Buds are packing on more weight and tightening up. Shouldn't be too much longer now. I'm going to do a flush with compost tea today. It helps wash out any salt buildup and it inoculates my coco at the same time. The plants seem to love it.

Welcome back all, following a week that has been a fairly straight forward seven days or so in Fat Yappa's Garden, as the older Bruce Banners reach day 51, day 44 for the runt of the sisters, planted on the same day but that took a week longer to germinate, and day 42 for the two Wedding Cheesecake's, one growing in Coco Coir, the other in the same living soil as her Bruce Banner Fastbuds cousins. The week began with last weeks humidity issues brought well and truly into hand with the addition of the new 20L dehumidifier from Meaco, specifically designed for the UK weather. However a shift in the aforementioned from the falls dawn of an early spring, to a return to more usual climate conditions for this time of year through things off kilter once again. Despite pulling around 6L of water out the air a day, she was struggling to keep the RH down to around 50% with my central heating returned to its usual position of 18c, but an increase to 20c has taken things back in line, and the humidity has returned to the mid 40's I was aiming for. Humidity concerns during this off period however, and a subsequent inspection below the top layer of the canopy, which resulted in the discovery of quite a lot of whitish, moist growth, prompted a mass defoliation, mostly of the Bruce Banners. I had been performing very light defoliation up until this point, only removing dead/almost dead leaves, and very select leaves from the top of the canopy that were blocking what looked like bud sites, but the lack of light and air getting through past the top layer, together with the fact that now bud sites are far clearer to a novice such as I, lead me to the conclusion that the time was right. Besides the runt, all these plants have not even skipped a beat. The runt has been a bit droopier in her leaves than the others all in all, but I have looked in on them and seen her with leaves pointing up and praying a few times since so I trust all is well. Following the defoliaton on day 47, the plants stuck to their two day watering schedule, but di threatened to need an increase to daily, as day 50 saw waterings a mere 24hrs after the previous day, but feeling the weight of the pots yesterday I elected to wait til 48 hours to water again. The water amounts per plant has also become more erratic than previously, so I have been watering more carefully. Other than that the week has been pretty much plain sailing, and what look like to be some big looking flowers coming up all over the canopy, as all bar the Wedding Cheesecake in living soil are now fully in flower, but she will be there by next week. The Bruce banner I accidentally snapped the top off from the second node down doing LST a few weeks ago seems to be about half a week ahead of the other two of the same age, and trichomes have began to appear on the leaves around the buds. The biggest plant in the tent is still the wedding Cheesecake in Coco coir, as she now stand a metre tall and her top is the same level as the light now. Her size is a concern because it has caused me to neglect her in favour of the other plants, certainly in terms of light, but she doesn't seem to have any more bud sites than the other plants, and for the time being at least, her older cousins are leaving her to shame in this department, but she still has a week to catch up. Lastly, day 39 saw another compost tea feeding, the same recipe as last time. Happy growing everyone, and I will catch you all again next week.

Nov/21 She grew like crazy. Big green fan leaves coming in. Branches are growing strong. Smell is starting to get intoxicating. i finally got over my habit of nervous watering and am feeding the girls way less and they're happy. Cant wait to flip this girl to flower. No problems this week at all. 11/29 Shes growing ok. Green and healthy branches and leaves. She growing more like a sativa, sativa hybrid tall and branchy, manageable fan leaves but because of that she started to get some light burn. Dont have my tent yet so i cant adjust my light any higher so i tried to lower the plant down a little So hoping she can do without super direct light for another day or so. Other than that shes looking healthy. (some of this is the same as White Widow diary) 11/30 It wouldn't let me do veg and flower in the same week on the diary so i just split it up in here. Its my first time on an indoor grow so i hope it works out well Shes super healthy. Super green leaves are big stems are thick everything is a lovely dark green i can smell it more because theyre tented now. but it looks great. 12/1 topped dressed with some happy frog soil I couldnt add the castings amount in the thing above So ill say i mixed about a quarter of the amount of soil into about 1 to 2 gallons of top soil i had some down to earth dry amendments i mixed in with that soil as well. i couldnt tell how much soil exactly. I only put in 5 tsp of great white instead of the recommended 7 because i switched the bloom nutes and i didnt wanna over do it i couldnt tell how much soil exactly. Fed them some flowering nutes, but cut back on the amount of nutes by a lot. Decided im going to just follow what biobizz instructions say from now on so apparently less is better. started the bloom and the top max kept everything else the same and cut out the fish mix for flower, added great white at the end. Defoliated the bottom few branches and cleaned any growth at wasnt going to produce. Nothing to major. 12/2 Temp of tent is steady at 70, 71 degrees. thats a little bit lower than id like but ill figure out something in the next few days. Took the bottom branches and leaves the night before and Wanted to give it a night of rest before i defoliated the big leaves. Took most of them off but left the few at the top of the plant. Looking extremely green. Hoping i get to see some pistils soon.

Week 6 Day 1 9/16/2023 Still on Vacation! Week 6 Day 2 9/17/2023 Back from Vacation.. The PH was down to 5.57 and the water was almost to the ring on the 3inch pipe in the Res.. Which is Low.. So Next trip I take, I will add the additional water and Nutes to as close to the net pot as I feel comfortable with. Added: 10 gallons of Water CALMag- .75mil/Gal GH FLoraMicro-4.2mil/Gal GH FlroaGro-4.0mil/Gal GH FLroaBloom-3.8Mil/Gal ORCA-.5mil/Gal I decided that I wanted to take clones tonight. I took 4 of each and I will cull 2 of each in a few weeks when they are ready, I am going to do a short breeding run with these, Reverse them and Flip them at about week 3 of Veg. I also gave them an extreme heavy defoliation tonight, and my New Portable AC unit showed up so I installed that. Week 6 Day 3 9/18/2023 letting her recover from the work we did together yesterday. Week 6 Day 4 9/18/2023 Took a few tops today as I start to stretch her out on her side of the tent. Hoping that she catches up to her sister some, so I will super crop her sister to keep her down as I let this little one catch up a little more before I flip to flower. Week 6 Day 5 9/20/2023 Today I received my replacement parts for my Spider-Farmer light that had gone out. Replaced the parts and put the light back in the tent with the clones. Week 6 Day 6 9/21/2023 Today everything looked great!! Week 6 Day 7 9/22/2023 She is now above the mark for flip. Tomorrow is Water change day, which means decision day.. I have to decide if I am going to Flip to flower and fill with Week 1 flower Nutes, or if I am going to let it go for another week and just start super cropping. Either way I will be super cropping soon but not sure if it will be starting tomorrow through the first week of flower or just starting tomorrow through the last week of Veg and growing through the first week of flower. The plant shall tell the tell tomorrow.

Same as theirs sisters, they looking pretty good and growing nicely. trellis net been added yesterday which I should have done earlier but it’s another lesson for next time. Defoliation is also done and no more will be done till harvest ! Let’s hope those buds get biiiiigger 😍😍 🖖🏼🖖🏼

Frostbanger Plants 1-6 Week 9 May 18– 24 FLOWER 5 Nutrients : 3 gal GH Micro 20 ml GH Gro 10 ml GH Bloom 30ml CalMag 15 ml Recharge 10ml Green sensation 15ml Power buds 7.5 ml 5/18 PH 6.67, PPM 935, temp 68.5 1 ltr each 5/20 PH 6.67, PPM 1330, temp 68.5 2ltr each 5/23 PH 6.6, PPM 1570, temp 68.5 2ltr each 5/24 pics & vid Since all 6 gals are getting frosty, I did some trichome pics. The statistics on Frostbanger indicate 50-day flower. Pics show mostly clear and milky. There are a few with amber trichs and many orange pistils indicating maturation. At least 3 more weeks for maturity on these gals. I continue manual control of the environment and using 3 circulating fans and the 4” exhaust vent from my 3x3. I have the AC pushing air in and the exhaust pulling air out. This creates a neutral pressure tent environment-neither positive nor negative. It looks like growth has stopped and plant height has been reached. Now is the time for buds to fatten and frost up. All 6 of them are short remaining less than 3 ft. They range from 15 to 31 inches. #4, 5 &6 are showing some fade, particularly #4. Upon opening the tent, a melon smell comes off the buds if I get close, and more stickiness was observed during the process of defoliation. They are living up to the new strain’s name. #5 is the frostiest followed by #2. Wow week 3 of flower and that much frost already. Super Soil Guide Peyote Wifi from Seedsman seeds wow can't believe it's been 15 weeks since I started this plant . Ive been busy brewing up the High tea and I fed about 15 litres of the diluted (5:1 water/tea ratio) Tea to her over a two day period and she lapped it up and has regained her vigor again. I know ive mentioned it previously in this diary but I can't stress how Important the condition of your soil is in ,is to your plants overall health. Ive seen lots of grows (mine included) where the Grower only takes notice of the plant itself and ignores the soil until issues appear via the leaves on the plant ie nutrient deficiencies , Root problems ,disease etc . By being Proactive with your soil as well as your plant you can potentially eliminate or alleviate any problems before they can effect the plant. Things like the use of Mycorrhizae will attack any bad pathogens within the soil and root system. Using seaweed/kelp on a regular basis helps the plant during times of stress or High temps as well as being a NATURAL PGR . Mollasses can be used to provide Carbs to your plants roots and the girls love it!! Que pasa familia, vamos con la tercera semana de vida de estas Gorilla Melon feminizada de fastbuds. Vamos al lío, de las 3 plantas, me quedaré con 2 por espacio, siempre pongo alguna semilla de más por si no abriese alguna por no perder ese hueco del indoor. También se trasplantaron a su maceta definitiva, en este caso de 7 litros. El ph se controla en 6.2 , la temperatura la tenemos entre 20/22 grados y la humedad ronda el 50%. Hasta aquí todo, Buenos humos 💨💨💨

Third week we can say that the overtert has been solved. Vegetative growth is in full swing. G4 has recovered but is apparently 1 week late than the other 3 we will see next week.

Day15 - Day17: I had some difficulties to get the humidity right. It was either too high or fluctuating too much. I ended up getting a timer for the plug and running the humidifier 15mins every hour. To help with air flow, I have the main duct fan running 4 times a day for an hour. To ensure that there's airflow around the plant, I have a fan in the light as well as a smaller clip-on fan that runs during light hours. I'm not sure how the camera moved on day17... I only watered it mid-day. Day18: The timer on the humidifier and Duct Fan is now keeping the humidity in a good space. VPD now under control Day19: The Vivosun controller perfectly adapted the lighting schedule to an hour earlier, to ensure 6hrs of darkness. UInfortunately the RPi kept it's 04:00 schedule (makes sense). So I captured an hour of darkness. Adapted everything. Will have 18hrs again from Day20 onwards. Day20: In the next days I'll lift the camera higher for a better view of what's happening up top. My mesh-netting-dingsbums will arrive and I'll use this as a platform for the pi+camera. Day21: I'm not sure if I like this angle. I'll only keep it like this until she goes into veg-mode. It at least shows the new nodes growing from different perspective

Everything is going to plan so far, at the end of week 4 I will be flipping the lights to 12/12 because the gelatos will be ready for it, but the Og is a little bit behind but I’m sure it will catch up with them in the stretch. Day 26 - just switched the lights this morning 12/12 as it’s about time imo as the gelatos are getting big I don’t have the time or space to let them veg on so the Og could catch up, so I’m gonna hope that during the stretch it does.

Hey fellow growers welcome back for week 7 update of my criticalpurple and pineapple auto grow! So the only real update to the grow operation is an air conditioner install! Which has made a major change in the climate and my girls are very satisfied with their new lifestyle!! Bud production is on the increase! I also installed pot elevators under all my ladies as suggested by Papa_T. To help get some air flow under the pots to prevent root rot. I just installed these tonight so I'll let yall know what I think of them. I also had to purchase a new Ph meter because I dropped my old one in the mixing bucket(of course)! So if you read last week it was a all water week. Also the deficiency is neutralizing. So I've only had the one feeding this week. I will be watering tomorrow. 10/18/21 5ml- calmag 4ml- micro 6ml- bloom 1/4ml ph down Ph 6.35 Solution temp 73.1F 1003 ppm Still alternate feed/Water every four days at 1gal/plant. I'm going off of pot weight mostly but it seems like a gal every 4-5 days and they are happy with it. Critical purple #1- So this lady has turned into a power house! She was slow in veg but quickly has recovered! She is throwing on the bud quick! She is going to be a heavy hitter! To me she seems to be filling out and her aroma is starting to join in with her 2 week ahead flowering sister! She is also my 🌟 of the week for the second week running! Measured 28" tall Critical purple #2- Boy oh boy is this shorty packing some heat! With this being this little ladies 4th week in 🌸 The aroma this lady is throwing out is intoxicating🤤🤤!! She is showing a few amber pistols but tricomes are clear and still developing I'm still thinking about three weeks out. She won't be plucked till ready! I can promise that! Measured 18" tall. Pineapple auto #1- So big week for this lady also as u remember from last week I was pulling the tape off Sunday well I waited until Tuesday 10/12 giving her a whole 9 days and I would like to say my girl is knuckled up👊! She has recovered saving my future bud site. I know this is small for more seasoned growers but for me this is a major stepping stone. Other than that bud production is chugging along. Every day this girl is still filling in her part of the tent. Measured 32" tall. Pineapple auto #2- This lady has been my focus factor this week. She was suffering a nitrogen, magnesium deficiency with some possible light burn also. But she is recovering after some cal-mag. I will prob give her cal- mag every feed/Water till flush from here on out too keep her stable. Even with the deficiency she is still producing bud so no signs of stress at this point. ******* Week 7 Flower - October 31 to Nov 6, 2020, Days 43 to 49 ********* This was flush week.......hurry the hell up and flush week!!!!!😃 This strain is an 8 week strain!! She was close to ready at the end of the week, Day 49. Start your flush week 6......I waited for week 7 thinking she would go 9 weeks. Gave them two doses fo Flawless Finish and 10 gallons of water each. Cant do much more than that🤞👍 She is a sticky girl........move any leaves around and you find out just how much😃 These are some nice Freakin looking buds!!!!!! Beautiful colours and so frosty all the way down the fan leaves........so pissed off at myself because I missed her flush timming.....there are some beautiful purples and yellows in this strain that I missed!☹️ Little more detail....... Nov 1/20, Day 44 - Heavy flush day today. - 32L of tap water with 180oom and 5.7pH going into the girls. - runoff numbers for the girls were both pretty close to the same at 185ppm and 6.3pH. - last 3.5L of flush contained Flawless Finish @ 2ml/L. - Decided I do need to use a flushing agent with these girls......they are so close to done now!!!!! Nov 3/20, Day 46 - Another flushing agent watering today. - each girl given roughly 5L mixture of half tap water and half RO water with Flawless Finish at 4ml/L - More than I would normally do but feeling a little desperate at this point!!! - I am almost feeling like C472 is close to pulling now........damn.....I need a couple of more days yet so just going to let more go amber and hopefully she will continue to take the water and flush herself. Nov 6/20, Day 49 - 1L of plain water for each girl. 25ppm and 6.2pH. - we are at the finish line.....just keeping the pot moist right now. - they are ready for darkness anytime now........they are......I am not😂 Looking good Apolo.......Trichomes are lots and smells are plentiful👍 They finishing too damn fast though😀😀 Good problems I guess, wish I cut some clones to run her one more time and stop feed at week 5 flower😞

Black Opium is looking faat! These colas are beasts. I'm enjoying this plant very much 😁 I definitely need to stake some more of the plant as the buds are too heavy to support the flowers. Absolutely beautiful plant, buds are super heavy, what's not to love! Here is what I did this week. 12.9.25: I watered with 2.5L of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.5 with; 💜 5ml Trace 💜 5ml Flourish PH: 6.5 PPM: 335 16.9.25: I watered with 4L of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.5 with; 💜 5ml Trace 💜 1 TSP Biosys PH: 6.5 PPM: 316 The fungus gnats have really incresed since I did a watering of the whole tent. I have some more sticky traps set out, and I will not water for several days. Once it has dried the top soil, I will add some more Diatomaceous Earth to the top 5cm.
