Day 71: Beautiful big frosty extremely smelly buds! They keep stacking and throwing put new white pistils. Trichs are clear and cloudy. I got the smell under control with a new filter, but when I open the tent it is like a smack in the face (but in a good way). I gave her 2L of water with nutrients. More leaves are slowly fading purple too. Day 73: 2L of water with nutes Day 75: I am leaving for a week to travel to a funeral. Death puts so many things in perspective. I asked my girl to give the plant 2L of plain water 3 days from now and then I'll water again when I get back. Today I gave her 2L of water with nutrients and pulled off a couple yellow leaves. The fore ast calls for rain, so I raised the light and will leave it on 24hrs to keep the humidity from rising too much. Anyway, now I have 2 fans circulating air in the tent, so there is a lot of airflow. The buds continue to grow as you can see in the pics. The smell is strong!

Now that I finally removed the other plants i have total control of the space! I moved the light diagonally so the girls can take max benefit from it.. I think i fucked the ph once since I saw a little deficit on the plant after the last watering... I dont know if ifs ph or something else :/

Another great week for this girl! Gave her a bit of defoliation to get some additional light to the lower nodes. A little LST to get the outer branches some light. I thought I might be chopping today but she wants another week to fill out. See last pics and feel free to comment on the trichomes.

She was a pleasure to cut. Beautiful trim. So far pure berries and gas. I'll update on the smoke report once she's cured. I had a mini toke sesh earlier and it was definitely LSD. Definitely turning on some different visual/auditory receptors. It was nice and long and happy. She's only going to continue to get better. The buds are kind of fluffy but I find that all the purples I've grown turn out like that. The greens tend to produce much more weight/density. I'm not one to harp on density. I'm more about the flavor/effect.

I love the sativa shaped nug-towers! When my plants grow big, I like to grow them until the very end of their cycle! That's why the extended flower period. Right so basically, a week ago today marked a month for these ladies and because I had a broken phone it was very hard to keep up to date with the journal but hopefully now I can keep on top of this grow for you guys. It's been 35 days since germination for the Rhino Ryder and Afghan Kush. I'm using soil from the back garden and now that there is a bit of foliage, with the watering etc. The humidity has risen to a level I'm not happy with to which I'm going to invest in a portable dehumidifier to bring down the moisture in the air. I had to defoliate as it was getting really bushy and the fan was struggling to get air through the fan leaves. I cannot believe the RR, started off as the most finicky plant from germination and now it's the tallest f***er of the 4. She has shot up! I looked at the yellow tips on the leaves and apparently it's a lack of Iron. I read that Iron deficiency can be left to work itself out typically if it's not severe. Usually after a few days after the leaves are left to expand the yellow disappears and they turn a nice fresh green colour. The smell in here is fantastic! Overall very pleased. All the leaves are dark green and the plants are looking very happy. I’m giving them a couple more days before they are flipping into flower. All of them handle defoliation really well but Somango is a little to bushy to really do any organized Lst. I will try after Defoliation next week and give her a bit more surface area.

18h in 0,5% H2O2. Soil: The living soil was from Dope soil. The soil was used for one grow and keep alive over 5 months. 1 month ago i gave some new compost (5L) a new mulch cover. Compost tea 900 mL compost + 10 L rain water, brewed for 18h.
