First week of flowering. Girls are super happy. And drink a lot. I very much prefer the lower plant count with 8 plants. And I’m probably not going to go back to more than 9 plants. Perhaps will even try 6 or 7. 12 or 16 was a bit of overkill. Maybe with super short veg it has its place. 26.01 first day of flower.

Moved these girls in to the flower room so now they are under 600 watts of hps. towering above every other strain I've grown so far these girls loved vegging for 8 weeks. I did a light defoliation of lower most branches because light wasnt reaching through the canopy well & these girls shouldnt mind it at all. Really looking forward to seeing how these ladies fill up a room. 😉🌿

08/20/2020 Soil temp a little warm,it is hot and humid going to water her good,and mulch the topsoil. Flowering has started!

The start of week 5 is going well. Blueberry is smelling nice and my seedlings should be showing preflowers soon.

Today (49 day) heavy defoliation, few days ago add 0.5 ml/L PK additive. Plant height is 140 cm now! See videos

Ok so I put a significant amount of time into this grow. Learned a ton (everything lol) as it was my first. After the final week, I decided to harvest when the trichs were milky and clear. Few amber here and there but time constraints meant I had to chop a bit earlier than I’d have preferred. I do prefer a more uplifting cerebral effect yet realize with an indica leaning strain, having all cloudy and maybe 25% amber would have been 👌🏼. My drying process began by chopping a plant at a time, I washed the buds to get the PM or traces off (also grime from outdoor city air). I used a big bucket and did hydrogen peroxide. In heindsight I would have used baking soda as well and did a two step wash. After washing them, I hung to dry with a fan until they stopped dripping then into the tent they went for drying at roughly 68 degrees and 55% humidity. I staggered the harvest and wet trimmed about 70% of the time with the latter 30% dry trimmed. This was done for convenience and to try both ways. I dried everything for about 12-13 days until the smallest stems snapped and the larger ones were borderline cracking. I started jarring everything with humidity meters, about a half oz per smaller widemiuth jam jar. The smell was never hay-like but did vary in strength and scent from plant to plant. Almost no seeds which was pretty great to see. One of the outdoor plants had quite a few seeds so I kept that separate. It ironically had the stinkiest floral smell. So what’s the total!! After curing in jars for about a month, I weighted everything and came out with 10.5oz of cured trimmed flower and about 2 oz of sugar leaf trim which I am making canna butter with and cooking. Made some reduculously strong cookies: 11 cookies from about 10 grams of trim. Ate two and was medicated for about 24hrs 😂. Some of the buds were super dense and cured down to 58 RH easily. There were a few of the large big buds that had mass but less density and fewer trichomes. These were more red-hair visually than the others. The smoke: surprisingly smooth. The effect is energizing and uplifting at first, with a nice sedative body feeling on the second half of things. Overall, I’m super happy with the result. Learned a TON and will be modifying my approach a bit next go-around this spring. Stay tuned!!!

Hey everyone An average week. Jack 2 still doing her best and she is whitout a doubt the best girl of this round. All buds are swelling up and are looking very frosty. she is in her final period now. Gave one last feeding with nutrients and from now on its flushing time. By the end of the week (maybe 10 days) I will chop and harvest her. The night/early morning humidity is pretty high too. Around 90%... Wich brings me too NL 1 😪 NL 1 is another story Remember I said last week I found some budrot... Well it has spread to some lower buds too so I decided to end this grow. There will be something left to save but not much. It's not for me anymore too. Gonna give her away. I'm not a fan of plants that have rot in anyway haha. I still can't blame the plant herself. She had rough conditions and a stupid accident caused by me. Still a bit sad because she looked fantastic in the beginning. Oh well Will still do the harvest report next week but not sure if she will be still here then. All focus on Jack 2 now 🙂 Another grow to learn from Happy growing friends, see u next week 😉🙏

Finally got round to getting this diary finished. Sorry it took so long to update, I’ve been really busy 🤷‍♂️😸 I harvested these plants just shy of two weeks ago. I took some pictures just prior to harvest. The buds came out extremely dense even though they both foxtailed. The pictures of the dry buds don’t really do them justice. They look a bit rough trimmed, not quite as well manicured as to my usual standard, but it smokes smooth and that’s all that matters 😸 The taste is thick and lingers in the mouth, you can almost chew it! It has a really strong OG Kush taste, not had much wedding cake in my time so can’t tell if that’s coming through at all 🤷‍♂️ Yielded pretty good this time round, got around 3oz per plant. All the buds were solid so not much trim to use for Rosin, but what little I did get gave me some 🔥 Rosin in return. I’ve uploaded a video of what I made. Tag 14 Die erste Woche der Keimung war… sagen wir mal, eine echte Herausforderung. Und auch in die zweite Woche starten wir mit einigen Schwierigkeiten. Der pH-Wert im Gießwasser tanzt immer noch Tango und will sich einfach nicht stabilisieren lassen. Alle sechs Stunden muss ich ran und nachjustieren – ganz schön zeitaufwendig! Auch die Temperaturen sind noch ein Thema. 27 Grad sind einfach zu hoch, und da die kleinen Pflänzchen noch keine schattenspendenden Blätter haben, heizt es ordentlich auf. Ich habe mir aber mit Kühlpacks beholfen und das Gießwasser auf angenehme 22 Grad runtergekühlt. Hoffentlich mögen das die Wurzeln! Immerhin: Die Wurzelbildung scheint gut voranzugehen, jede Pflanze hat jetzt schon ein kleines Wurzelnetz entwickelt. Um jeder Pflanze die besten Startbedingungen zu geben, habe ich ihnen jetzt jeweils ein eigenes Licht spendiert. So kann ich die optimalen Werte für jede einzelne einstellen. Ob das alles so klappt, wie ich es mir vorstelle, wird sich in den nächsten Wochen zeigen. Aber wir starten optimistisch in Tag 14! Was steht heute auf dem Plan? Ich werde die pH-Werte im Auge behalten und schauen, ob die Kühlpacks die Wassertemperatur stabil halten können. Außerdem werde ich die kleinen Pflanzen genau beobachten, ob es ihnen gut geht. Müsste die 11 Woche sein, denkt ihr hier passiert noch was? Würde zum Wochenende hin ernten oder noch etwas warten ? Die großen Sonnensegel sehen noch so fit aus und generell noch sehr viel xhlorophyl vorhanden, lieber noch eine ganze Woche warten? Gedüngt wird nicht mehr nur ordentlich mit Wasser gespült bis es unten raus läuft

She is doing great getting her feeding twice a week and hasn't shown any signs of stress or nutrient lockout ...good strain and smells tasty like fruity sugar or Berries . Did no training to this girl and she has a nice structure to her , great genetics so far with this grow looking forward to next week's growth cheers canna family ..

the girls have really taken off, things are going well, just trying to deal with my humidity. I do not have a dehumidifier, and the outside % is +60%....so it hard to bring it down too much. I think I may need to purchase on in the near future. Also would like to get C02 going but realize I'll need a dehumidifier first, so I went cheap and designed a C02 generator from my wine making supplies. It's producing bubbles, as you can see in the video, but not too sure how much its contributing, especially since I have the fan on for controlling the humidity. but it was fun to build
