3rd December 5 days later and the Candy Rain looks really healthy! Looking forward to increase the EC from 2.40 to 2.5-2.6 in the next few days… From my experience this strain can’t take that much nutrients and is easily over-fertilized…so I will carefully increase the nutrients and see how the plant will react.

Day 50 - Starting week 8 and looks like her stretching has just about stopped and hopefully now she’ll really start packing on the flowers. She’s getting fairly dry already so she’ll get another round of plain water tomorrow then the feeding after that, she’ll get some nutes. She’s got a couple of burnt tips from the nutes but not many so I’ll continue at the dosage I’m using. Day 52 - Didn’t get the chance to update yesterday but she got two gallons of water and nutes. I’m seeing a few leaves starting to lighten up a bit so thinking she’s gonna need higher doses of nutes so next feeding I’ll up the dosage. Other than that, just trying to keep everything tucked nicely in the tent and the flowers are really starting to stack up nicely. Day 54 - Overall she’s looking good and really starting to pack on the flowers. I am a little worried because she’s got a little yellowing going on with some of the upper to middle leaves but not too bad. Hoping I fixed the issue with a nutrient feeding the other day cause pH and everything are all good, right in mid to upper 6’s. Just gonna keep an eye on her and make sure it doesn’t get worse. As long as she’s packing on flower, she should be ok. Day 55 - All still looking good and not noticing any new leaves yellowing so hoping I caught the deficiency early enough. Other than that, flowers are really filling in nicely. She’s got another day or two before she needs some water.

Week five in flower and not much change. The buds are starting to bulk up and get fat. I have noticed a color shift in the bud as well. They are developing a pink/purple hue with a gray undertone. It’s an unusual color because it’s very pastel looking. Frost production is still on high, these things are coated like crazy already. Magnesium issue has now stopped, I’ve been adding 1/16 teaspoon of magnesium sulfate to the water every time to keep up with the demand for this large plant. Smell is very strong and hits you hard when you open the tent. When rubbing the bud I pick up a fruity pebbles smell. So far watering every other day and she is sucking down about a gallon a day of water. Run off pH was reading 6.5 which has been spot on this entire grow so far.

Shame on me… habe den taupunkt am morgen deutlich unterschätzt. 🐝

The end of week 1 has arrived. We all know how it goes. Just playing the waiting game. At this stage these girls are just working on building their root system. The roots should be hitting the reservoir in the bottom of the buckets soon then they should take off. Got the water pumping and the lights beaming 24 hours a day. Running a low dose of maxigro. Keeping the ph around 6. Will probably be topping them around day 12. Would be amazing if I can get them ready to switch to flower at the end of week 3. But for now I'm just going to check on them 420 times a day hoping they don't die. Might be back next week if they are alive. Happy growing!

Mainlining is progressing nicely. The main stem was topped at the 3rd node, and each main branch was topped again at the 3rd node to build a clean and symmetrical manifold. I always wait until the branches have 5 nodes before topping, to make sure the plant is strong enough to handle the stress. This week I performed a selective defoliation and some light LST, only to guide the branches and keep everything level. I’m still deciding between 8 or 12 main colas, depending on how the plant continues to respond. In the video you can clearly see the before and after of defoliation and training 🌱💪

November 9 2025. DAY 63 OF FLOWER, 9 WEEKS I harvested early this morning before the light turned on. Cut her down whole before the lights and the sun. Had everything ready, so I put up coffee and grow videos. I wet trimmed this time, because I will be busy in the following weeks. I want to get an even dry and start curing ASAP. I have the jars ready. Finger Hash was ridiculously sticky. Had to clean the trimmers in between. Took about an hour to trim. I have a damp towel in the outdoor closet with the hanging plant. Colder outside for a slower dry. Smoke report coming soon. I have 4 clones in flower going right now. 2 clones of Pheno 1 and 1 clone of both pheno 2 and 3. Pheno 3 and pheno 1 are both crossed. Pheno 3 is crossed with my Baby Yoda X Red Zkittlez. Pheno 1 is crossed with a Blue Dream male. I will run those babies at a later date.

Hello Diary, Milky Way F1 is ready for harvest after exactly 10 weeks. 79 days since I put the seed in the ground. 75 days since Apollo F1 rose from the ground. All 10 weeks passed without any problems, Milky Way F1 as well as her roommates proved how resilient, fast and hopefully generous they are. I'm very happy with how things look so far. Finally, as seen in the photos, Milky Way F1 looks impressive, the flowers are hard packed, full of trichomes. For the last week, watering was usual, every three days. After cutting off the stem at the bottom, I put the plant upside down in the grow box to dry. Here's what the last week looked like. 02/07/2023 - Day 64. Watering. I watered the plant with about 2 liters of water. 05/07/2023 - Day 67. Watering. I repeated the procedure as I did three days earlier. 08/07/2023 - Day 70. Photography and harvesting. I put it to dry upside down and will leave it to dry for at least 2 weeks. That's it from me. I wrote everything I thought was important. If you have any questions related to this strain, feel free to write.

Huge shout outs go to @MarsHydroLED as well as @Seedsman for their outstanding gear and genetics to work with! HUGE shout out goes to all my followers and people who stop in a like! Keep giving inspiration to grow! -The Projexx Day#50F Pictures N/A. Ladies are starting to slow down on new pistol growth and focusing on ripening up. Day#51F Watered ladies 6L each at 160PPM. We've began flushing them. Day#52F PGC#1 leaves starting to turn quite purple, Banana Krumble still has a while to go. Checking trichomes tomorrow. Day#53F Pictures N/A. Watered ladies 6L each at 160PPM. PGC#1 trichomes are doing well mostly cloudy little amber, Banana Krumble still has lots of time to go and PGC#2 is almost ready displaying lots of amber and lots of milky trichomes gonna give her a few more days. Day#54F Pictures N/A. Banana Krumble still thickening up , PGC#2 is looking quite ready and PGC#1 is far behind her sister! Day#55F Harvested PGC#2. Watered ladies 6L at 160PPM. PGC#1 is turning more purple by the day quite the lovely show! Day#56F Pictures N/A. Banana Krumble still thickening up but displaying more orange pistols , she's gonna be a 70 - 77 day girl but I'll get big rewards! PGC#1 ripening up daily! Recap: Over all things went super well this week! We harvested the smallest plant in the room and ended up with almost 500G of wet weight roughly 6-7 ounces off that plant dry, she smells very very gassy with light hints of candy and fruit very pleasing combination to say the least. We are coming up on the finish line quickly for this project Im excited to see what the other plants will yield!

Popped the top for a sampler, probably take the rest down in a week.
