5-10-2025 I harvested my Purplematic CBD and washed the buds with a mixture of baking soda and lemon juice. Some caterpillars 🐛 came out of the buds 😱!! I hung the branches up to dry in a spare dark room with a ventilator. After 10 days of drying the branches still wouldn’t snip. I think the room was too cold and too humid. Next time I’m using a dehumidifier.

Seemed like a good point to flower... i put a ton of slack in the ties in preparation for the stretch, i'm hoping the small split will close during this time ...gave first splash of bloom nutes with a small dash of cal-mag to be proactive ... i think she'll finish with a beautiful shape :)

12/18 4am CANNAKAN!!!! Giving my FAST Flowers a try. A late spring early summer grow. CannaKan is my new best friend, I had a 100 per cent success rate last time!!! Ok I got it all done at 5:30 am, I set the Temp to 88 MPH or the Time Machine wont work, EVERYBODY KNOWS THAT! Marty will meet me in the parking lot at the mall, I have a great feeling about this. 11am Room temperature is 73. Heating Pad set to 88. Water temp 77.7 PERFECT!! 2:30pm blue dream is already starting to open. I think Tropicana cookies looks like she’s opening a little bit. They should all be open by tomorrow. It’s only been about nine hours.👍👍. 11:30pm They all opened. I drained the water put in new distilled water, made sure water level was right. Looks great!!!! 12/19 4am The temp looks good, all are opening nicely. I have to get the pots ready now, put on new stickers, they help identify the plants from different angles, especially in photos. Im doing a low power fast turn around grow in easy to move 1 gallon pots. They will all be topped above the 3rd node, then the bottom or 2nd to the bottom branches will be cut off to achieve a 4 cola grow. Very simple, easy to manage. 11am. 2:30pm, 5:30pm..so tired, finish in the morning. 12/20 12 am 1:30am Just finished TC & GS I had a little trouble seating GS, TC no problems, takes a while to learn. That was my 3rd time doing that, success every single time! 4pm looks good. 12/22 9am. all look great, GS is taking off VERY strong overnight, TC has taken root her main stalk is already thick!! BD #2 is almost ready. I kept BD#1 underwater too long...then I accidentally ripped her head off this morning......so really not my fault......shhhhh..... 1 pm BD looks perfect 🤩 almost ready. 330pm Did the transplant...I really need to work on that....so nervous when I do it. Only 7 weeks to go. I'm noticing some leaves are browning. It's mostly leaves that get little light, but I believe it may be over watering. Gonna reduce how often I water for right now. The plant itself smells little to me, to others its very noticeable. Not skunky at all, more of a cookies and cream scent I believe. Also slight wpm residue, tried watering thru the leaves because of how low the plant is. Terrible idea.

Day 6 update - adjusted tie down points and watered. Still no pests and no other significant signs of stress. They ladies are happy and healthy. Day 3 update - Two of the plants have started transitioning into flower. Next week BB1 and BB3 will be dubbed in flower. BB2 pheno is strange I just can't quite tell if it's even in flower... it's lanky and strange. Temps have been steady and now that the heat in the home is on I have to watch heat stress again. BB3 has recovered fully now with new growth looking absolutely perfect. No problems with pests or anything else at the moment. ....Previously.... (day 7 of week 3 - day 1 week 4) One feeding of baking soda to raise the PH of the soil. I decided to tie the girls down the last day of week 3. The topped plant (Bb2) looks more like the strain should than the other 2 phenotypes according to pictures. But the BB1 pheno is so bushy it will be a bigger yeilder for sure. The Bb3 pheno has recovered a bit we will see if the baking soda addition to the top watering helps rebound her better. Selective defoliation was done on all 3 phenos with some under growth getting removed and a couple target fan leaves blocking prime budsites.

Put the largest nothern lights in its own mini green house, both have x2 large bug nets around them instead of a plastic cover as the temps and humidity were off but are perfect now. Plus it will reduce the chances of bugs flying in while also allowing the wind to pass through, I’ve used some Biobizz leaf spray no further leafs have been eaten since using it which I’m happy about.

So this girl also ripened up really quickly , and is almost 30% amber so she has now been moved into darkness over the weekend ready too hang begining of next week , She smells amazing very strong and friuty cant wait too try her

So like I said. I don't follow directions to the T. Some said wait until 3 sets of true leaves come out to transplant, but I went ahead and just moved Ting 2 from plastic cup into 2 gallon cloth pot, using Fox Farm Ocean Forest. There's some leftover coco that I had from P4Ps blend that she is nestled in. I noticed her growth slowed down just a tad compared to Ting 1, but Ting 2 is still showing healthy growth with a great color and additional leaves still coming in. Remember, Ting 2 was sown directly into the medium without paper towel since OG Ting 2 went down the drain on accident. So I'm not concerned that she's just a bit smaller than Ting 2. They sit on the windowsill where they can get some tropical sun, but I do use supplemental lighting from a $35 4 head, 200 watt, LED grow light from Amazon. No high dollar lights over here. I'm just starting out and want to harness nature as much as possible for my indoor grow. I keep lights on an 18/6 schedule. I know some people do 24 hours, but IMO, plants need actual darkness to do their biological processes, and reach their full potential. For watering, I use a spray bottle to mist and keep top soil moist, and I water directly around the seedling. I'm impressed at how the Pot4Pot plant is quickly growing. For those unfamiliar with Pot4Pot it provides you with everything you need to grow autos. It came with coco, jiffy pellet, soil, diatomaceous stuff, and some growth hormone powder to mix into top soil. I picked the small 1/2 gallon kit. This plant already looks better than the one I tried to grow in December and officially died today. I am VERY curious to see how Pot4Pot grow will compare to some good old Ocean Forest. Also wanted to note I've placed the pots in front of a window that gets fed tradewinds that have touched lush mountains and ocean spray. Totally romanticized what is just a breezy window, but for real, it's a mountain breeze which could contribute to a great tasting bud.
