I failed so badly on the LST with this girl. Me and Sour Diesel are having a rough start. I nearly killed her on my very first grow, and this time I neglect to properly do her training. It's ok, I'm trying, she knows it, and she is going to be in the next grow. Nothing worth something is ever easy. We got this SD <3

Flushing begins for the Og kush and blueberry. All three plants are incredibly sticky, stanky, dense and heavy! The OG Kush plants are blowing my mind, I'm amazed at how much they have fattened up the last week. The super lemon haze starts week 7 and is also sticky and stanky, she's also starting to pack on weight and density.

Not much to do now but watch the pH and PPM and wait. It looks beautiful. The growing structure of the buds is really interesting, it has like four calyxes with pistils coming out of the top of a lot of buds in a really distinctive way. It's super, super frosty too. The GG#4 genetics are already showing. Interesting smell, hard to describe. Still relatively mild, at least in the grow tent with the filter running. There's some burning on the leaves, yellowing at the edges. I think I got a bit complacent about checking on it this week since it's been so easy. I also think I should have pruned some of the smaller branches, even just for my own enjoyment of the aesthetics on top of the benefits for airflow and nutrient use. I'll probably do that this week. Then 2 weeks to harvest! I'm impressed with this strain so far, as well as very impressed with the DWC method VS soil or coco but still have a soft spot for organic soil. If I can find a veganic hydroponic nutrient mix I'll be stoked.

Flowering day 76 since time switch to 12/12 h. Hey guys :-) Finally the time has come . The lady was harvested and hung upside down in the dry tent 😍. Before that, she stood in the drying tent in complete darkness for 2 days and the large leaves were removed. The small leaves stay attached during the drying process so that they protect the buds and allow them to dry more slowly and evenly :-) . In the dry tent, the temperature is 18-19.5 degrees and the humidity is 54-58% 👍. In this environment they are now allowed to hang for 10-14 days before they are fine-tuned and trimmed clean by hand. then after trimming they come to ferment for 6-12 weeks in dark jars with bobeda packs 62% to keep the perfect humidity. After a few weeks, the Boveda packs 58% are used so that they can slowly dry out :-) . Of course there is one last update after trimming. Until then, I wish you a lot of fun with the update. OG Kush, aka Olga was easy to grow. She was the tallest at 31 inches and had strong stems to support her buds. However, being the tallest, she suffered the most heat stress and was the first to show cal-mag deficiency. Og Kush aka Olga, was my first diary, initially planned to combine all my plants in one until I found out that for contests, you have to have single strain. So I jumped in feet first and ran 3 separate diaries. This was a bit much for me. I am totally inexperienced on growing cannabis, much less track the grow with all the nuances on an unfamiliar platform. I really intended to enter Olga in the Newbie contest, but I woke up one morning and Bam, I was an apprentice. With 3 failed germinations, 3 new diaries and no harvest surely was not deserving at that time. Because I'm running 3 diaries, when growmies visited, they checked out all of them and my likes increased significantly. 3 diaries 15 weeks,=45. easy to see the math. So here I am. First, I want to thank Andrew @LegacyMarketFarms for introducing himself to me my first week here. He invited me to his tutorial videos on Youtube. Every Sunday I watched one or two weeks at a time while I folded the laundry. I watched some over and over, taking notes along the way finding tips for that weeks progress. While I could understand many of the concepts, I never quite achieved them. I struggled with VPD in many forms: from not enough humidity during Veg to too much RH during flower. It's a world turned upside down. I was happy when he was recognized as a Guru 👏. Congrats again Andrew. Secondly, Warm thanks to @Ex_Alchemist and @StarLorr for helping me with platform technology problems. After emails to GD went unanswered, they offered suggestions for me to try and fix. When I kept getting blocked, they listened to me express my frustrations and anxiety this was giving me. They kept encouraging me to hang in there. I was ready to quit but I know I need to be here. My apologies to all that got blocked for 7 hours because you visited my diaries. Thanks for sticking around anyway. This time I trimmed before drying. The buds are very nice and dense. This grow was very quick and satisfying. I expected more grams but I am still a newbie, I have a lot to learn. I cured it for 2 weeks and the taste is "mama mia". Thank You for letting me participate to this contest !

I have introduced a second bottle of CO2 to pump flowering weeks, I have cut off nutrients completely to get rid of nutes burn, plants are been fed PH water only.
