio this plant was a breeze to trim. That being said I still don't have it ALL manicured up but I'm working on it. All plants seemed fairly pest resistant as well. If you enjoy indica strains (90/10) with short flowering times than this should certainly be on your "to grow list." Having these plants totally finish before October was very helpful. According to many local growers (both patients and commercial growers) this was "the worst year for growing cannabis in memory." I've had the best year I've had in decades (probably ever) both quality and quantity wise.
