She doing very well, altrough a lot of insects eat her leaves. Even if she can get another 3-4 weeks of life, I need to cut her down earlier, because the wether is becoming colder and colder, and I got other problems. so in the next days I will flush her and within 2 weeks harvest her. If it wasn't for her slow growth in the first 2 weeks she would probably be at her best right now.

[ Updates ] Day 16 - I either went one day too long between watering or let them grow too close to the lights, but they're a bit wilty today and a few small signs of light burn on the canopy. I fed today, 100gal mixture, 10-15% runoff total. Also foliared before lights off with a mixture of Humic/Fulvic, Kelp, Silica, and Calmag (1tsp ea p/gal). Lights have been raised to 18 inches off canopy and reduced to 50% power (was at 60%, 6-8 inches from canopy). Assuming they perk up overnight I will raise the light power back up. C02 has been increased to 900ppm on average. I was thinking about topping but both canopies are full and I'd like to flip soon, I'll probably just remove some large fan leaves when they're perked back up. I'll wait to lollipop until a couple days before flip, and I'll wait to put a net in until after flip. I usually veg into a net and build a canopy, however this time I'd like to see what happens if I only use the net for emergency canopy control and bud support. Day 19 - Watered, 800ppm at 6.8ph. 1.3~ gallons per plant. Silica (.5 tsp/gal), Cal-Mag (1 tsp/gal), FF Grow Big (1 tsp/gal), FF Big Bloom (1.5 tsp/gal), and Kelp (.5 tsp/gal). Went heavier on the calmag and nitrogen. Looks like 3 days between watering is the sweet spot again for these 5 gallon pots. Lights are still at 50%. C02 increased to 1000ppm average, this seems to have made a positive impact on the shock the plants had from seemingly being light stressed. Growth is back to normal, at least an inch a day and the canopies are ready to flip. Selectively topped everything that was higher than the general canopy today. Day 20+21 - Lollipopped! Took me two days instead of one this time but I love how they look. I removed everything from the lower 50% of the plant, most growth nodes that aren't at canopy level, and select fan leaves at canopy level that were light blocking. Moved a few pots slightly to help fill in any holes within the canopy. Reduced lights on period to 15 hours on for day 21, will switch to 12 hours tonight to begin flowering. Began brewing a AACT (compost tea) to feed with at beginning of flower.

Knocked a couple of tops over to try to even the canopy. The first few pistils are starting to show, which is exciting. No topdress, just some Stash blend once this week.

Start of week 8. Week 7 went very well, the buds on this GG#4 really blew up/out, incredible size increase and they look really dense, with red hairs mixed in. The leaves have some nice purple colors as well as the stems.

As this method of putting the seeds directly in soil worked very well last time I repeated it, 9/9 germinated. I put them in egg trays to keep them all covered in the same film. By the 5th day at midday they have sprouted and in the night I checked under the trays and some roots where passing to the soil under so I separated them and put every seed with it's part of the tray in their definitive pots (the cardboard then dissolves into the soil) I used Plant Revolution's Great White powder first a bit sprinkled in the seeds and then into the holes in the pots One seed had helmet head and kept me worried, it took several days to open (attached video) first I managed to remove the shell but the membrane was still covering it, I kept it under a plastic cover and misting it regularly to soften it until it started to rip, the last day I removed it and the cotyledons promptly opened.

Shes growing slower than the first plant I did in this manner but if she reaches 3 months of veg im gonna flower her even if she hasnt gotten to where i want her. Can't win em all.

Good week... she's grown a lot, is looking VERY strong - #1's stem is already pretty thick for such a young plant.... so I think I'm going to let her get a couple more nodes on her and then top and clone her... #2 is a little weaker so I think I might top her this week. I've put them both on an aggressive veg feed and they're both responding very nicely to it... such a difference from autoflowers! I find it fascinating..... so much so that I tend to rather ignore them... for example, I think I MAY have given them a drink of something only 4 or 5 times in their lives (they've just celebrated their 4th week from seed)... never any complaints, never saying "hey, fool - pay attention to me!" .... I glance at them once a day and move on.... Still trying to decide where in my yard they're going to be planted - but I've got at least 4 more weeks before I'll feel comfortable enough with the weather to go dig a hole for them... SHOULD also start some LST, I suppose.... going to be relying on LST a lot outdoors so I can hopefully avoid the bud rot that plagued me last year... Great fun! May 4 - I've decided I'm going to top #1 today and stick the top in Clonex, into a RootRiot and plunk it into a DWC bucket ... so while I'll have these two plants out in the yard waiting for an October harvest, I can flip the clone indoors for an earlier harvest to see if I like the strain at all.... Hmmm... maybe I'll do that to both of them and keep one in veg while I flip one of them... This is kind of cool - I'm learning about all the possibilities growing photoperiods gives you... just amazing! I'm like a kid in a candy store! LOL! I'll put up a video when I top and clone... but don't take it as gospel because this will be my first time and I don't REALLY know what the hell I'm doing... just having fun and experimenting! Should I, for example, chop off the lower fan leaves of the top? Or are they needed for the top to survive? I can't help but think they're a pretty big drain on the poor thing... #1, which is the one I topped, is really showing me she needs to get outside in the yard... her roots are starting to peek through the drainage hole at the bottom of the pot.... I THOUGHT a 2-gallon would be big enough to last at least a month and a half but..... I'm going to have to get serious about where to put these ladies!

last of the fan leaves fading to yellow, just gave them their last water until next week. trichomes are starting to go from 60% cloudy to 5% amber and 35% still clear. this will come down on week 11. cheers

11.8 - D50/F2 - Things with these two are swell. The massive leaf duo are on 12/12 now and separated into different tents on 11.8. I kept the smaller of the two in the 5x4 with ten other 5 gallon plants. Hoping this doesn’t lead to too much crowding, but have started to set 14” support rings to help with training. The larger one is in the 3x3 with four 3 gallon plants, including two autos that should finish well before the 9lb becomes unmanageable I mulched with Organic Maine Enriched Mulch so hopefully lose less water to evaporation, then dosed with a new product by NLS as an amendment to boost flowering. The ingredient list on this pack is amaze and you can’t even begin to imagine how it smells haha. As I’ve said before, their products “stank so good”. 11.10 - D52/F4 - All defoliated and stretching!

End of Week 16 (9th week of flower) Final week of flower. Turned the lights wattage down at the end of this week to 400W to mimmic the sun moving further away from the earth during Autumn and Winter seasons. This also creates an overall cooler temperature signalling to the ladies that the end is in sight. This also protects the trichomes and ensures they don't get damaged and also dropped the The ladies are fading more and more into their vibrant autumn shades. With hues of pink and purple that makes me so excited! Feeding just PH correct water until harvest, which is around the corner. We are currently on day 63 of flower and checked the trichomes - just a few specs of amber and the cloudy trichomes are more prominent although there are still some clear ones. We will push to harvest within the next couple of days, around day 67-69 Pest Report: None Smell Report: Staaaaanky!

Water change day .. Drinking. 2000 ml each per day.. So 6 days on the nute change... ******************* 2 Buckets done .. 5 Left . I may leave the caramel cream autos until tomorrow , they are drinking slightly less per day , but the big girls are drinkers for sure .... So getting better at mixing nutes, bought giant bag of disposable droppers, god damn so much easier for me . I have visual impairment, and shaky hands from the brain tumors. The visual impairment is bad, but the shakes come and go . I normally get a few good rips on the Dr Dabber Switch before i start to help. But the mixing went much better . less mess and i simply pitched the pipette after each use . YEs i know wasteful .... but for me , for now its what i have to do. 1 pipette for each nute for each bucket, they are cheap enough. This way not contaminating anything, and at the amount im mixing, 3 mils - 20 mils each . Biggest problem i have, and i guess maybe not a bad problem ... I have 4 girls on one side of the 4x9 tent, and 3 on the other. The four on the one side are all Glue Gelato Autos and my lord I can not get to the back left side bucket at all with the amount of foliage. So moved a bucket to the other side to allow me to drop in a pail to do a siphon out and refill. See pictures... So I am 10000% upgrading to the 13 gallon x 8 fall ponic system after this grow ..... THANK GOD the caramel cream autos are half the size and 1 of the glue gelatos is slightly smaller on the right to allow me to move around the tent slightly, and im a lean dude.... But i am surprised each day when i check the progress just how far they have come for my first try ... Still have low expectationsfor crops and yields , but am loving the time learning and getting to know hydroponics. I TOTALLY get when the OG growers say just listen to them they will tell you what they need, legit all i have done is feed, maintain enviroment and observe. positive i can not make the same moistakes i made so far net time just by learning my lessons and understanding better the purpose for each Nute and how to spot when the plants are asking for them . Really good looking plant, I'd say she's definitely a sativa by the shape of her leaves and the distance between internodes as well, I think this lady is ideal to be trained, I guess she'll be a big bush full of nice colas, let's see what we can do! This week went pretty good! I did some light defoliation, and I also had to tie up some colas for support, as they started drooping towards the floor as the buds begin to bulk up finally. I believe I have another week or two at most for them to bulk, then it will be time to flush. The pictures really do not show how this pig is taking over my little 4x4. I never thought one auto could damn near fill a 4X4, but little miss piggy is trying. The more I feed this hog, the hungrier she gets. I also started feeding her some PK booster last week. I believe my plan to rotate these autos will work out well, as there is absolutely no way I could fit 4 autos in my tent at once nearing the end of flower.
