Days 67 - 73 (from seed) 4/8/24 - 4/14/24 Lamp distance: 12" @ 75% power (estimate 800+ PAR from highest point of canopy) VPD: leaf surface temperature averaging 68-72 degrees - humidity set to 45% Feed schedule: Each plant receiving slowly downward now to 1/3 gallon water daily + once a week feeding schedule and additional FPE every third day IPM: visual inspection only, no foliar Notes: Flowers are really swelling up this week. All plants in the tent now showing signs of senescence with Cookies & Berries just barely fading. As the week went on their need for water has slowly diminished back down to roughly 1/3 gallon a day, but a day or two in there they also received their 1/2+ gallon daily. Usually can tell how much watering they need by lifting the pots and determining by weight/feel, or if there's any water run-off but that is quite uncommon/undesirable. Hot Damn! currently reeking the most out of them all, lots of sweet funk when you just get near it. Vanilla Fizz has a very mellow smell check until you do rub it then it's a cheesy/funk bomb. Cookies & Berries seems to have the lightest appearance of resin coverage and the least nose out of the tent - but when you rub it the resin is very very tacky and smells of chemical citrus fruit, maybe pine. Mango Sky is fairly mellow too but after touching the flowers it's bold and sticky, smells like menthol (to me, but not unanimous) and tropical fruits.

Las flores aparte llevan una capa muy resinos, y muy prietas, aparte son bien aromáticas huelen bien fuerte. En general es una genética con la que disfruté bastante cultivarla, la genética es perfecta para cultivos de floración corta con rangos entre los 20/25 grados en interior, es bien fácil cultivarla y bien resistente, es excelente para cultivadores principiantes. Tale of Two Plants. One "self topped" and split nicely, the other just chugged along. This grow will define if I top again in the future as I had previously decided to just let them grow.

Cruising right along. I bent over the stalk and had to take a couple of the massive leaves off and it’s back up to 12”. I love my new system and the easy maintenance makes it even better.

10/2 They made it to their forever pots. Next Saturday we'll be hitting 2 months from sprout and as a whole its been a pleasure to grow these plants. They all are a very healthy green and seem to be happy. Temperatures in the region may have unexpectedly slowed them down (I grow in a basement) because temps have plummeted from around 78 with the lights on to as low as 71! I don't think they like it either. Growth has slowed with it. Never fear, space heater is here. Everything thing needs to be dialed in for the next few weeks because I want explosive growth over the next 21 days. Going to try a SST somewhere in there. Parsing through all this bro science isn't easy but it sure is fun to experiment. It allegedly gives you good root growth and provides crucial enzymes. Almost sounds too good to be true but I'm going to see how it goes regardless. I heard you can use I wide variety of seeds but alpha alpha is the only one I have on hand. Wish me luck. As for the plants: Moby= beast. I'd be a fool not to attempt to clone her. Vigorous grower and responds well to training. Not a demanding eater either, at least so far. Loving this freebie from NASC. Highly recommend them if you're in the northeast US looking for a local seed bank. GZ 1 = steady. Probably the biggest back slide if you want to call it that. Spotted some yellowing on lower leaves but they are shaded by this ones thick canopy. May not even be an issue but we keep an eye on it. Probably the biggest critic of the lowering temperatures because she's slowed down in the past 2 days. Gz2= trooper. She had a rougher upbringing and she's got a far different shape than the other two because of it. But with a little work I'm sure soon both GZ will be indistinguishable from one another. Banana daddy= forgot to take pics of her. Man have I been growing autoflowers all wrong. I may have fed this plant once. Though it should be noted that the soil I put her in was amended with alpha alpha, fish bone meal, and guano. She seems to really enjoy it so far. Not a single yellow leaf. Droopy at times though which is odd. Also some tacoing on new growth that ends up correcting itself as the leaf gets bigger. Double odd. Next time I do an auto run I'm definitely doing much less in terms of feeding and maintenance. Loving your plants too much can be deadly. Starting to figure them out though so I'm happy I did at least one. I'll post in a few days when I water my photos again.

( IVE SWAPPED OUT RHIZ FOR REGENAROOT ) Will flower when have room lol Feed Started With Tap Water Left Overnight For Chlorine/Chlorides To Evaporate. Next Day. Starting EC of our water is 0.15. I added 1ML of Regenaroot Per Litre. Then Used Canna Terra Vega Until EC measured 0.7. I then used the mighty growth enhancer drop by drop until my EC measured 1.1 Finally i PH'd the mix to 6.2. Made sure the feed was of adequate temp and continued to feed.

Very stable medium-sized strain. This plant has never been trimmed and didn't make lots of leaves, it has developed big dense buds with fast grow process!

Cover crop breaking through lots of visible beneficial insects dirt smells good. Primed for the rest of veg/preflower. It with mycorrhizae molasses humic fulvic liquid this water will hit with the remainder of the alaska fish emulsion the next few watering plan on keeping kelp mycorrhizae and molasses. Mostly applying top dress going through flower as well as some potash and the remainder Pk blend I prepared. Ph a little higher than I wish might be a culprit of some over watering gonna allow a long dry retest and go from there those that have overcame the hormonal flowering shit are beginning to take off. Been amending the gravel and dirt surrounding my planting area and water around it too trying to encourage further outward root spread.

Last week plants were looking super healthy and responded very well to the second topping so I decided to flip the light schedule few days later. They already started stretching and the smell is noticeably enhanced.

Another week behind us, everything is going well — no drama at all 🙂🌱 Runtz is slowly heading into the final stage, and I’d say she’ll be ready in about one to two weeks 🔥🌸 I have to give credit for the beautiful fruity aroma — every time I open the tent, she’s the one that stands out the most 🍓✨ *** As for Break-Up and Lemon AK, I’ll need to wait about three more weeks for harvest ⏳🌸 Break-Up is looking really good at this stage, I’m very happy with her so far ✨ *** The Lemon AK plants are still going strong with no issues at all 🌿💪 — I’m really curious to see how they’ll finish.

Well the flower week is finally upon us they are getting a huge block opening up the canopy exposing Bud sites letting the wind blow through those beautiful structures. I will have more updates as the week goes on stay tuned. I took ALOT off , I know , I know , lots of people will say , what the heck is this grower doing ?!? Well all I can say is .......... WAIT . This ain't my first rodeo. Pictures will follow , Why did I get rid of all the leaves ? 1) increase airflow 2) increase light to bud sites 3) to prevent mold . So many times I have done this and everytime, I ask myself , was it too much ??? A week later the plant will have pretty much , somehow, grown all the leaves back !!! You will have to wait and see just like me !!!

Day 56. She has begun to swell. She has gotten a sweet skunky smell now. I may have had my Blurpie too close as the cola has started to foxtail. I kept the light at about 16 inches from the plant so I don't know if it is the combination of lights, or if she was gonna foxtail to begin with. Her branches are starting to sag, and I may have to stake a couple before it's through. I accidently cracked a branch when I was trying to pull two colas away from each other. I used surgical tape, and honey to repair it. The branch just pulled away from the stalk, and maybe separated a third of the way around the branch. She seems to have healed, and the branch hasn't shown any signs of trouble. If I had to guess, she may go 12 weeks, but she might be closer to 10. I got no idea yet... Happy farming!

Everything went smoothly over the past week. The heat is still sticking around, but the Papaya Cookies isn't complaining at all—she’s maintaining those gorgeous, lush green leaves and the small buds are developing quite nicely. To keep things safe from pests, I gave her another round of neem oil this week to ward off any potential thrips and spider mites. On the watering front, keeping the top layers from completely drying out has been a bit of a juggling act due to the hot weather, but we're managing. Following the schedule, I mixed 10ml of Biotabs Bio PK into 1 liter of tap water and gave her a nice feed. She's cruising along wonderfully!

Saturday 25th July (day 28) 9pm This time I could be home at lights on so they will have a mixed feed with a little PK. I have been adding EcoThrive charge too much which has cause lockout due to excess nitrogen in the soil, at first I thought it could have been PK but some research and listening to Brandon Rust I have come to my conclusion that it is a nitrogen toxicity. I was adding far too much organic microbes and supplements. Basically nitrogen locked out Calmag that caused tip burn, the plants or on the edge of a nitrogen toxicity but because they’re in Coco and have had a mixture of organic and synthetic the organic side has acquired to much nitrates locking out calcium to the tips of the leaves The BBM has had tip burn the cheese looks too green, both are dark green but the Cheese has more foliage to store the nitrogen hence why little tip burn but more of a vegetative colour, the BBM has hardly any fan leaves left after a strip early in flower. I also think I defoliated too early, but then to second guess I believe if I didn’t feed to much organics the flowers would be much further along. After the previous 2 feeds I can notice the buds picking back up again. Hopefully I can continue with this mix I’m using now and get some consistent bud growth over the next week. I’ll be glad when this one is over. The summer heatwaves are just tiring when you’re growing especially in coco. As you can see I’m imputing a low EC and the run off is gradually spiking up everyday. Only way to reduce it is to do massive amounts of nutrients. Note to self, make sure the timer is set up so I can be home for lights on watering.
