Day 63 Flower (Day 105) I'm back! Iceland was breathtakingly beautiful as usual, and I even managed to see an active volcano. Amazing! I have good news and bad news regarding my girls. The good news is that they are both still alive and are overall looking pretty good. The bad news for the left girl is that the cheap irrigation system failed and only watered around 1 liter of water during the entire week. She was extremely thirsty, although still looking pretty good without any drooping. A couple of her leaves turned purple from the stress, though. I recorded a video just as I opened the tent for the first time after coming back a couple of hours ago. The news is worse for the right girl, though. The irrigation system worked flawlessly, so that wasn't the problem. Instead, I detected bud rot in three buds, and of course, it was in the three most significant colas. Fuuuuuuuu... I also shot a video as I opened the tent, and the affected buds are visible if you are paying attention. I have never had bud rot before, so I will need to do additional research on what to do next. I immediately cut off the affected buds and disposed of them outside. I hope I got all the affected areas, but I will inspect all the buds more closely tomorrow. Been traveling most of the day today and need some rest before scouting her buds. I looked at her trichomes quickly and still couldn't see much amber, but I will have a better look tomorrow. The worms have been busy while gone, though, and they were crawling all over when I lifted the old avocados. They aren't the only ones who have been busy as the fungus gnats are back, Sigh. Only a few so far, but yeah, another thing to sort out. The fun just never ends...

2018-03-20 Week 12 Day 1 New week and not much to say. No water or nutes today, just the regular weekly check to see that they look nice and healthy. Raised the lamp about 10 cm to make sure that the girls don't get burned again. Crazy Cookies nr1 is 52 cm Crazy Cookies nr2 is 49 cm ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Strain information: The word synergy is a business term first quoted in the early eighties to describe mutual enhancement through interaction or cooperation, where the end result gained is greater than the sum of the parts used. What do synergy and the Crazy Cookies cannabis strain have to do with each other you may well ask? The parents of the forthrightly indica Crazy Cookies are marijuana royalty. OG Kush and Girl Scout Cookies. These strains of contemporary legend have been combined to cerebrum shattering effect. The cured flowers deliver a mouth-watering and couchlocking 24% THC. The initial delectable spacey upbeat onrush compliments of the Durban Poison coursing through the genes of the Cookies soon becomes a lush and rich, inescapably delicious body flux. There should be a picture of a Crazy Cookie nugget in the dictionary next to the word synergy. Crossing the OG back into the Cookies has amplified the psychoactive effects of the notorious lineage of both parents. This is an indica with a capital I. As a breeder it would be fair to assume that injecting more OG into the Cookies would result in an OG-dominant Cookie, or even close to a pure OG, but something else has happened. Some long dormant genetic switch has been flipped and a standalone indica has emerged whose spicy notes and earthy tones, hints of grape and horny pheromone are an absolute pleasure. Paying this breed some careful attention as it grows will reward you substantially, indoors or out. Typical hybrid vigour is shown throughout each grow phase. Stout plants to 80cm can be expected indoors and muscular examples with fluted stalks growing to two metres can be easily achieved outdoors. Good bracing is necessary as the flowers mature. Welcome to the fifth week of flowering ... The smell is strong enough. The tops are getting hard and filled with resin, the pistils are getting dark and some violet shades are noticed. Unfortunately for the hydroponic system my water pump broke when it was still in veg and as soon as I inserted the bloom the air pump broke too. I could not replace either of them and therefore the results in hydro are not abundant but the smell is very good. With the help of ga3 I produced some male flowers only on the Cranberry and therefore some seeds on the smaller flowers ... Happy growing to all

Alors aujourd'hui je fais du BHO et pour vous remercier de votre fidélité je vais vous montrer ma méthode (que j utilisé dans le passé (j ai depuis acheter du matériel un peut plus professionnel ;) Alors pour tous sa il vous faudra =1..2 seringue de 300ml ou plus dispo sur mamazon = des filtres à café (NON BLANCHIE !!!) =des colier de serrage pour fixer les filtres. = et bien sûr du gaz (butane et en général je prend du gaz filtrer 12x pour éviter les saleté qu il peut y avoir dans certain gaz . =et enfin il vous faudra un bol pour récupérer tous le nectar^^ (J UTILISE DES MOULES A GÂTEAUX EN SILICONE (rien qui accroche) Mais si vous utilisez un extracteur en plastique et ou un moule en silicone il faudra absolument prendre du butane et non pas DME =CAR LE DME ENMENE DES PARTICULES DE SILICONES EY DE PLASTIQUE LORS DU GAZAGE Voilà voilà je vais commencer et prendre des vidéo au fur et à mesure que je vais poster pour vous montrer . Après 1heure de dégazage vous aurez une fine couche ai fond qu il va falloir travailler pour y faire rentrer de l air (ne t inquiète pas j vais poster une vidéo se soir ou tu pourra voir comment faire..) Le crumble est je pense la seul sorte de bho que l on peut faire sans trop d équipement (pour le reste il faudrais evaporatrice rotative ou autre etc ) Avec le crumble c est votre main qui fais le travail = l objectif est que l air touche toute les partie de la patte comme sa le gaz sort et l air oxyde les trichome etc etc

Hi, La sénescence se fait naturellement du fait d’une légère carence en N, j’ai quand même ajouté du Power Clean pour l’accélérer et améliorer encore plus le goût et l’odeur. Les couleurs violettes se propagent petit à petit vers le bas de la #2, et très légèrement sur la #1, comme des reflets. La puissance du panneau LED a été abaissé sur 55% La floraison est prévu pour 7-8 semaines et pourtant j’en suis à 10, sûrement du à la carence post stretch qui a ralentit la floraison et réduit le rendement ; J’ai observé les trichromes le 28/10, ils sont presque tous laiteux et les premiers ambrés arrivent doucement.. Having a blast sharing more content lately—I’m in the zone with editing and creating, so get ready for even more shares! 🌡️ Environmental Control and Fine-Tuning the Reservoir pH Temps this week have been holding around 27.2°C with RH at 65.2% and CO2 at 800 ppm, creating a VPD of 1.26 for ideal flower development. The lighting intensity is at 833 PPFD, and the solution in the reservoir is fine-tuned to a pH of 6.22, EC of 475, with a temp of 21.8°C. Let’s talk pH in the reservoir: it’s a dynamic process, and I’m constantly adjusting it to keep everything at the right level. The pH tends to rise throughout the week, and each day, I work it back down, fine-tuning it to keep those plants happy and balanced. Managing pH is truly a hands-on job, and it’s worth every moment. I love staying on top of it for optimal nutrient uptake—it’s all about consistent effort and keeping that perfect range dialed in. Leaf Maintenance & Selective Defoliation These leaves are HUGE and gorgeous, creating a lush canopy that’s nearly too perfect! I’ve been taking a few leaves here and there, focusing on leaves that may be blocking light from reaching lower parts of the plant. Selective defoliation at this stage is key because it opens up airflow and allows light to penetrate deep, boosting energy distribution across the whole plant. Big, healthy leaves mean we’re getting excellent photosynthesis, but a gentle, strategic defoliation can guide that energy toward those developing buds. Girls are growing up nice! Went from the solos into the 1 gal pots. OG3 is looking a little droopy, maybe shocked from the transfer. Other two look to be on the money so far. Glad to be back with the photos, being able to control the timing to flower is a great feeling. When my flower tent is freed up in a week or so, I will be moving them over to their final home.

Constructive interference is the phenomenon where two waves combine to form a new wave with a larger amplitude. This occurs when the peaks of one wave align with the peaks of another, and troughs align with troughs, causing their amplitudes to add together. For example, if two identical waves meet, their amplitudes will combine to produce a resultant wave with double the original amplitude. Constructive interference is a fundamental phenomenon based on the universal laws of nature, specifically the principle of superposition. 👋Top is a clean cut, no confusion for the plant, road ahead is clear, by completely removing the main growth tip, the auxin source is eliminated. The plant permanently halts vertical growth from that main stem and immediately sends its energy and hormones to the two new, evenly spaced branches just below the cut. Fimming slightly different because a small tuft of the top growth is left behind, the auxin disruption is temporary and less severe. The plant recovers more quickly and sends its energy to multiple surrounding growth points, often creating four or more new shoots from the same spot. It will eventually regain some vertical dominance after a few weeks if left to its own devices, but with a little more LST, bending the apex to the same height as the rest of the internodes, this shatters dominance, hopefully creating around 8-9 main shoots growing at equal height once recovered and grown out. Reduced environmental intensity for now and let her focus on dealing with this new stress for a week or two. When H+ ions are added to soil, the first nutrient displaced from exchange sites is typically aluminum (Al3+), if it's present, followed by calcium (Ca2+), magnesium (Mg2+), and potassium (K+), because aluminum and these base cations have different binding strengths. The order of displacement depends on the lyotropic series, where ions with a higher positive charge and those with weaker binding strengths are displaced first. The specific order of nutrient displacement is determined by the lyotropic series, which ranks the strength with which cations are adsorbed by soil particles: Al3+: Most strongly adsorbed, so if present, it will be displaced by H+ ions, leading to increased solubility of aluminum and potential plant toxicity. Ca2+: Displaced next, as it is more strongly bound than Mg2+ or K+ but less than Al3+. Mg2+ and K+: Displaced after Ca2+. The displaced nutrients can be lost from the root zone through leaching, becoming unavailable to plants. As H+ ions increase, the proportion of acid cations (H+ and Al3+) on the exchange sites increases, while base cations (Ca2+, Mg2+, K+) decrease, resulting in a lower soil pH. The amount of photosynthesis (water splitting) directly determines the availability of H+ ions (protons) in a plant. 90% of water is for cooling of photosynthetic apparatus the other 10% is split for its H+ among others things. Carbon sugars, like glucose, do oxidize in soil through a process primarily driven by microorganisms, which break down these sugars for energy. This oxidation converts the sugars into carbon dioxide (CO2) through cellular respiration, a key part of the soil carbon cycle, though some carbon may also be incorporated into soil organic matter. The rate and extent of sugar oxidation depend on factors like oxygen availability, the presence of Fe oxides, and soil redox conditions, which can all influence the process. My understanding of why we flush. Just plain water, what does it do? Strips the medium of salts and nutrients making it empty. What does that do? Triggers nutrient recycling within the plant. What's nutrient recycling? It is a natural part of plant senescence, which can be triggered once you know the switches. A 24:1 carbon-to-nitrogen ratio will also trigger. Why won't it trigger autophagy for me? Nitrogen needs to be gone, gone, gone almost. Ammoniacal (organic) nitrogen takes 4-5 times more water to separate it from soil particles than nitrates so what happens is most people jist flush the nitrates, leave all the ammoniacal in there and this prevents autophagy initiating. Nitrogen decays differently depending on its form during the dry. Ammoniacal nitrogen will oxidize in the air, leaving no trace. But nitrates do no decay and turn volatile and smelly and remain trapped until smoked, no matter how long you cure it does not oxidize. This is why you need to trigger it and begin the denitrification process prior to harvest to get rid of all the nitrates. Otherwise, you will smoke it. Flush till autophagy begins, just make sure you add no nitrogen afterwards. Micronutrients for trichomes. Don't leave the medium empty for 2 weeks, that does nothing but reduce yield 10%ish. Trichomes are another thing. Trichomes themselves are not directly affected by flushing; rather, flushing affects the plant's nutrient uptake, which influences the development and final state of the trichomes. Trichomes are filled with antioxidants in the last weeks, which is what makes them cloudy. A lot of the processing of antioxidants requires energy and nutrients (mostly micronutrients ), so you don't want that soil empty for 2 weeks, you just want the carbon nitrogen ratio 24:1and no higher. She still wants what she needs to ripen. Processing antioxidants is energy-intensive; heat and light accelerate the rate at which THC converts to CBN. This is why you lower DLI, lower temps. By doing so, you reduce the oxidative workload caused by photosynthesis, which opens up the oxidative capacity for the production of antioxidants. THC is mostly processed at night when the plant's oxidative capacity is generally moreso "free and available" for work. Oxygen is the alchemist's "fire"

Hello Everyone 👏, As you can see, are all Cherry Colas growing, they all have a tightrips in their pots for now, for recognition. Will make nicer pictures of them in a few days. They are now 4 days from germination🙏. The humidifier had been added, so I had to adjust the room a lil bit. Seedlings don't need much nutrients, neighter do autoflowers. with normal soil I would recommend to only give water for 1-2 weeks, since it holds nutrients in it as well. But since I'm using Cocos for this grow, I might have to add some basic nutrients in the upcomming week. For this week I gave/give only water turns and Startbooster turns. Update day 5: - Lowerd the lights to avoid stretching. they are now at 75cm distance from lamp to pots. I want them at 40-50 cm, but I don't want to rush it. - Added another layer of cocos to avoid the soil from drying up therefore the roots from dying. This will happen because of lowering the lamps down, the soil will get exposed more to heat. As you can see, the humidifier is doing his thing haha. Pictures and videos where taken without the lights + fans on. because of that, it will look like this. Still fun thought. Enjoy 🙌

Week 2 for the solo Afghani went smooth. Looked a little slow to develop her first proper set of leaves, but the root development should help speed up her progression. Still feeding off the slow release 444 and is now regularly drinking about 2oz of water every other day. I also spritz the bottom of the outer cup to keep moisture levels high for stretching roots. She's about 36" from the light. Hoping to get a little stretch to make training easier. Added a couple new pics to get the week caught up. Stay tuned, week 3 starts training.

PKBR #2 is showing a couple leaves of what appears to be cal mag issues + senescence fading. I expect I’ll be able to ride it out til finish. It also happens to be the best smelling pheno in the tent at the moment. Drinking has slowed down as stretching ends. Stopped defoliating in any significance after day 21 of flower to minimize herm risks. So far everyone looks happy and healthy Week 11end = 8/10

Hola , en este cultivo de sugar black rose que es la primera vez que la cultivó quede muy contento con todo el desarrollo que llevó a cabo la planta, desde un inicio del cultivo se desarrollaron de buena manera , muy vigorosas y resistente a los estrés que pudieron vivir dentro del cultivo como temperaturas un poco más elevada durante el día además de una muy buena resistencia también a la escasez de agua . Su Olor es maravilloso en floración un olor dulces muy llamativo y toques a gasolina senti. En las ultimas semanas de floracion tomaron un color morado muy bello dejando la planta hermosa visualmente y un olor fantástico. estas niñas fueron cortadas el 23 de febrero , fueron secadas cerca de 20 días y posterior a eso pasaron a frasco para su curado . he probado las flores secas y la verdad es que el toque dulce es muy marcado al fumar muy rica variedad que sin duda la cultivare nuevamente para buscar los mejores sabores y conservar algunos clones ya que esta vez no realice seleccion de ninguna.-

Finally my weather is getting better! 🙌 and good day everyone! Both of my girls are maturing properly and I'm glad it wasn't extremely hot inside the tent, it'll help my babies to not stress too much. I also increased the amount of Silver PK 14/15 by another 0.5ml and the plants took it well! 😍 The plants (mostly Pistachio) is getting more yellow leaves (I'm constantly removing them) and that means my babies are getting close! 😃 So now I'm double checking the trichomes/pistils in my girls and thanks to that I can say the flowers in Pistachio are more developed than the ones in Matcha and I suppose that's because the lights are way too far from Matcha but I can try to fix that in the future. Anyway, see you all in my next update! 👋
